My life-changing annual event, The Summit of Greatness, is happening September 12 & 13, 2025. Get your ticket today!I thought I understood manifestation until I realized I was doing everything backwards. For years, I created vision boards and repeated affirmations while staying broke and stuck on my sister's couch. The breakthrough came when I discovered that manifestation starts with self-awareness, not visualization. This episode gives you the seven-step framework to manifest correctly by doing the inner work first. Dr. Tara Swart taught me that you attract people based on your psychological wounds - and you cannot attract what you're not aligned with. My own journey from living broke to building multiple businesses taught me that rewriting your money story, healing your relationship with abundance, and developing inner peace are the foundations of true manifestation.Make Money Easy: Create Financial Freedom and Live a Richer LifeThe Greatness Mindset: Unlock the Power of Your Mind and Live Your Best Life TodayThe Mask of Masculinity: How Men Can Embrace Vulnerability, Create Strong Relationships, and Live Their Fullest LivesThe School of Greatness: A Real-World Guide to Living Bigger, Loving Deeper, and Leaving a LegacyIn this episode you will learn:Why manifestation starts with self-awareness of your psychological wounds, not vision boardsHow to rewrite your money, love, and purpose stories to stop blocking abundanceThe neuroscience behind why gratitude and generosity create magnetic attraction for opportunitiesWhy treating money, love, and purpose like people reveals your relationship blocksHow to raise your energetic frequency to match higher levels of success and fulfillmentFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1804For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Lewis Howes – greatness.lnk.to/1801SCDr. Tara Swart – greatness.lnk.to/1629SCDanny Morel – greatness.lnk.to/1734SC Get more from Lewis! My life-changing annual event, The Summit of Greatness, is happening September 12 & 13, 2025. Get your ticket today!Check out the full episode: greatness.lnk.to/1801"Energy flows where intention goes, not where to-do lists go, not where I need to be productive goes, but the energy goes from the intention." - Lewis HowesLewis discovered something that changed everything about how he approaches each day - and it wasn't another productivity hack or morning routine. Twelve and a half years ago, when he launched The School of Greatness podcast with zero broadcasting experience and no idea what he was doing, he had something more powerful than skills or equipment: a crystal-clear intention. Not a goal to hit certain download numbers or build a platform, but an intention to create the school he wished he'd had growing up - one that taught real-life lessons about money, relationships, emotions, and health that traditional education never covered. That intention, born from his own struggles and gaps in learning, became the foundation for everything that followed. This isn't about setting goals or grinding through to-do lists - it's about identifying what you've been lacking in your life and intentionally stepping into that energy. Feel disconnected? Set an intention to be connected. Missing joy? Choose to be playful. Lacking gratitude? Decide to live from appreciation, even when someone cuts you off in traffic. When you shift from reacting to your circumstances to living from intention, doors open in ways you never expected. People are drawn to your energy, opportunities appear, and you start manifesting from a place of authentic being rather than desperate doing.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter

My life-changing annual event, The Summit of Greatness, is happening September 12 & 13, 2025. Get your ticket today! When I started practicing this ONE THING every single morning for seven days, money showed up, new opportunities appeared, and people called me from years past bringing opportunities to me. It felt like success and abundance was chasing me instead of me chasing success. I didn't have to change my job or goals, but I did shift something fundamental: I stopped letting the world grab me before I centered myself. Too many of us reach for our phones the moment we wake up, allowing chaos and dopamine to infect our energetic system before we've even taken a breath for ourselves. I share the seven daily practices that transformed my energy and attracted incredible opportunities, from conquering my fear of public speaking to launching The School of Greatness podcast with zero experience. These aren't complicated rituals - they're simple shifts in how you start your day, set intentions, reflect with compassion, and visualize your future self that will help you step into the person you're proud of.Leave an Amazon Rating or Review for my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy! The Greatness Mindset: Unlock the Power of Your Mind and Live Your Best Life TodayThe Mask