In this episode, Randa shares her conversation with Shawn Lynch on The Success Formula Podcast and goes all the way back to where her entrepreneurial story began. From turning down grad school to sell handmade jewelry at a mall kiosk, to building a multi-million dollar company, losing it, rebuilding her confidence, and eventually creating another seven-figure business, Randa connects the dots between the wins, the losses, and the lessons that changed how she builds today.Randa and Shawn unpack why your identity cannot live inside your revenue, the lesson that finally taught her what scaling actually means, why founders have to build businesses that can grow without them, and how marriage, motherhood, faith, and time have completely changed her definition of success. If you've ever felt behind, tied your worth to the outcome, or wondered whether building more should require sacrificing more, this conversation will give you a different way to look at success.Catch more insight and content here: Website: https://randacarrabba.com/Instagram: @randacarrabba @iconiqueacademy @powher.fit

What does it really take to build one million-dollar company—let alone five brands that each crossed the million-dollar mark in less than 18 months? In this episode of The Raygacy Show, Rayson sits down with Tyler Dunagin, CEO of Turnserv, to uncover what happens behind the scenes when a business goes from ambitious idea to scalable organization.Tyler has built numerous seven-figure companies, earned recognition among the Inc. 5000, helped build one of the fastest-growing companies in Ohio in its category, been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year recognition, and appeared across dozens of publications. But this conversation isn't simply about revenue. It's about the invisible architecture behind extraordinary growth: systems, structure, culture, leadership, and the ability to know when to scale—and when to say no.Tyler shares practical lessons on building businesses that don't depend entirely on the founder, creating cultures where people take ownership, developing systems without suffocating creativity, diversifying products and services, entering new markets, and recognizing the difference between a genuine opportunity and an expensive distraction. We also go deeper into the human side of entrepreneurship: What happens when your company grows faster than you do? How does success change your identity? And after the awards, revenue milestones, and recognition—what actually makes the journey worthwhile? If you're an entrepreneur, founder, business leader, or someone trying to turn your vision into something that can grow beyond you, this conversation will challenge the way you think about scaling.Because building a successful company isn't simply about working harder. It's about creating the systems that produce results, the structure that sustains growth, and the soul that gives all of it meaning.

There is a thing called the "Governor's Tag" in our wildlife management system. It's an often expensive tag that is accused to be antithetical to the North American Wildlife Model - because only the rich get to play in that proverbial sand-box. This is why Robbie went to New Mexico to start a documentary around this "Governor's Tag" - there is no better place to do this than in New Mexico. Robbie sits down live with John Mark Matkin, following his three-year journey to hunt New Mexico's coveted Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep after ultimately winning the state's Governor's Tag for $1 MILLION. Robbie and John Mark are joined by outfitters/guides Jim Breck and GT, John brings us through the failed bids, setbacks, surgeries, and determination that finally led him to an extraordinary 200-plus-inch ram in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico. A first-class plane ticket totally changed my life. In May 2023, I was heading to Louisville to spend two days with my business coach when she told me to dress in “one-million-dollar business attire” and start imagining myself as Million Dollar Maddie. Naturally, I was annoyed. But I'm also nothing if not a bit of a rule follower, so I went with it. (And because I'm a Taurus who deeply values luxury and comfort, I upgraded to first class.)That experience made me realize that if I wanted to become the version of myself who ran a million-dollar business, I needed to start making decisions like her now. This matters for brand photographers because the version of you making your business decisions is also shaping your brand. When those decisions come from fear, people-pleasing, and trying not to rock the boat, your brand becomes safer, smaller, and much easier to ignore. We're talking:How I accidentally built a brand from the smallest version of myselfWhy invisibility feels safe but fails every timeWhat your imposter syndrome actually isThe four parts of a brand with a backbonePositioning from fear versus positioning from abundanceAsking what the million-dollar version of you would doLinks & Resources✨ Join me for Invisible to Inquiries, my upcoming