Vic on Steve Harvey Fm writes… Last weekend, I was at my homeboy’s mama’s house for a barbecue and went into the house. As I was walking out, my friend’s mama started talking to me in the hallway and she was flirting. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t into it. I’m curious what are the downsides of taking my friend’s mama up on her offer of getting together and seeing what happens? Regina on Steve Harvey FM writes… My boyfriend and I work out together all the time, but lately I can tell Tues. 6-3-25 something’s off. He’s wincing, slowing down, clearly in pain, but every time I ask, he insists he’s fine. I’m pretty sure he’s nursing a back injury, but he’s too proud to admit it. I don’t think less of him for being hurt, it happens! How do I get him to open up and stop pretending he’s invincible? Steve Harvey has advice for... Safronia in Pelham: I am the mom and the dad in our household. Something has to give. I do all of the running around for school and now I’m going to have to find something to do with the kids for the summer. My husband comes home, grabs a beer and hits the recliner. He thinks that it’s cool because he pays for all of the activities but I have a full-time job too. I’m also expected to have sex and look cute all the time while he and his beer belly live their best lives. How do I get him to be a daddy and not just a sponsor? How do I get his attention? Dee in Indianapolis: My girlfriend and I finally had sex and she said it’s not something that she wants to do often. I thought I had done something wrong and she said that it was a great experience, but I’m almost too big for her. I told her the best way to get used to it, is to keep trying it out. She doesn’t see things my way so now we’re back to not having sex. Is there a better approach I can take to get her be intimate? Steve Harvey has advice for... Sharonda: "My husband treats me like a queen and I don’t doubt that he loves me, but I’ve caught him cheating before and I think he’s at it again. He comes from a family and says that in his culture, cheating is tolerated as long as the wife is loved, cared for, and respected. I get the love and care, but not the respect. I don’t want a divorce, but I hate knowing my husband might be spending time with another woman. If I put my foot down and he doesn’t stop, I’ll have to choose between living with the cheating or leaving him, and neither is what I want. What should I do? How can I cope with living with a husband who loves me but cheats? Damon: "I’m dating one of my co-workers and dinner was perfect, and the conversation flowed…but then we went to the movies. One of my big pet peeves is people who talk in a theater during a movie. I don’t mean like “pass the popcorn” or stuff like that. I’m talking about “did you see the makeup on that girl over there” and “did you see the memo about overtime.” All during the movie?!?!? If something like this bugs me this much, is a second date even worth it?" Steve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Steve Harvey has advice for... Allie in Macon: My garden was doing great, but I noticed my tomatoes were disappearing. I thought it may have been mice. My husband said he thought that someone took them. So it turned out that my neighbor snuck into our backyard and stole them. We turned one of the patio cameras towards the garden and we caught my neighbor on video stealing. She apologized and offered to pay for the tomatoes. I do not trust her now and I told her to never speak to me again. My husband is saying I was too harsh. Am I wrong for how I handled that thief? Silas in the Bay Area: I got married right out of high school and I’m 62 years old. I haven’t cheated on my wife in the past 20 years but I’m getting the itch for something new. My wife is my best friend and we tell each other everything so I’m torn between being honest about how I feel and just going for it and then pray that she never finds out. I know that I shouldn’t tell her but is there a chance she might understand? Steve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Steve Harvey has advice for a woman who is questioning recently breaking up with her boyfriend. Steve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Veda in Raleigh: "Over 20 years ago, my sister had sex with my boyfriend. I ran into the guy at our class reunion recently and he told me what happened. He said that my sister came on to him because I had told her that he was good in bed. He said she teased him about being scared to have sex with someone older than him, so he did it to prove her wrong. I believe him. How could my sister do that? She has kept this secret for years. I want to confront her, but is it worth it?" Duane in Monroe: "I walked in on my girlfriend talking to another guy. She was asking if he was okay and if he needed anything. She said she was going to bring food by because he needed to eat something. I asked her if the guy had a death in the family and she said he was sad over a breakup. I think it’s inappropriate for my girl to be consoling her grown co-worker after a breakup. I told her that he’s setting her up to see how nice she can be. Am I wrong for how I feel about this?" Steve Harvey has advice for... Anonymous writes... "This holiday weekend road trip with my long-distance girlfriend has turned into a drama. She lives about a ninehour drive away, and we agreed that a nice romantic spot near the middle is the way to go. Instead of meeting in the middle, though, my girlfriend now wants me to fly there, drive us to the spot, drive us back, and then I would fly back. That feels like such a waste of time and money, especially when I did look at the route and realized it was actually 45-minutes closer to her than it is to me. I would love to see her, but I don’t know that wasting the time at the airport and flying, and the upwards of $2,000 it would cost for last-minute flight makes the least bit of sense. She says it has to be that way, or the weekend won’t happen. How big of a deal is this?" TJ on Steve Harvey FM writes… "About a year ago, I quietly took time off from school to figure things out. I didn’t drop out, I just hit pause to rethink where I was headed. But I never told my parents. They still think I’m attending classes, and I’ve kept up the act because I didn’t want to disappoint them. Now I’ve found a completely new path that I’m excited about, but I know I’ll need their support to go for it. Do I come clean about the Thurs. 