of Masculinity: How Men Can Embrace Vulnerability, Create Strong Relationships, and Live Their Fullest LivesThe School of Greatness: A Real-World Guide to Living Bigger, Loving Deeper, and Leaving a LegacyIn this episode you will learn:How centering yourself for just a few minutes each morning before touching your phone creates an energetic anchor that keeps you grounded all dayWhy setting one daily intention transforms your reality more than any to-do list ever will - and how energy flows where intention goesThe power of reflecting on your day with compassion and curiosity instead of judgment to accelerate your growthHow to rewire your identity by recognizing that you don't get what you want - you get what you believe you actually areWhy being grateful for what's not guaranteed opens the door for more abundance to flow into your lifeFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1801For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Lewis Howes – greatness.lnk.to/1798SCRory Vaden – greatness.lnk.to/1792SCDean Graziosi – greatness.lnk.to/1766SC Get more from Lewis! I'm never gonna figure this out. Everyone else around me is smarter than me." - Lewis HowesLewis gets brutally honest about the exhausting mental script that once dominated his life - that relentless inner voice telling him he wasn't smart enough, wasn't working hard enough, wasn't deserving of the success he watched others achieve so effortlessly. He knows what it's like to work twice as hard while your mind works against you, creating the very struggles and limitations you're desperately trying to overcome. This isn't just another motivational speech about positive thinking; it's Lewis sharing the profound realization that changed everything - how the conversation in your head becomes the blueprint for your external reality. What makes this episode so transformative is Lewis's understanding of how your mind works overtime to prove your thoughts right, even when those thoughts are sabotaging you. He breaks down the mechanism behind why shifting your internal narrative isn't just feel-good advice but a fundamental rewiring of what you allow to manifest in your life. From his own experiment of finding a penny worth $4,000 through intentional thinking to the deeper principles of how self-talk shapes opportunity, Lewis reveals why your mindset isn't just affecting your mood - it's literally creating your results.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter

Why do we chase the wrong people and even push away the relationships we say we want? In this week's episode, I speak with entrepreneur and bestselling author Lewis Howes, and we unpack the surprising ways we can sabotage love without even realizing it. From being attracted to what feels exciting but unavailable to letting old wounds dictate our instincts, we explore why the “good ones” can feel less appealing, and how we can retrain our brains. I'm SO excited to share this week's episode with you – it's one I think so many of you will truly connect with. In this conversation, I chat with Alison Shamir, a globally recognised voice on imposter syndrome and the brilliant author of Conquer Your Imposter. It's such an important topic – because imposter syndrome doesn’t just affect beginners. It can hit anyone – even the most accomplished, experienced and successful among us – and hold us back from living the life we were meant to live. Alison shares her own powerful story of experiencing debilitating imposter syndrome, how it showed up in her career, and the breakthrough moment that helped her transform her life. We dive deep into what imposter syndrome really is (spoiler: it’s different from self-doubt!) and how we can start to change the inner narratives that are keeping us stuck. Here are three things you'll take away from this episode: A clear understanding of how imposter syndrome works – and how it’s different from everyday self-doubt. Tools and mindset shifts to help silence your inner imposter. Why your past doesn’t have to define your future. I personally learnt SO much from this chat – and even though I haven’t experienced imposter syndrome myself, I know many of you have. This is a must-listen.

You've been taught vulnerability is strength, but what if that's half the truth—and it's costing you more than you realize? This week, DawnCheré Wilkerson joins me to dismantle the hidden toll of isolation. She shares how walking through infertility, life's furnace, and unsurfaced grief fractures the soul, and how secrets rob you of belonging before you even realize it. DawnCheré exposes why vulnerability isn't a spotlight; it's a sanctuary that demands integrity. She unpacks the orphan spirit every believer must resist, warns against idolizing therapy as the endpoint, and offers a path forward: a refusal to run, safety in community, and the spiritual grit to stay alive. If you're tired of pretending you're fine…if your pain feels invisible…and if you've mistaken therapy for healing, this episode is your call to come home. FOCUS ON YOURSELF IN 2025! No one else is living your life. When focus on yourself, stay silent and figure out your purpose, everything else falls into place. Purpose will make the pain bearable. The Kevin Durant What's Your Why Motivational Speech by Eric Thomas. Edited by Motiversity.https://bit.ly/MotivationDaily_Mindset
