Anthony Minichiello is an elite former professional athlete who had a long a distinguished career in the sport of rugby league. A two-time premiership winner and 300-game player with the Sydney Roosters, representative star for New South Wales and Australia and winner of the Golden Boot Award for the best player in the world. However, as you'll hear in this episode, it wasn't all smooth sailing for Mini. He faced some tough times battling injury in his career which led him to develop a strong resilience and challenge conventional wisdom when it came to health, fitness and nutrition.
