In this installment, Daniel finds something he never expected: normalcy. A job at a local pizza place, the simple rhythm of work and home, the blessed absence of danger. After everything they've survived, boring feels like a gift.Meanwhile, Brian's podcast has exploded beyond anything he imagined. Five million downloads.Tens of thousands of community members. Emails pouring in from witnesses who've carried their secrets for decades, finally finding a place where someone believes them. A seventy-eight-year-old woman writes to share an encounter she's hidden since 1952, and Brian remembers exactly why he does this work. But success brings complications. For every credible witness, there are a dozen others whose stories fall apart under scrutiny. A construction worker from British Columbia claims an intimate encounter with a female Sasquatch, and Brian is forced to draw hard lines about what belongs on the show. Then a retired nurse from New Mexico shares something different entirely: a story of a young Navajo man brought to her hospital in 1992, speaking of being taken by "the big people," and the federal agents who confiscated every piece of evidence before intimidating him into silence. The wheat and the chaff. Sorting one from the other becomes Brian's constant burden. Then the men in black return. Different faces, same cold authority. They come with an offer: classified documents revealing decades of suppressed research, interdimensional hypotheses, everything Brian has been searching for. The price? Stop pushing for official disclosure. Become a partner in managing the truth rather than forcing it into the light. Brian refusesEighteen months later, they burn his studio to the ground. But fire has a way of spreading what it's meant to destroy. The attack makes national news. Donations flood in. A major network offers a television deal with full editorial control. And soon Brian finds himself leading an expedition into the Pisgah with a full production crew, thermal cameras, and night vision equipment. On the eighth night, in a hollow near where Austin Mercer vanished, the forest comes alive with wood knocks and howls. The creatures stay just beyond the cameras, too smart to be caught clearly, but their presence is undeniable. It isn't definitive proof. But it's evidence the world will have to reckon with. And at a simple wooden cross marking where Austin was last seen, Brian says a quiet prayer for all those who've disappeared into these ancient mountains, and for the truth still waiting to be found.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.Have you had a Bigfoot encounter, Sasquatch sighting, Dogman experience, or other cryptid or paranormal encounter? TRIGGER WARNING: Detailed allegations of sexual abuse and crimes against women, girls, and children, as well as discussion of suicidal ideation. After a summary of more lies from Howard Lutnick and an update on career repercussions for Epstein associates in America, we delve into Epstein's "art" collection that was featured prominently throughout his properties in NYC, Palm Beach, Paris, Zorro Ranch, and Little St. James Island. Emails track his requests to commission or purchase disturbing paintings while photos reveal the efforts to take physical casts of girls he trafficked to preserve their body parts, seemingly for display purposes. Children, babies, girls, and women, all objectified or in distress, is the unifying theme across his collection. Then, we learn about more members of the current administration with ties to Epstein who seem to have been appointed more for their loyalty than their qualifications.Check your voter registration, find your polling location, or contact your representatives via USA.GOV, VOTE.GOV, and/or the "5 Calls" app.All opinions are personal and not representative of any outside company, person, or agenda. Why High Performers Swear By Journaling Your brain never stops. Emails, decisions, fires to put out, ideas that won't leave you alone at 2 am. And most of that thinking? It stays trapped in your head, never actually going anywhere. What if there was a way to get it out? To think more clearly, make better decisions, and finally feel like you're operating from a place of clarity instead of chaos? That's what this episode is about. I'm sitting down with Laura L. Rubin, creative coach and author of The Big Unlock, to talk about why journaling isn't a floofy self-care ritual. It's a strategic tool that high performers at Google, Netflix, and beyond are using to sharpen their thinking and lead with more intention. Laura has worked with executives, pro athletes, venture capitalists, even special forces veterans. And what she's found is that the most visionary leaders all have one thing in common: they make space to reflect. We talk about why writing by hand activates your brain differently than typing, how to build a journaling habit in just four minutes a day, what to write when you have no idea how to start, and how journaling can help you work through feeling stuck in your business and life.  