We talked about everything being a process but how do we handle going through the process!

Life is full of things we do not expect. They can be good or not so good (we will talk about that :)  How do you handle the unexpected things in your life? 

With today's world of social media, so many people fall out of being their authentic selves and fall into being something they are not for others approval or attention. We all have flaws but those flaws are what makes us who we are...GOD created us in HIS perfect image. Be true to you because that's the best you that you can be!!

This was a very impromptu episode. GOD will place things on your heart and you just speak from there...that's the beauty of loving GOD and being unapologetically you!! A life free of bondage requires no validation! Whew! Our life and time are so valuable and as Christians we have a job to do! Are you ready? 

Who's in your circle? Are you surrounded by friends making deposits or those always making withdrawals?  You know it's not the size of your circle that matters but who's in it that really matters! But hey, if you want to have a genuine friendship, you also have to be a genuine friend!!! Your time is valuable so cherish who you allow to have it! ✔️

When hardships arise remember that this is just a test! Like all test, we have to be prepared and with the help of GOD, all things are possible and we can pass the test!!

How many times have we hit the snooze button so that we can get extra sleep?!?! Hey, that's okay, because sometimes we need it.  But, we have to be careful not to permanently snooze our life.  Don't procrastinate, just do it and get it done! Yes, you!! You can do this...with GOD all things are possible!

Often times we can just talk too much! Okay, well, maybe it's just me.  As a kid, I always wanted to be a talk show host. It's nothing wrong with talking but sometimes we need to just be quiet so that we can hear from GOD. Often times, GOD is speaking to us but we are too busy talking to hear from HIM. I actually heard GOD telling me to just be quiet! Well, I listened and boy am I glad I did. He had a lot to say!

So long, farewell, see ya 2020!!! Hello, 2021!!  I know we were all ready to see 2021 make her appearance!!! As we now began a new year, let's learn to leave everything in the past where it belongs...in the past. Often times, we like to live in the past but it just isn't a great place to reside and that's on Mary had a little lamb - kidding but not really.  Let go of the past and press forward! GOD always has a new thing for us but if we can't let go of the old, often times, we won't see it.  Let's go into 2021 burying the past and planting seeds for our future!!! Who's with me?

What do you do when you find yourself in an unfamiliar territory? We fear the unknown but when we seek the counsel of GOD, HE provides wisdom to help us find our way through these unfamiliar places. But, we must first seek Him!!! We must seek Him, get to truly know Him, and truly believe that HE provides all that we lack! Seek Him for wisdom to help you get through unfamiliar territories!!!

When someone betrays you, they can lose your trust.  GOD is always trustworthy! HE is reliable and always there in our time of need.  So, who do you trust?

It's always good to maintain a positive attitude no matter the situation. Trust me, I have to remind myself at times.  I'm really going to work on remembering that...rejoice always! GOD wants us to be happy!!! HE wants us to rejoice and give thanks in everything! Take the time to be thankful and keep a cheerful heart - always! Maintaining a positive attitude definitely brings your stress level down! Rejoice and enjoy life!

Things around us can seem chaotic at times. Did you know it is possible to have peace through chaos? With GOD, all things are possible!! His WORD says come to me all who are heavy burden and I will give you rest!! HE is our calmness through chaos!!!

We often talk about healing but it's a process some of us have yet to finish. Healing means forgiving and letting go of the anger, fear and shame.  But, with GOD's help and your willingness to make a change, you can heal from anything!! Healing is sometimes hard but necessary!

Often times we put our feelings over our faith and this is never a good thing. Our feelings are filled with emotions which are sometimes temporary but GOD's love for us is permanent. Our feelings can sometimes stand in the way of our faith. Join me with my special guest, Kailyn Nicole, as we discuss what happens when we put our feelings over our faith.

Election Season,  Laws and Policies,  no matter what we agree and disagree on, some things are non-negotiable...being kind is never negotiable! We all have a responsibility to  act in good behavior!!

Does it seem like a lot is happening and it's all at once? Are we depending on GOD when things go awry or are we giving up and giving in? Are we truly trusting HIM? 

Learning to let go of the past is not always easy; however, when you realize that GOD does not keep account of it, it sure takes the load off!! This message gives you tips on letting go of the past and walking in your future!

Has GOD been “nudging” at you to do something that's out of your comfort zone? Do you feel “that's not me”...This episode will help you see that you're not alone. Growth and Comfort don't mix but we all need growth to become better people! So instead of saying “that's not me” say “thank you GOD that you want to use little ole me”. 

Words mean a lot and what's in our hearts will eventually come out of our mouth!! Guard your heart and always respond in love! Easier said than done but it is possible!!

How many times has GOD told us to do something or how to handle something but it just didn't make sense to us?!?! We need to learn to be obedient. Being obedient brings about blessings and it also lets GOD know that we trust HIM even when it doesn't make sense.

Dealing with grief is so hard. It's hard to talk about and hard to handle. But, nothing is impossible for our GOD to handle. Weeping may endure for a night, but your joy is waiting in the morning!!! This episode is a little different. It was a spur of the moment type of deal. My daughter came to me with a heavy heart being “black in America”. This episode will touch on her concerns and how she found a way to use the WORD to apply to her life. Before the recording, she shared with me how GOD comforted her during her time of sadness and anger and needless to say we all cried. It's so hard to see our nation being in turmoil but GOD can turn it all around!!