In this episode, I'm joined by Joanna and Matthew Raabsmith—a couple whose story of addiction, betrayal, and ultimately deep healing is nothing short of powerful. Matthew shares his journey through sexual addiction and recovery, while Joanna opens up about the betrayal trauma that nearly broke their relationship—and how they found a way to rebuild trust, intimacy, and connection. We talk about what betrayal trauma really is (hint: it's not codependency), how hiding the truth strips partners of choice, and why full disclosure—when done safely—can be a turning point for couples facing the fallout of hidden addictions. I'm so grateful to Joanna and Matthew for being so open, vulnerable, and generous with their story. Not only have they done their own healing work, they're now guiding other couples through some of the most painful and confusing moments of their lives. If youve ever asked yourself, “Can we really come back from this?”—this conversation is for you. Before we jump in, I wanted to share an update on my “Self-Care Summer” project where I have been focusing the majority of my time on recovering from burnout. I have gone through the workaholic/burnout cycle so many times, I realized it's time to take a step back, quit posting daily content on social media, delete the social apps from my phone, and really take action on all the healing practices that I have discovered over the last 30 years. My approach was to create a list of activities, and I am listing them in the order that I've been doing them. You can find the list at odaatchat.com under this episode. The list includes: Gratitude List - text to clients andamp; friends Walks With Teddy while listening to educational or inspiring podcasts Weight training andamp; Yoga 12 Step Meetings Journaling: Two Way Prayer, Morning Pages, Education Reflection Journaling 30 Minutes Meditation - Waking Up App Tracking Time: I clock all the things above but also include Step Work Cooking Grooming Gardening Education - There's a bunch of books I want to work through. The intention is to actually do the work suggested in the books. On the docket are: 5 types of wealth by Sahil Bloom, Stop missing your life by Corey Muscara, Make Money Easy by Lewis Howes, and possibly A Course In Miracles Podcasting Client Calls Evening reflection journaling I know it probably sounds like a lot, and I didn't want this to turn into another thing I obsess over. To prevent that, the overarching guiding principle is to do a quick inner compass check and ask, what is the next right indicated action? And if I notice I need to rest or want to focus on play, I do that. The goal is really to practice self-acceptance and to give myself time and space to think about what patterns or stories no longer serve me, and think about who I really want to be and how I really want to spend my time. When we strip away what we think we should do, and get honest about our hearts desire, that's when we can truly align with our life's purpose and live authentically. This is really a process of emerging, and I'm excited about this phase in my journey. So stay tuned for updates! And without further delay, please enjoy this episode with Matt andamp; Joanna.
Can you believe we’re already halfway through the year? Time really does fly. And with that in mind, I’m excited to share this special episode with you — designed as your Mid-Year Moment. In this episode, Rory Vaden shares how your past pain may hold the key to your future impact. Rory is a New York Times bestselling author and co-founder of Brand Builders Group, where he's helped shape some of the most influential personal brands in the world—including Lewis Howes, Ed Mylett, and Amy Porterfield. We explore why so many people chase fame and followers but still feel empty—and how shifting your focus to serving others can radically change everything. Rory opens up about his own journey from self-centered success to purpose-driven impact, and breaks down the surprising path to finding your unique voice and turning it into lasting influence. If you've ever wondered what really makes your work matter, this one's for you. Rory is also giving away the entire audiobook of his new book, Wealthy and Well-Known, for free. Get it at freebrandaudiobook.com/chase. Some highlights we explore: “You are most powerfully positioned to serve the person you once were.” Rory's core idea for finding your purpose. Why multiple income streams don't build wealth—but focus does. How Lewis Howes 10x'd his podcast by cutting nearly everything else. A blunt truth: “If you have diluted focus, you get diluted results.” Enjoy!