masterclass about building a brand with a backbone, getting visible, and turning that visibility into inquiries✨ Learn more about Rebrand, my group program where you get content reviews, marketing and business coaching, and support in becoming a booked out brand photographer. Riley Witt says a hot bath beats a microdose of EPO.That's where this one opens, and it doesn't slow down. Riley walks through passive heat training—45 minutes at 104 degrees, four or five times a week, and the plasma volume adaptations that come with zero skeletal strain. He explains why water cooks you faster than a sauna, why going straight from a run into the heat multiplies the effect, and why a hot bath before bed will wreck your sleep instead of helping it.From there: electrolytes as the most overhyped supplement on the market, why a real sports drink needs sugar, and the carbohydrate timing window that can leave you hypoglycemic on the start line. Then the doping conversation. Riley talks about how WADA actually decides what gets banned, why most NCAA testing is looking for recreational drugs, and what a caffeine limit is really protecting you from. Dominic brings the Shelby Houlihan case and a stat on tainted supplements that Riley refuses to accept, which turns into the most detailed account you'll hear of what certification actually costs—the audit, the quarantine room, the batch testing. And the one everyone will argue about: how a guy with a 3:59 mile runs threshold at 4:00 pace. Riley explains his actual lactate numbers, why 200s at 32 seconds still count, and the theory he's building with Dr. Bill Evans around assisted running and running economy.Plus steeplechase heat, the Odyssey soundtrack, and why Riley would pay a million dollars for six seconds.Tap into the Riley Witt Special. If you enjoy the podcast, please consider following us on Spotify and Apple Podcasts and giving us a five-star review! Business isn't hard. You just made it hard. Right now, somewhere, someone is building a funnel. Adding another automation. Redesigning a logo nobody asked about. Adding one more upsell step to a checkout page that's already three pages too long. And they'll tell you they're "working on their business." They're not. They're hiding. Because as long as there's one more thing to build, you never have to find out if the business actually works. You never have to sell. You never have to face the possibility that it was never that complicated — and you've just been too scared to keep it simple. Episode Description What if choosing a niche doesn't mean giving up your creativity, your passions, or all the other parts of who you are? In this episode of the Million Dollar Niche series, Dielle Charon breaks down how to niche down when you're multi-passionate. As a self-described "wild creative," Dielle shares how she's built a business with live events, memberships, workshops, podcasts, social media, and more—all while maintaining a clear niche that has helped her generate millions of dollars. She explains why boredom is a creativity problem, not a niche problem, and why your passions don't have to become your specialties. Dielle also challenges the popular "you are the niche" advice, revealing how many creators who claim they don't have a niche still have highly specific offers, content pillars, and audiences. You'll learn how to stay wildly creative without creating volatility in your income—and the four elements Dielle believes every high-converting niche needs. If you've been afraid that niching down will box you in, make you bored, or force you to leave parts of yourself behind, this episode will help you see that you can be multi-passionate and build a clear, profitable business. A client told me recently that the strategy I gave them was premature — that I couldn't possibly know their business well enough after a 15-minute call to hand them a plan, and honestly, I understand why it looks that way. But what I have that most people don't is the vantage point of hundreds of private clients, and after all of that pattern recognition, I can tell you there are really only five containers that reliably create predictable revenue online: the high-ticket asynchronous coaching model, the weekly live webinar to a $500–$2,000 offer, the webinar to an application for a $2,500–$5,000 program, live launching, and the biweekly paid workshop. In this episode I walk through all five — the pieces and parts that make each one actually work, the price band each one lives in, and the real downside of each — and then I get into what I think is the actual problem: AI will happily generate you a 50-page marketing plan that looks official and is way, way too complicated, and you will build it, because it looks right. The truth is you need to do one thing really well long enough for it to cook — burner on high, not on low while you anxiously watch the pot — and the thing that trips people up is mistaking the simplicity of the strategy for the simplicity of the execution. If you're sitting on a plan you'd never have built without AI writing it for you, this one's for you.

