Tim begins the conversation by summarising his thoughts and views on what constitutes 'failure' and what do we mean by this in an educational context. He then offers up a set of out-of-school, in-school and systemic changes that need to happen in order to eliminate 'failure' in our education system. After this introduction, he let the debate begin!