If you've been curious about journaling but haven't known how or haven't stayed consistent, this conversation will change the way you think about it. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You've built something real. A six-figure business, an audience, and offers that work. But revenue still feels harder to predict than it should. The Revenue Consistency Formula is a free live training for established female founders who have built momentum but are tired of inconsistent results. In this training, I'll break down what's quietly out of sync, and how alignment turns scattered effort into more predictable revenue. If you're ready for predictable revenue, you can save your seat here. The Big Unlock by Laura L. Rubin All Swell Creative Laura L. Rubin on Instagram Laura's Substack All Swell Notebooks Cross Pen Company HERE ARE THE 3 KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE: 1️⃣ The 4x4x4 Method Makes Journaling Doable — Four minutes, four days a week, for four weeks. That's it. You don't need to write pages of deep reflection. You just need to show up consistently enough to build the habit. Plus, what to do if you fall off. 2️⃣ Writing By Hand Changes Your Brain — When you move your hand across paper, synaptic connections fire that just don't happen when you type. Pen to paper forces structured thought and pulls you out of the constant state of react and respond that most of us live in, finally giving you space to think. 3️⃣ Try a Done List Before Bed — At the end of the day, write down all the ways you were a good steward of yourself. Not just the big accomplishments. Did you take your supplements? Go for a walk? Fill your water bottle? Over time, you'll start to see patterns in where you're consistent and where you need more attention. It's a small habit that creates real awareness.MORE FROM ME Follow me on Instagram @amyporterfield SUBSCRIBE & REVIEW If you loved this episode, please take a moment to subscribe and leave a review on Apple Podcasts!        Like many people, my daily schedule must run on time and has a routine.  While that's a great goal for a president to have, it must be nearly impossible.  We present to you today what we know about President Trump giving the command to attack Iran and the other things he was doing when he gave the nine word order.  It's truly incredible to hear and of course, finished with him ordering hamburgers for everyone at a Whataburger in Texas.  Amazing.    Trump also summed up what we discussed a little on yesterday's podcast... the Dems are going to criticize him no matter what.  Many dems that were calling for action against Iran are now blasting Trump for doing it.  You can't make this up.    Bill Clinton's testimony in the Epstein investigation is sad and embarrassing.  We are not only reminded what a creepy and out of control man he is... now his hands shake profusely and he seems confused.  This is not good for America.    We touched a nerve talking about Pastor Adam Hamilton and his run for US Senate as the emails I received were all about uncomfortable experiences people have had with Hamilton and his church.    I can't get enough infor about the runningback the Chiefs want and now it's believed other NFL teams are on high alert to prevent it.  The Royals announce the signing of an old outfielder that's had a great career.   And ICE has a sneaky new tactic they are using... we'll tell you in our Final Final.

Newly surfaced documents and reporting are fueling questions about whether a small network of powerful players including Bill Gates, Jeffrey Epstein, and individuals linked to Robert Maxwell's scientific publishing legacy sought outsized influence over how research is distributed and amplified. Emails, investments, and media-funding ties are being cited as potential indicators of an effort to shape which scientific ideas rise to prominence and which get sidelined. The broader issue: who controls the pipelines of modern science—publishing, PR, and perception—and what transparency is owed to the public when power concentrates behind the scenes.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-highwire-with-del-bigtree--3620606/support.