You've been told therapy is the answer to everything. That if you just unpack hard enough, you'll finally be free. But what if that's not the full story? This week, Terry Crist joins me to challenge beliefs that cause deeper destruction. He's seen how long-standing secrets fracture the soul, how the orphan spirit grows in Christian homes, and how many believers never outgrow wounded identity, even into legacy years. In this conversation, Terry decodes why running away from truth never works, how idolizing therapy can drain godly authority, and why healing is never finished, even if you've been in the room for decades. He brings the fight where healing meets holiness, and shows how to refuse lie-lay, stop hiding, and step into belonging. If you've ever carried a secret, felt disconnected in the Church, or believed your wounds had an expiry date, you need to hear this episode. This week I had the absolute joy of chatting with the incredibly grounded & inspiring Magdalena Roze — and what a beautiful conversation it was. If you don’t already know Magdalena, she’s a meteorologist, journalist, author, passionate foodie, and a true master of living intentionally. But what I adore most about her is the way she blends ambition with authenticity, showing us all how to live a full, meaningful life that’s also deeply soulful. In this episode, we talk about her journey — from national television in Sydney to building a slower, more purposeful life in Byron Bay. She shares how she transitioned careers, faced uncertainty with courage, and allowed her passions to guide her toward a new version of success. Here are four powerful takeaways you can expect from our conversation: The magic that happens when you don’t take no for an answer — and how to gently persist toward your dreams. What it really feels like to leave a successful career and completely reinvent yourself. How to blend creativity, family, and community into a deeply fulfilling life. Why slowing down doesn’t mean doing less — and how to create space for clarity and creativity. Magdalena’s warmth and honesty will leave you inspired, especially if you’re standing at a crossroads or dreaming of something new. Tune in, soak up the inspiration, and dream. ✨ As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode and what you plan to implement after listening in. You've hit the wall. You've circled the same fears, same failures, same question: Now what? This week, Craig Cooney joins me to map out the 7 Stages of Life Transition—that spiritual, emotional, relational journey we all face when momentum crashes into burnout. He's walked past every threshold: loss, disillusionment, plateau, crisis. And he understands what happens when you blitz through “surviving” and find… something new on the other side. In this episode, Craig names the pain of transition: the loneliness of midsize dreams, the temptation to spin in place, the hidden grief behind “I'm tired,” and the silent desperation of burnout nobody talks about. And he exposes the breakthrough waiting when you refuse to stay stuck at the wall. If you're in the pause, the plateau, the painful “In-Between”—this episode will help you understand what stage you're in, give language to the hardship you're living, and show you the transformation lurking on the other side. But this isn't just a book promo. This is the raw, behind-the-scenes story of how Brand Builders Group was born in the ashes of unexpected loss, career heartbreak, and spiritual refinement. AJ vulnerably opens up about being fired from the company she helped build, the moment she realized her identity was misplaced, and the childhood trauma that shaped her purpose. You'll hear about the divine timing of a single phone call from Lewis Howes, the quiet miracle of provision during crisis, and how a stranger's words unlocked a lifelong belief about her worth. This episode is a masterclass in personal transformation—what it means to rebuild, to be refined, and to serve others from your story's deepest wounds. Whether you're an entrepreneur, author, coach, or just someone trying to figure out who you really are… this episode will meet you there.
Welcome to another short and empowering episode of Monday Motivation — your weekly dose of inspiration to start the week with intention. Today’s quote is one that stopped me in my tracks when I first heard it: “Being rich is having money; being wealthy is having time.”— Margaret Bonanno Powerful, isn’t it? Here’s what we explore in this episode: ✨ How redefining wealth can transform your relationship with time and priorities✨ Practical ways to reclaim your time and protect it like the precious gift it is✨ Why presence beats productivity — and how small shifts can lead to big wins We dive into what it really means to feel spacious and grounded — not just busy. Because a dream life isn’t about doing more, it’s about being more present for what truly matters to you. So take a moment. Listen in. Reflect. Let it guide you into the kind of week (and life!) that feels aligned and joyful — whatever your version of “wealth” looks like. As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode and what you plan to implement after listening in. Welcome to a deeply personal episode. I’m opening up about something that has profoundly shaped my life – freedom. Not just the idea of it, but the raw, powerful freedom to choose. The kind of freedom that comes from doing the inner work, from dreaming boldly, and from aligning your daily life with your truest values and passions. I take you right back to the moment that sparked it all – a 3am conversation with Paul when I was just 22, lost and unsure, with nothing but a pen and a blank piece of paper. That night, I wrote down my dreams for the first time, and something inside me shifted. I didn’t have the answers, but I had a vision. And I realised: that’s where freedom begins. In this episode, you’ll discover:
