Raz Fresco in our opinion is a truly original rapper. we like his rap style because he doesn't sound like your "favourite rapper." Also the song titled "Ocean View" is extremely easy to listen to, and you could probably picture a B-boy dancing to this in the background of a music video...but i digress. Artist: Tory Lanez Album: Swavey First we would like to congratulate Tory Lanez on the completion of this Album, at the age of 19 this is a major step toward future success. In other words start early. When we listened to Tory Lanez and we all thought “hey doesn’t this guy remind you of Bone Thugz in Harmony.” I don’t know if that’s a good thing because we are showing our age, but Bone Thugz was very successful. We picked a song titled “I Go” to showcase Tory Lanez’s talent. We hope you enjoy and we would like to wish Tory Lanez continued success with his Hip Hop career.

Artist: Skyzoo Album: The Great Debater We like Skyzoo, not only his original name, but his music is very distinctive and memorable. The track that really stands out is titled “Until It All Goes” featuring the rapper Manhattan. This beat reminded us of a funk song…the title currently escapes us; however we are sure it was something of the psychedelic nature.

Artist: Black Cobain Album: Young Gifted And Black We Stumbled onto Black Cobain while searching through the mix tapes on Datpiff.com and we really enjoyed listening to it. Our favorite track is titled “Busy Now.” We also found ourselves trying to figure out where that hook came from, we loved the beat and thought it was beautifully put together. We would like to wish Black Cobain continued success with his Hip-Hop career.

Artist: Ace Hood Album: Body Bag Ace Hood is an extremely down to earth rapper and with his new mix tape Body Bag Vol.1, we are sure he’s going to appeal to the African American male who has been through the “struggle.” Ace Hood speaks about various topics from losing an apartment to being unable to feed his children, Ace paints a very vivid picture of these events while making his music very entertaining (for those who can relate). We really enjoy the track title Just Living, and we know you will to. We would like to wish Ace Hood continued success with his Hip Hop career.

Artist: Rick Ross Album: Maybach On 24’s Rick Ross the Teflon Don is a really enjoyable hip hop artist. We love his original rap style and beats. Some times we think love affair with Maybach’s is a little obsessive, none the less a healthy one. Rick Ross is deeply embedded in the down south “Miami” hip hop community. Rick Ross speaks about real issues while at the same time making his music interesting, for example the mafia theme he is currently playing. We can picture Rick Ross being a house hold favorite for a long time. We’d like to wish Rick Ross continued success with his career.

Artist: Young Jeezy Album: Streets Still Watching Young Jeezy an already successful Hip Hop artist has released the Streets Still Watching mix tape to feed his diehard fans hunger. The album open up with “Pocket full of Money”, a fast pace track with fast paced rapping, you’ll find yourself reciting the words to this song in no time. We must warn you this is gangster rap…more of a cultural approach, not really endorsing violence. In other word it’s pure fun. We can’t wait for Young Jeezy’s next album, and we would like to wish him continued success throughout his music career.

Artist: Skeme Album: The Statement We stumbled onto Skeme while searching through the various mix tape sites on the internet. One thing we really liked about Skeme are his choice of beats, he has a really nice original sound. Most bad artist try to sound like the greats which is flattery in its highest form, but that’s not what real die hard hip hop fans want. Being original is the best policy and we think Skeme has done just that. Andjety is located on the east coast so when some good west coast rap comes alone it’s gold. Our favorite track is “Let It Breathe.” We would like to wish Skeme success in his career, and we hope you enjoy the track we picked out.

Artist: Wes Fif Album: Golden Nights Ah Wes FifGolden Nights, an easylisten. With his southern rap style and smooth beats, you’ll find yourself bobbing your head in no time. We really enjoyed track 8 Hometeam featuring artist such as Big Krit, Cyhi Da Prynce, and Dreamer. We’ve even added Hometeam to our ipod playlist, you’ll find yourself memorizing the words to his songs in no time. We would like to wish Wes Fif continued success, and we will be following his music career looking for more great music of course.

Artist: Belly, Kurupt Album: The lost Tapes Canadian rapper Belly and west coast Legend Kurupt teams up to bring us The Lost Tapes 2008 album.There was one song we really enjoyed track 8 Change your world. This song has a really catchy hook, combined with a fast paced beat you’ll find yourself humming this song in no time. We would like to wish Belly and Kurupt success in their career, and we’ll be looking out for new music.

Artist: Greg Album: I’m Just Livin We really like this album, we call like this luxury rap; with really smooth beats, combined with a great rap style. I can picture myself driving a Cadillac in Texas sipping a Slurpee. We are sure Greg will be a Hip Hop super star in the future. A guy sitting next to me said, “this is what’s missing from the game, not to knock anyone else.” This album slowed my work down, I found my self-listening to it over and over again. “Ride around” is our favorite track, and we would like to wish Greg furture success in his career.

Ah we’ve found a new Artist we like, he goes by the name of Fiend. Fiend’s music has sort of a nostalgic feeling, kind of brings you back to the seventies. Fiend’s Life Behind Limo Glass is a breath of fresh air, mixing it up a little, giving HIP HOP a little diversity (stylistically for that matter). We like to call CD’s such as this road trip music; you’ll never find yourself flipping angrily through the songs, and almost crashing your car. It took us about one hour to pick our favorite song, We hope you enjoy Fiend’s Life Behind Limo Glass Album, and we wish Fiend success in their music Career.

Artist: Drake O.V.O Album: O.V.O Ah Drake one of our favorites. If you’re a diehard Hip Hop fan we’re pretty sure you’ll love Drizzy Drake. Drake uses a lot of original beats, which makes his music that much more enjoyable. The Album O.V.O features J Cole, Jeremih, and Rick Ross. Tracks like “Where To Now” and “Im On” will have you bumping your head uncontrollably. So check out the mix tape, we recommend it, and we wish Drake continued success with his career.

Artist: Amadou King Album: So Close Yet So Far Amadou King’s mix tape is classic Hip-Hop. The first track is enjoy able, using a classic Hip-Hop practice the sample. Amadou has an original flow, which is enjoyable and easy to listen to. Overall the mix tape is easy to listen to, the track selection sequence is perfect, you wouldn’t find your self pressing the forward track button. We hope you enjoy it, and we wish Amadou King the best of look in his career.
