Following his appearance on a BBC documentary with Sir Chris Hoy exploring the world of Japanese Keirin, I sat down with Joe to discuss his ambitions to follow in a line of track cycling royalty. Joe has already competed at the highest level and aims to secure a spot at the delayed Olympics next Summer in Tokyo. Esme has huge aspirations to help guide Team GB's Women's Hockey to a consecutive Olympic gold medal. On what should have been the penultimate day of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Joe explained how his quest for Modern Pentathlon Olympic Gold is on hold. Joe discusses his lung busting training schedule, trying not to enjoy freshers too much at the University of Bath and enjoying a special Olympic village performance from the Jamaican team at Rio 2016 that included a certain Usain Bolt. He hasn't let lockdown hinder him though, setting up a shooting range in his back garden! Joe has sights set firmly on Olympic gold next Summer.

Team GB's Amber is the sport's youngest ever female World Champion in Skeet Shooting. Shortly after she was named young sport personality of the year and then represented Team GB at the Rio Olympics. Amber is paving the way for young female athletes in a stereotypically male, middle class sport. Amber isn't your typical sharp shooter so hear how she aims to change the perception of the sport for which she possesses a gift uncovered by her beloved Grandad. Judy Murray has, for years, been quietly implementing steps to bring equality to tennis. Both in her work to help bring sport to the most disadvantaged communities in Scotland and providing a powerful female voice to the top of the professional game. It is her work that has provided an opportunity for so many. Whilst Judy has worked tirelessly, both her and her sons Andy & Jamie Murray have had to cope with immense media scrutiny. So, I spoke to her about how you cope with being one of the most recognisable mums in world sport and how she deals with being misrepresented when so much of her work goes below the public radar.