This is a replay of a live Substack training. Because it was recorded live, you'll hear audience polling, chat Q&A, and time-sensitive references to the 30-day Substack Challenge and its bonuses, but the teaching inside is some of the most complete Kelly has shared on why Substack is working the way it is. Kelly only got on Substack to support a book deal, had zero intention of monetizing it, and then her VP of Marketing Krista realized the platform was a faster, easier way to do everything they already teach about trust-building offers and monetizing content. Seven months and six figures later, they're teaching it. Along the way, she and Danielle bust the biggest myths (it's just a newsletter, it only works if you teach business, it takes too much time), explain why their clients across every niche get paid so fast, and break down the number one mistake they made early on: not turning on monetization from day one. On deck: (5:27) Is it a foregone conclusion that the Los Angeles Rams will be Super Bowl Champions? After the re-signing of star DL Aaron Donald you would certainly think so. I'll get into why that may or may not be the case as the season kicks off next Wednesday. I'll also chime in about the key roster moves yesterday as teams trimmed their rosters down to 53. (23:59) The Yankees win three of four against their heat rivals from Boston and take the season series. Why this is crucial and what this means for both teams down the road. Plus, the latest in the sports when it comes to the pennant races and MLB is trying to toss the idea of having a free agent frenzy similar to the NFL & NBA? (44:28) We've had a huge upset at the US Open, which kicked off yesterday. Novak Djokovic loses in five sets due to ailments as he couldn't get out of the first round. What does this mean for the men's side of the tournament, especially the return of Carlos Alcaraz? NOTE: I forgot to talk about the MLB schedule for the early part of the week in the baseball segment, as well as, catching you up on the standings too. My apologies there. (1:03:59) College football is back in our consciousness as the season quietly begun on Saturday with Bill Belichick's UNC team topping TCU in Dublin for its first win. (1:04:39) The NHL has the first even $20 million dollar man as the Avalanche sign defenseman, Cale Makar, to an eight year deal. Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck has asked to be traded, but where is he going with training camps set to open in two and a half weeks? (1:08:45) Scottie Scheffler wins the FedEx Cup for the second time in three years. Does he still deserve to be the #1 golfer in the world after not winning a major Grand Slam tournament this year? (1:11:00) Umar Nurmagomedov was shockingly upset in China by Song Yadong on Saturday as he was KO'd in the second round. And MUCH more in between. Nate Atkin is getting close to $50 million between funded deals, approvals, applications, and pre-approvals. In this episode, we talk about the next stage of his $100 million journey: hiring an underwriter, creating new lead sources outside of real estate, and building a business that does not depend on Nate doing everything himself. We also get into local events, association marketing, white space, routines, and why the next bottleneck is usually hiding just around the corner. In this episode, we cover: Where Nate Is Now - An update on his funded volume, pipeline, and how close he is getting to the halfway mark. The Underwriter Hire - Why Nate believes this could be the decision that changes the business over the next 12 months. New Ways to Generate Leads - How he is experimenting with local events, police associations, hospitals, and other communities outside of real estate. The Next Bottleneck - Why solving one problem usually just reveals the next one, and why that is part of scaling. Building More White Space - How routines, delegation, and protecting thinking time can help Nate stay focused on growth. Nate's next level is not about working harder. What happens when a nonprofit receives not one, but two transformational, unrestricted gifts worth millions of dollars? In this episode, Rob Harter speaks with Dr. Xanthe Scharff, President and CEO of the Women's Refugee Commission (WRC), and Havovi Waddia, Managing Director of Programs for The Freedom Fund. Both organizations have received two major gifts from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott—WRC receiving a total of $24 million and The Freedom Fund receiving a total of $95 million. Xanthe and Havovi discuss how these unexpected gifts have transformed their organizations' ability to think strategically, invest in frontline organizations, strengthen internal systems, and make long-term commitments to the communities they serve. They also explore the power of trust-based philanthropy, why unrestricted funding can create significantly more impact than traditional restricted grants, and what MacKenzie Scott's approach to giving could mean for the future of nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy. Dr. Xanthe Scharff Key Topics Include: How the Women's Refugee Commission and The Freedom Fund received transformational gifts from MacKenzie Scott without applying or making a traditional funding request Why receiving a second major gift represents an extraordinary vote of confidence in an organization's leadership, mission, transparency, and impact How unrestricted funding gives nonprofit leaders the flexibility and “head space” to make strategic, long-term decisions instead of simply reacting to immediate funding pressures How The Freedom Fund is using its funding to make long-term investments in frontline and survivor-led organizations working to end modern slavery How the Women's Refugee Commission is adapting its funding model amid major cuts to government and international humanitarian aid Why trust-based philanthropy can strengthen nonprofit organizations, frontline partners, civil society, and ultimately democracy and human rights What MacKenzie Scott's giving philosophy may signal about the future of philanthropy—and why private philanthropy