5-22-25 time off or just present them with the new plan and skip the part where I’ve been faking it for nearly a year?" Keya on Steve Harvey FM writes… My dog Martha is super friendly with everyone… except my boyfriend. Every time he comes over, she growls, hides, or stares him down like a furry little bodyguard. At first, we laughed it off, but now it’s got me thinking. My boyfriend says it’s just a phase, but part of me wonders if Tues. 5-20--25 my dog’s picking up on something I’m not seeing. Should I trust my instincts? Or Martha’s? Derrick on Steve Harvey FM writes… My girlfriend’s habit of ordering delivery food has me rethinking our future. We moved in six months ago, and she orders food a minimum of four times a week…that I know of. I know when you live with someone you find out what they’re really like. I asked her about this habit of hers, and she just rolled her eyes. I’d rather spend that money on real food and maybe some cooking classes we could take together. Is it completely wrong of me to see this as a potential deal-breaker? Steve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The crew fills in for Steve Harvey to give some advice to... LaCresha - "My ex and I broke up over a year ago, but his mom and I stayed close. Every couple of weeks we meet for coffee, text about books, and she even invited me to her birthday brunch. My ex just found out and flipped, saying I’m crossing a line. But honestly, she feels like family to me, and we never even talk about him. Is it wrong to stay friends with her, or does breaking up with someone mean breaking up with their family too?" Manny - "For reasons I don’t quite understand, why the funeral home gave me the ashes of my aunt and now I have no clue what to do with them. I offered them to my mom, my uncle, and my aunt’s kids, and nobody wants them. So, here I am with a box full of my aunt’s ashes. As far as I know, she didn’t have any “final wishes. So, I’ll ask you…what does one do with the ashes of someone they weren’t really all that close to?" Steve Harvey has advice for... Tamara in New Haven: I have been with the same man for almost 10 years and he has a 5 year old son that we just found out about. I encouraged him to do a blood test to find out if it’s really his child. The child’s mother is in the military and she asked if the child can live with us, which means I would be responsible for the child because my boyfriend is a kid himself. Not only do I have to forgive him for cheating, I will have to raise his son. What’s in it for me? Is it time to leave? Rhonda in Tyler: My lover and I are having a major dispute over how he should be pleased. He’s married so there’s a limited amount of activities that I can do with him because he made it clear that he’s still sexually active with his wife. Why does he cheat if they’re still having sex? Steve Harvey has advice for... O.C on Steve Harvey FM writes…. Over the last few weeks, I’ve taken a step back and realized that my kids are doing extremely well for themselves…and they don’t need me. So, I rewrote my will and decided that I would rather spend my money to make my remaining years amazing rather than put it away for them…especially since they don’t need it. My kids have seen the plans I’ve been making, and they know that things like trips and cruises aren’t cheap. They’ve voiced their concerns, but it’s becoming clear that their fears don’t have anything to do with my well-being…they’re worried about what’ll be left for them. I feel like it’s my money and I can do with it what I want. I don’t feel wrong…but why are they tripping? Ricky on Stevey Harvey FM writes… I accidentally “ruined” my sister’s gender reveal. First off, no one told anyone it was a gender reveal, so it was apparently supposed to be a surprise. Secondly, when I went to the bathroom, I caught a glimpse of a bedroom with a door open…and it was filled with baby stuff…predominantly blue baby stuff. So, when I left the bathroom and said, “So, is it a boy?” the room got silent, and my sister was almost in tears, accusing me of making it “all about me” and “never wanting her to have any happiness.” I get that gender reveals are the big thing now, and perhaps I couldn’t have not been so quick to blurt that out…but I am failing to see how this is all my fault.Steve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Steve Harvey Has Advice for... Diva in Savannah: "I wash and fold my boyfriend’s clothes and take them to his house weekly. I also have dinner ready for him most evenings or I meet him out for dinner. We’re either at his house or mine after dinner and we either go for a walk, have wine, watch a movie or just sit and talk. Sex isn’t a big thing to him so sometimes we only have sex once a week. No matter what, every night around 11pm, he gets up to go home. If I’m at his house, he starts hinting that it’s getting late and time for him to go to bed. He will follow me all the way home and then go back to his house. This has been going on for almost a year. Am I supposed to go along with this and pretend to like it?" Ashley in Chicago: "My husband and his former best friend had a nasty argument and it almost turned into a fist fight, all because of me. Apparently, they all planned to rent an Airbnb and have dancers come over for a bachelor