Leaked correspondence between Jes Staley—former CEO of Barclays and long-time JPMorgan executive—and Jeffrey Epstein laid bare more than just casual business exchanges; they revealed a troubling bond rooted in intimacy, trust, and privilege. In one exchange, Staley mused, “That was fun. Say hi to Snow White,” to which Epstein replied, “What character would you like next?” Staley coyly responded, “Beauty and the Beast,” turning their relationship into a grotesque pantomime. More damningly, Staley described Epstein as “family” and spoke of a “profound” connection, while photos of young women were also swapped—all under the guise of everyday correspondence. Far from distancing himself, Staley sustained contact well past Epstein's 2008 conviction, even joining him on his private island in 2009—behavior that defied any claim of a “purely professional” relationship. The fallout was swift—and deserved. The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) concluded that Staley “recklessly misled” both Barclays and regulators by downplaying the closeness of his ties with Epstein. A £1.8 million fine (later reduced to £1.1 million) and a lifetime ban from senior financial roles followed. The Upper Tribunal upheld the sanctions, emphasizing that Staley knowingly took a calculated risk, hoping the truth would stay buried. In this episode, Greg and I covered everything from LASIK stories and gym culture to CGMs and deloads, but the real theme was intentional living. We both did an unplanned digital detox over the weekend — no social media, no constant email checking, no reacting to every notification. And nothing broke. Sales still came in. Emails could wait. What we gained instead was presence — with family, with training, with real life.Phones have become the adult pacifier. Scrolling doesn't solve anxiety, boredom, or stress — it just numbs it. Time is the only non-renewable resource we have. If you're physically present but mentally tethered to your device, you're absent. So I'm doubling down on boundaries: batching emails, no reactive mornings, fewer distractions, more depth. When you remove noise, you amplify what actually matters. We also talked training — a strategic deload using machines to reduce CNS fatigue while keeping intensity high — and my current CGM experiment. Heavy training spikes glucose slightly. OMAD with high fat? Flat line. Data reinforces the philosophy: adequate fat stabilizes the response. And no, I didn't promote high fat to sell Keto Bricks — I built Keto Brick because I needed it first. Which is fitting, because March marks eight years since launch. Eight years of refining, leveling up, and doing the work.Key Takeaways:Digital detox creates clarity and presence. Most “urgent” communication isn't actually urgent.Boundaries protect your time and energy.Strategic deloads can increase long-term performance.High-fat OMAD keeps glucose remarkably stable (for me).Standards matter in natural bodybuilding — pro cards should be earned.Talk is cheap. Execution wins.Next episode we'll be reporting back post–Tough Mudder — cold, muddy, and better for it.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

Are your emails getting ignored because they feel like marketing instead of a real message? Email is one of the most underused and highest-leverage tools in a mortgage business. Social media is unpredictable. Algorithms change. Reach disappears. But email? It's owned. It's direct. And when done properly, it consistently creates conversations, referrals, and deals. In this episode, I break down how to write emails that people actually open, read, and respond to without sounding corporate or spammy. What We Cover: Don't Make It Look Like a Newsletter – Why heavy graphics and formal formatting kill engagement instantly. Write One-to-One, Not One-to-Many – How writing to a single person changes tone and response rates. Subject Lines That Earn the Click – Why subject lines matter more than the body and how to improve them using AI. Fix the Wall-of-Text Problem – How short sentences and spacing make emails easier (and more likely) to read. Format for Skimmers – Why guiding attention with clean structure keeps busy readers engaged. You don't own your social audience. You do own your email list. Build it. Use it. "I could do this myself." Most people hiring a service are not lost. They're just tired of dragging the same thing around for weeks, reopening it at night, rewriting it, second-guessing it, and letting it steal attention from the work that actually brings money in. This episode is about the real cost of doing it yourself, and why people hire when they technically could do it, they just don't want to keep paying with time, energy, and momentum. I'm Veronica Di Polo, a marketing + messaging consultant based in Moraira, Spain. I help service businesses get chosen faster by fixing the words that make buyers hesitate.