cannot replace the responsibility of governments Mentioned in This Episode: Women's Refugee Commission The Freedom Fund Yield Giving This Episode is Sponsored By: DonorBox Links to Resources: Interested in Leadership and Life Coaching? Every 2 Million Dollar career starts somewhere. For Clayton Edsall, it started with one colt — shown by a green young man who'd never done it before, and good enough to make the Futurity limited finals. That horse set everything in motion. This week Clayton joins us fresh off winning the NSHA NRCHA Futurity in Las Vegas, and the conversation covers a lot of ground. Clayton drops one of the best training analogies we've heard in a long time — something about an elephant, a Coke bottle, and a peanut that you'll have to hear in context. Then there's the time he took a very, very expensive dressage horse for an unauthorized joyride down a dirt road, and a motor-home-and-trailer story so unbelievable we're not going to summarize it here. We also get his honest take on schooling shows, prepping three-year-olds for three disciplines at once, working cattle in 105-degree heat, and the NRHCA Run for a Million qualifier schedule — plus how much the Run for a Million has grown the western performance horse world, and the friendships that come out of being part of it. Myron explains why most people sell from inherited beliefs, not from the real value of the transformation they create. He breaks down why “rich people have problems too,” why people buy things that are worth more than the money, and why the fastest way to start raising your prices is to actually raise your prices. This episode is for entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, creators, experts, and business owners who know they create real value but are ready to stop undercharging, raise their prices, and sell the transformation with more certainty.✅ Follow Myron Goldenhttps://www.youtube.com/@MyronGolden/featured

She also shares her raw perspective on navigating the comparison traps of social media, leaning into faith after the sudden loss of her father, and learning to prioritize health, sleep, and alignment over superficial markers of success. Episode Description What if choosing a niche isn't limiting your freedom—but actually the thing that could help you make more money? In this episode, Dielle Charon kicks off her Million Dollar Niche series by sharing how niching down took her from making $10K as a life and career coach to $40K as a side hustle coach, $300K as a general business coach, and eventually millions of dollars as a sales coach for women of color. She breaks down why a niche is simply a specialty—not a cage or an identity—and why getting more specific helped her grow her audience, get clients better results, and make more sales. Dielle also gets into the deeper reason so many entrepreneurs resist choosing a niche: making a decision can feel like giving up the freedom you became an entrepreneur to have. She shares why your resistance to niching may have nothing to do with your business, why constantly changing what you sell can create uncertainty for buyers, and how becoming a more decisive business owner can help you finally move forward. This is Part 1 of the Million Dollar Niche series. If you've been stuck between multiple niches, afraid you'll choose the wrong one, or wondering whether you even need a niche anymore, start here. In this episode of the Serious Sellers Podcast, Bradley Sutton sits down with Angie Mosqueda from Stardust, a company aiming for roughly $4 million in Amazon sales this year. What began as a traditional B2B business selling industrial products through distributors has evolved into a sophisticated Amazon operation with high-ticket products, business pricing, PPC clicks that can reach $20 or more, and even a six-figure-per-month product. But one of Stardust's biggest opportunities didn't come from a new keyword or advertising campaign. Through persistent networking at Amazon events and leveraging its business certifications, the company eventually became a preferred seller to Amazon itself—meaning Amazon warehouses can now purchase Stardust products. The company also became a preferred seller for Chicago Public Schools through Amazon Business. Angie explains how these opportunities took roughly a year and a half of networking, follow-ups, and navigating Amazon's programs, showing why sellers shouldn't overlook certifications, Amazon Business, or simply getting in the room with the right people. Angie also shares why Stardust recently moved its Amazon advertising away from outside agencies and brought PPC management in-house using Helium 10 Ads. While the account's overall numbers previously looked healthy, getting closer to the data exposed wasted spend hiding underneath those top-level metrics. She also explains how she's using Helium 10 Audience to validate creative decisions and the Helium 10 MCP with Claude to analyze bids, identify opportunities, make changes, and learn Amazon advertising as she goes. Bradley wraps up the episode with a live Cerebro deep dive into Stardust's top-selling spill kit, revealing how sellers can identify their real competitors, compare relative organic rank, uncover keyword gaps, and study historical advertising and BSR trends. Instead of guessing what might move the needle, sellers can reverse-engineer what changed when a competitor's sales and rankings improved. Stardust may already be approaching $4 million on Amazon, but this episode proves an important lesson: no matter how established your business becomes, there's always another layer of opportunity hiding in the data. He joins Ted Phaeton on The Modern Man Podcast to unpack the arc, the tactics, and the brotherhood he now runs for men who want more.   Joel is a Cuban refugee, a former apparel entrepreneur (he acquired 13 of 14 businesses that weren't publicly for sale — using handwritten notes as the opening move), and the founder of 31 Daily Challenges and The Brotherhood — an invitation-only community of 119 men across the country who meet the standard through his 31-day challenge process.
