The goal is not to randomly just be reactive and let your day control you. The goal is to move closer to your goal everyday. Do you have a clear goal? Do you have an effort metric that you can track daily that is moving closer to your goal? As a real estate agent who wants to get more listings. You need to get clear on the activities that you do daily that create the most leverage and value. For me it's working on systems, content, and iterating on the offer. The hard part about growing your real estate business is managing the present and the future. Be proactive and intentional about what you say "YES" and "No" too. You are the CEO of your real estate business. It is a business, one that can work harder for you then you do for it. If you do the right things, do them right, and in the right order.
