Idea: To write and record fantasy/sci-fi audio stories, and release them either as audiobooks or a podcast. Also: standup comedy, how the "Dungeons & Dragons" game works and how being a "dungeon master" is great training for being a fantasy/sci-fi author, Originally from Creativity Wasted episode 13 Daniel Thomas (twitter.com/DanTComedy) Khurum Sheikh (facebook.com/khurum.sheikh) Andrew Magryta (twitter.com/AndrewMagryta) Loyd Digg (twitter.com/LoydDigg) Tom Walma (twitter.com/thomaswalma)
Thomas and Dickie continue to get used to life behind bars. Dickie meets a very aggressive ally in the cafeteria, Badula Al-Amin, who joins the Truthcast to speak about nutrition and the dangers of soy and how it relates to the emasculation of men. Thomas blows Dickie's mind with a TRUTH about Clark Kent and Superman. Badula Al-Amin was played by Loyd Digg. Check out his website https://loyddigg.com/ where you can find out when he's performing as well as check out his Loyd Have Mercy videos on Youtube. Thomas and Dickie have never been in the same room as Mike Bobbitt and Alex Bozinovic, but it should be noted that Dickie and Mike wear completely different glasses, and Thomas wears glasses while Alex wears contacts. So totally not the same people. The live TRUTH show has moved to the second Thursday of every month at Go Comedy. On todays episode I sit down with Detroit Comedian Loyd Digg while hanging out and drinking at the Woodward Avenue Brewery. I first met Loyd at the Comedy night at Cellarmen's in Hazel Park, and though I was admittedly slurring my words I was able to get his contact information and schedule him to come on the podcast. We sit down and talk comedy, the UFC, michigan's comedy scene in general, and his web-series Loyd, Have Mercy. I had a great time hanging with Loyd and I hope to catch more of his comedy styles in the near future. You can check him out ah Loyd Digg.com, on Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube.
