Seth Arnold is a post-collegiate Pole Vaulter who jumped at Texas State and after his final year he had shoulder surgery to repair his injuries. Anthoney is starting the process of bringing Seth on as an Athlete for strength and conditioning and corrective exercise, with plans to getting Seth to the Olympic Trials. Seth is a firefighter and an skydiver, so in this episode you get to learn about Seth’s passions and hear the start of his training with Anthoney. 0:30 Seth started Pole vaulting in 7th grade because of his father being a pole vaulter and having a pit in his back yard. 3:10 Seth enjoys doing gymnastics style workouts but never took classes on it, rather the workouts help with pole vaulting. 5:32 During his time pole vaulting against his brother in high school, he bet his brother’s personal record.
