Listen, this season can be magical…but it can also be stressful, overwhelming, busy, and even emotionally heavy. And if we're not intentional, the holidays can drain us instead of fuel us. So today, I want to walk you through a simple, clear, faith-centered 5- week journey to get your heart right, your mind right, your spirit right… and position you for PURPOSE, PRESENCE, and POWER heading into a brand-new year. How does that sound? In this week's episode, I'm sharing 5 spiritual and personal growth goals that will help you deepen your faith, reduce your stress, elevate your energy, and walk into 2026 with more clarity, passion, & purpose. I hope that fires you up! Specifically, here is what I will be addressing in your "5-Week Spiritual Reset Program" (Ep. 455 of the IMPACT SHOW): 1. Daily "First 10" Spiritual Practice and how it can help ground you and give you even more gratitude on the daily… 2. Sabbath Rhythm Once a Week and how it lowers cortisol, strengthens faith, and restores your mental/emotional battery. 3. Then ask yourself these 3-questions that can help mold you to who you are 'today' and who you will become 'tomorrow': o Who is God calling me to become? o What is God asking me to release? o What is God preparing me to build? Lastly, I want to remind you of something today: Life brings seasons of triumph and seasons of trial. The mountaintop moments remind us of God's abundance; the valleys remind us of His presence in our weakness. Remember, 'My faith has carried me through the highest mountains and the lowest valleys.' Just like Psalm 23:4 says: 'Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.' There are Mountains. And there are Valleys. And God is present in both. KEEP GOING!! Grab your journal, grab your coffee, lace up your shoes if you're on a walk…and let's dive in. Take a breath with me… In through the nose… and gently out through the mouth. A moment for yourself to just breathe. In this moment right now, I want to take you into a part of yourself that doesn't rush, doesn't perform and doesn't need to prove anything. A part of you that is just here. You, me and this podcast. The part of you that once felt the world with your whole body… the woman who could taste moments, who could hear the subtle pull of her intuition, who could sense what she needed without thinking. Sensuality is presence, embodied. Feeling and being disconnected from your sensuality Most women don't actually lose their sensuality: they simply disconnect from it in order to survive. We learn to silence our senses because feeling too much seems inconvenient, too slow, too vulnerable. We move so fast that our bodies can't keep up, so they shut down the very parts of us that make life rich and textured and deeply feminine. Today is your invitation to reopen those doors… gently, without pressure, without expectation. Sensuality is a key dimension of the feminine. Notice how rare it is to see men slow down simply to taste their coffee, feel the warmth of it in their hands, or breathe into the moment. Yet for women, this kind of slowing down, savouring, and sensing is both natural and transformative. It's how we reconnect with ourselves, how we reclaim our energy and how we cultivate the radiance that the world notices before we even speak. Sensuality through softness As you listen, see if you can soften your breath. Soften your shoulders. Soften the part of you that thinks she needs to be “on” in order to be okay. Sensuality returns not through effort, but through softening. Through remembering that you're not meant to brace your way through your own life. You are meant to feel it — in your skin, in your breath, in your whole being. And today, we begin that return together. Your sensual self is the woman who experiences life instead of moving through it on autopilot. She notices warmth on her skin. She hears her own breath. She lets herself taste, touch, feel, receive. Your sensuality isn't broken I've had many women through 1:1 coaching or on retreats tell me “I feel disconnected from my feminine energy.” “I don't feel feminine — I feel flat.” “I don't feel sensual or sexy, I feel stressed” And they say it or whisper it like it's a confession or something horrible. Like they've failed at being feminine. Yet nothing is wrong with you.

A rhythm in my chest that whispers, You are safe. You are enough. You can gently return to yourself. So I sit with the truth that peace is not far away. It is never far away. It waits beneath the noise, beneath the wanting, beneath the stories I tell to feel less afraid.
