The biggest trade in MLR history was made... after we already recorded! Oh well! There were four massive games in Canadian rugby this week as Stu and Derek breakdown the the men's win over Belgium, the women's loss to England, Wave vs Pride with the Coastal Cup on the line, and the USports Championship.
It was a busy weekend in Canadian rugby as both the women's and men's national teams were in action. Stu and Derek breakdown Canada's win over the USA in the Pacific Four (Two) Series and the loss to Portugal. Then they take a deep dive into the MLR schedule release, the newest Arrows signings, Jamie Mackenzie announcing his retirement, Coastal Cup, and USports rugby.

In my car I carry a single burner propane camp stove and a single burner plug-in electric burner so I can heat food- no matter what the situation is. I keep a little bottle of instant coffee in my car -for coffee/ caffeine/ headache emergencies.