party for one of their friends. My husband said he wasn’t going and they called him soft and henpecked. My husband made his own decision. Why are grown men still behaving like children?" Steve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Steve Harvey has advice for... Megan: "My boyfriend and I had a big talk a few months ago where he promised to stop watching porn because he knew how much it upset me. Things were good for a while, but lately he’s been acting secretive, closing his laptop fast and being weird with his phone, which makes me think he’s sneaking around again. It’s making me feel like I’m not enough for him, like he’d rather be fantasizing about other women, and I’m starting to doubt our whole relationship. Should I give him another chance or is this my sign to leave?" Jerry: "When my wife and I bought our home, we loved how peaceful and private the backyard felt, even though the houses are close together. Our next-door neighbors' yard sits a few feet higher, giving them a clear view down into ours. At first, it wasn’t a big deal. We’re friendly with them, but as their kids have gotten to know us, they’ve become more comfortable interacting with us even when we’re just trying to relax in our own backyard. We get it, they’re just being nice, but we miss having space that felt like our own. Is there a way to reclaim that privacy without seeming rude or starting tension with them?" Steve Harvey Has Advice for... DeeDee in Tallahassee: "I got a speeding ticket and my husband took my keys from me. He said I caused the insurance to go up and I don’t deserve to drive. How can he be so critical of my driving when I was headed to the school to get HIS sick child, not mine. I do everything for that boy and I sat in the urgent care clinic for 3 hours with him after I got the speeding ticket. He’s ungrateful and treats me like I’m a child. Should I get my keys back from him and speed on out of his life?" Ava in the DMV : "The guy that I just met bought me an expensive purse and I took a picture and posted it, with “something special” in the caption. He saw the picture and told me to delete it. He said he doesn’t want to look like he’s a trick, meaning he blows money on women. I did not mention him or tag him. My mom said he might have given his wife the same purse so that’s why he told me to delete my post. It was my mom’s shady way of asking if he’s married. He said he is not married. Why does she always hate on the new guys I meet?" Steve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

We've all heard the advice: "If he wanted to, he would," "You have to hustle 24/7 to succeed," and "Never change for anyone." On the surface, they sound empowering, but when you dig a little deeper, you start to wonder: are these ideals really lifting us up, or quietly wearing us down?Because here's the truth: you don't need a $100 skincare routine to practice self-care, and success isn't a badge earned by exhaustion. I know I shouldn’t have cared if she got home safely but it was 2am so I asked her to text me when she made it home. My wife doesn’t believe my story but it’s plain as day in my texts. Malika in the IE: "I met a guy online and all he talks about is how he’s about to blow up and make a lot of money as soon as his invention is patented. Our sex life is also a lot better since I moved to New Mexico. We don’t argue or get on each other’s nerves this way. So why would he want to mess our good thing up and move here, just so we can argue all the time?" Woody in Ocala: "My dad has been in and out of nursing homes because he likes to take things that aren’t his. I went to pick him up from his 3rd home and I found all kinds of stuff in his room that didn’t belong to him. I put it all in a shopping bag and left it in the director’s office. Cecil on Steve Harvey FM writes… "I got divorced from my wife of 11 years about six months ago, and I finally feel like I’m ready to move on and meet new people. Last week, I met a woman who seems to be extremely cool. I’m not interested in getting married again. Anyway, I’m just now learning about all the toxic stuff that can go with social media. I have 11 years of memories stored in my profile pages, and I have zero interest in going through it all and deleting every picture of my ex-wife. However, that’s exactly what mutual friends of this new woman that I’m dating, think I should be doing. I’m still friends with my ex…I just have no interest in being with her anymore. None. Zero… I have even less interest in going through 11 years of pictures and individually deleting ones that might make someone else feel insecure. Is this really necessary? Chris on Steve Harvey FM writes, this weekend, my girlfriend’s parents have invited us to spend Easter weekend at their place. We’ve been dating for around a year, and we’re all quite familiar with each other…so it should be fun. There’s an issue, though. They’re relatively old-fashioned and don’t want us sleeping together in the same room…even though they know we live together. Steve Harvey gives advice to: Di in Knoxville: "I won a decent amount of money on a scratch off and my family knows about it but I didn’t tell my friends. I ordered a few designer items that I’ve always wanted but couldn’t afford. I wore some Louboutin heels and a new Michelle watch to brunch and my so-called best friend asked me if my shoes and watch were fake. I would expect that from a hater, not her. She said it was an honest mistake because I never have any money. Is she my best friend or is she a hater?" Charmaine in Tampa: "I have been talking to my ex-husband a lot lately because his dog died. He cared more about that dog than he ever did about me, so I felt bad for him. My current husband can’t understand how losing a pet can really hurt, so he gets irritated when I check on my ex. Is there anything wrong with checking on him while he grieves?"