We get into the real workplace dynamics so many people quietly deal with: chaos, burnout, and “lethal loyalty”, and what it actually looks like to set boundaries without blowing up your career. Mita shares how her upbringing as the daughter of Indian immigrant parents shaped the way she approached work, why “keep your head down and work hard” can backfire in modern corporate culture, and how bad bosses don't just create stress, they create ripple effects that drain entire teams. We also unpack one of the book's most memorable archetypes, “The White Rabbit” manager, and walk through practical ways to manage up, prioritize what's urgent vs. important, and build a communication framework that protects your time and sanity. Recent disclosures from congressional investigations and documents tied to the Epstein estate have exposed a far deeper and more personal relationship between Kathryn Ruemmler and Jeffrey Epstein than previously acknowledged, raising serious questions about her judgment and fitness to serve as general counsel of Goldman Sachs. Emails and schedules show she met with Epstein dozens of times between 2014 and 2019 — long after his 2008 conviction for soliciting a minor — and that their communication ranged from career advice and personal travel planning to repeated informal exchanges, which some insiders view as far beyond the scope of mere professional interaction. She was even named as a backup executor in an early version of Epstein's will, a detail that triggered internal alarm at Goldman once it became public, and suggests a level of trust and intimacy that many observers find profoundly inappropriate given Epstein's crimes. The revelations directly undermine her role on Goldman's Reputational Risk Committee, where she helps decide which clients and relationships could endanger the firm's ethical standing.Even after Goldman's leadership publicly defended Ruemmler and denied any formal plans to replace her, the controversy has not dissipated; critics argue that the firm's insistence on keeping her in a top legal and governance role reflects a troubling tolerance for ethical ambiguity when it benefits powerful insiders. Some executives reportedly view Ruemmler as a potential liability whose past associations were not fully disclosed or understood at the time of her hiring, and whose continued presence on ethics-related committees sends a poor message about the bank's commitment to accountability and moral judgment. The fact that these revelations emerged only through released documents and not proactive disclosure further fuels skepticism about transparency at the highest levels of Goldman Sachs, intensifying scrutiny from investors, lawmakers, and corporate governance watchdogs.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:New court doc asserts former Obama WH counsel advised Jeffrey Epstein during critical reputational and legal battles | CNN Politics

In September 2025, Peter Mandelson — then the United Kingdom's Ambassador to the United States — was dismissed (effectively recalled and fired) by Prime Minister Keir Starmer after revelations about his longstanding social relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein surfaced. Emails published earlier that year showed Mandelson had maintained contact with Epstein after Epstein's 2008 conviction and had expressed supportive sentiments toward him, which diplomats said was far deeper than what had been known at the time of his appointment. Those communications raised questions about his judgment and suitability for the high-profile diplomatic post, prompting Starmer to remove him from the position immediately. In February 2026, the scandal escalated when authorities arrested Mandelson on 23 February on suspicion of misconduct in public office. This followed the release of internal documents and emails from the U.S. Department of Justice's Epstein files suggesting he may have shared sensitive government information with Epstein during his time in government in 2009–10. As part of the fallout, Mandelson resigned from the House of Lords and the Labour Party, and British police executed search warrants at his residences as part of a criminal investigation. His arrest reflects widening legal and political consequences from the Epstein file revelations that have also embroiled other high-profile figures.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Newly released Department of Justice files and internal emails show that just **five days after Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on federal sex-trafficking charges in July 2019, federal authorities — including the FBI in coordination with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York — ordered the New York Police Department Special Victims Unit (SVU) to “stand down” its own investigations into Epstein and related matters. The directive reportedly came via outreach from the FBI to NYPD leadership, instructing that all Epstein-related investigative work from that point forward was to be handled through federal channels, effectively sidelining the NYPD's specialized child exploitation investigators. At the time, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office