Anti-momentum? Where is the fear factor in your team/organization? Everyone will always come to you with a perceived fear and they wait for you to fulfill that fear. You only get the opportunity once or twice to change their mindset before you get rejected. Once that's done then they cease to get involved in what you're doing.

I don’t think we need more people. What are we focusing on? What are we spending our time on? Who are we focusing on? The challenge is in getting a better strategy. I believe God is going to enter us into a time of strategic planning. Strategy. Focus. God.

Have you gathered an audience for your circus juggling or are you inspiring others with excellence?

Turn those two hour long draining meetings into five wonderful minutes of productivity. How? Have a listen.

If you see a complicated person your immediate reaction is to avoid that person. No one likes complicated. Ask yourself; 'what's my user experience like?'

"Yes" is the magic word that when stated, creates a Room of Expectation. "Yeses" should be weighed. Only you know the responsibilities and boxes that need to be ticked behind that "yes".

Would you consider changing the tone of your emails? Instead of a ping pong match of vague and boring email conversations, be specific and provocative in one. A culture without disagreement brings: eggshell walking, fear based relationships, and "yes men". Disagreement is a beautiful thing; invite it.

We set these great goals to make sure that we keep the momentum, and then we enter into a slide zone which in itself takes so much away from our culture. Look back, what's in the slide zone for you.

Technology is easy. People are hard. How do you keep attracting the best people to your team? because by the time someone is 20 They either care or they don't. Listen in for a few tricks and tips on how to hire right.

Distribute Everything Everything we do should be distributable. If you're creating something that you don't want anyone to see, then it's not worth creating. Simply put, shout your value because no one else will.

Good news: You design the kind of world you live in. Good things don't just happen. When we plan our work days like we plan a party, a culture will be established and a good culture will always adapt to the new wave of technology.

What would happen if you treated your clients like your girlfriends? No one plans out their dates as a "to do list" to complete. However, in our responsibilities, we sometimes find ourselves merely completing the "to do list" thinking we've succeeded. What's missing? We call this the Desired Outcome, or the D.O.

What's the solution? What happens when someone brings you a solution in the midst of a mess of problems? Momentum starts to build. Always bring options. Never just come with a dead-end problem. Change the name of the game: bring at least two solutions with one problem.

Create the rules of the game before you come to the table. How effective is it to have a meeting with managers? The DRP(direct responsible person) owns the success, owns the failure, owns the communication, owns the team. Create the rules of the game and take excuses off the table. 17-03-14
