Today's episode is all about increasing your engagement on social media. We've been helping brands online since 2008 at Social INK, so as you can imagine, we've seen a thing or two along the way. One of the biggest complaints we hear is brands complaining that the engagement levels on social media are terrible-to-non-existent. But usually, we dig a little deeper than that. And one of our questions to brands is, when was the last time you asked your audience to engage? It sounds so simple, but here it is, why would anyone engage with your brand if they don't feel like welcome to do so. You're trying to build a community online, right? So, let's invite everyone in. Let's make it welcoming, let's encourage conversation, debate, or sharing. Join your host, Chris Bruno, to find out more. I hope you all stay safe.Enjoy!A huge thank you to Campaign Refinery for sponsoring this episode.