You've been sold a lie: that authenticity means spilling everything and bleeding on everyone. That your pain validates your platform and makes you more mature. This week, Levi Lusko joins us to dismantle that fallacy. He's faced the brutal shock of grief and the hidden ruins of unsurfaced trauma. He's walked through the disillusionment of midlife irrelevance. And he's learned the hard truth: healing doesn't include weaponizing your pain, and authenticity doesn't mean emotional anarchy. In this episode, Levi pulls back the curtain on what happens when grief blindsides you, why trauma must be surfaced before it surfaces on others, and how midlife loss of relevance can become the birthplace of greater purpose. We talk about the toxicity of “authenticity culture”—why sharing pain doesn't always lead to healing, and why containment, resilience, and sacred boundaries are essential. If you've ever bared your struggle and felt worse… if you're deep in grief or navigating a midlife low… this conversation will give you clarity, grace, and a restoration plan. Welcome to another short and empowering episode of Monday Motivation, giving you a dose of inspiration as you head into your week... Today, we explore the inspiring quote by Chris Brogan that challenges us to define success on our own terms: "The goal isn’t more money. The goal is living life on your terms." Three key takeaways you can expect from this episode: How to define what "living on your terms" truly means for you — not based on society, family, or social media. The power of micro-adjustments: how small daily choices lead to big transformations. Why investing in support, tools, and community can accelerate your journey toward freedom. I'm excited to bring you today’s conversation — one that I know will deeply resonate with so many of you. Have you ever felt like you’re stuck on the hamster wheel — running, juggling, hustling — yet still feeling like you never have enough time? That constant pressure to do more, earn more, achieve more? Well, what if I told you there’s another way? In this episode, I chat with Lloyd J. Ross, author of Become Time Rich, who has made it his life’s work to intentionally step off that treadmill and design a life filled with freedom, peace, and true wealth — not just financial, but time wealth. Lloyd’s story is fascinating. From starting out as a lawyer to moving into property development, entrepreneurship, investing, and ultimately creating multiple income streams, he shares how he discovered that freedom is far more valuable than simply chasing money. And how living intentionally allowed him to design a life where he works when and how he wants, enjoys time with loved ones, and builds businesses that work for him — not the other way around. In this episode, you’ll discover:

After building a billion-dollar real estate empire while emotionally shut down, Danny discovered that his massive external success masked deep wounds from childhood that were slowly destroying him from the inside out. He vulnerably reveals how his mother's inability to show love and his father's abandonment created patterns of judgment and comparison that blocked true abundance, even at the height of his business success. Through radical healing work including ayahuasca ceremonies and facing his deepest fears, Danny learned that returning to love requires courage to go through darkness rather than around it. You've been told addiction is a disease or a moral failing. That emotional pain is separate from your brain wiring. And that quantum physics is just science fiction jargon. This week on Win Today, Dr. Lee Warren—a neurosurgeon, Iraq War vet, and author—pushes back on all of that. He exposes how unraveling addiction requires more than therapy—it demands restructuring your neural pathways. He digs into how neurodivergent brains function, why most spiritual advice fails, and how quantum physics reveals that your brain isn't a victim—it's a participant. Lee will show you why normal isn't enough, why passive hope is setting you up for failure, and why self‑brain‑surgery—rewiring your neural patterns—is the ultimate resistance. If you're wrestling with addictive patterns, feeling trapped in mental loops, or want hard science fused with spiritual hope, this conversation will light a fire under you. This isn't motivation—it's neuroscience applied. It's the answer buried inside your skull. Episode Links Show Notes Buy my NEW BOOK "Healing What You Can't Erase" here! This wasn't just any tragedy; it happened the day after Father's Day, involving a man who had everything money could buy but lacked the one thing that mattered most: inner abundance and meaningful relationships. The incident forced me to confront a terrifying truth about wealth without emotional fulfillment and the dangerous void that exists when external success masks internal emptiness.Drawing from my own childhood trauma of fleeing an emotionally unsafe home at just 13 years old, I reveal the four distinct ways people live with money and why the third way - having wealth but lacking inner peace - represents the most perilous path of all. I get deeply personal about what it was like spending two decades trying to figure out how to feel safe again after running away from home as a kid. I talk about how the stories we tell ourselves about our past experiences end up controlling how we think about money and whether we believe we're worthy of it. What I've learned is that you can have all the financial freedom in the world, but if you don't feel at peace with yourself, none of it matters.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter

You've been taught that spiritual maturity looks like control. Stoicism. Discipline. Measured responses. But what if that's not maturity at all—just emotional suppression dressed in a Bible verse? This week on Win Today, Zach Meerkreebs, known for his role in the Asbury Outpouring, joins me to dismantle the cultural scorecard we've built around spiritual growth. We're talking about the false belief that spiritual people don't struggle. That leaders don't wrestle with anxiety. That if you're in pain, you're just not “surrendered” enough.