also had its own parallel inquiry underway, but the communication suggested that any further NYPD actions should defer to federal leadership.Emails among federal agents indicated that the motivation for the stand-down order was concern about overlapping cases and the perception of “competing investigations,” particularly after the DA's office reached out to a victim for interview amid the unfolding federal prosecution. The directive applied specifically to SVU — the unit trained to handle sex crimes and child abuse cases — and essentially shut out local detectives from pursuing additional leads or interviewing witnesses independently once Epstein was in federal custody. Internal discussions later suggested that NYPD's Epstein inquiry was effectively closed or deferred to the FBI, limiting the department's role despite its expertise in handling such cases. Epstein died in federal custody about a month later, ending the immediate criminal prosecution, though federal and local authorities continued to coordinate on related matters.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Revealed: FBI told NYPD to 'stand down' probe into Jeffrey Epstein - Alternet.org

"They are fundamentally bound at the hip, because the Trump age is a conspiratorial age and a backlash against global wealth inequality... Epstein facilitated the rise of Trump." — Jason PackLate last year, Disorder podcast host Jason Pack came on the show and predicted that Mark Carney would be the "orderer" of 2025 and Jeffrey Epstein would be 2026's "disorderer-in-chief". Pack was uncannily right. Although, as he admits, such prescience gives him no pleasure.Pack is no conspiracist. He thought QAnon was a hoax; he saw the antisemitism baked into its bizarre theories. But he's come to believe there was a genuine cover-up of the Jeffrey Epstein case—not orchestrated by the CIA, but by prosecutors who didn't want to go after powerful people, journalists comfortably ensconced in Epstein's world, and a system where too much wealth has accrued to too narrow a sliver of global elites. What haunts him most is what the emails reveal about how the world actually works. Favors exchanged for favors in a network of infinite back-scratching. Noam Chomsky (!) and Leon Black busy trading intros for access to Epstein's underworld. The emails reveal completely amoral elites, Pack says, nihilists without even the pretense of moral scruples.Trump and Epstein, Pack argues, are bound at the hip—not because Trump is guilty of Epstein's crimes, but because both are products of the same angry backlash against global wealth inequality and the collapse of institutional trust. Trump is, in Pack's memorable phrase, "a legal Epstein"—someone who gets things done through connections, who can appear the most elite Wall Street type to bankers and the most common man to coal miners. The evil genius of doppelgängerism. For Pack, the Epstein files may be a tremor before the big one—AI or crypto could bring the real 1789 style earthquake—but they've already destroyed something of priceless value: the illusion that elites are working on the behalf of the people. Five Takeaways●      The Cover-Up Wasn't a Conspiracy—It Was the System: Cases sat on prosecutors' desks in Florida in 2003 and weren't filed. Journalists were tipped off in the early 2000s and didn't run with it. Pack isn't alleging CIA orchestration—just that too much wealth and power had accrued to too narrow a tranche of global elites, and they were able to cow journalists and prosecutors into silence.●      Trump and Epstein Are Bound at the Hip: Both are products of the same backlash against global wealth inequality and the collapse of trust since the end of the Cold War. The irony: Trump is himself a member of the elite who benefited from these networks, but his political appeal lies in his promise to dismantle them.●      "Order" vs. the Law of the Jungle: The world Epstein built wasn't ordered in any traditional sense—it was the logic of the jungle, based on blackmail and compromat. Russian intelligence running a financial sex trafficking influence scheme at the heart of the Anglo-American establishment. When they needed a service, they got the service.●      The Collapse of Social Trust: Pack contrasts our "low-trust" Anglo-American society with Scandinavian models where people still believe institutions work on their behalf. The Epstein files reveal completely amoral elites who believed in nothing—no religion, no moral code—and had no compunction about harming young women or stealing pensioners' money.●      A Tremor Before the Big One: Epstein won't bring down neoliberal capitalism. But AI making five families wealthier than the rest of the world combined could. Or crypto going to zero and 300,000 people realizing their life savings are gone. The true significance of the Epstein files is that they've stripped away the illusion that the system works on our behalf. About the GuestJason Pack is a historian, consultant, and host of the Disorder podcast. Despite repeatedly telling the public and lawmakers that he had cut ties with Epstein and had minimal contact with him, newly released documents from the Epstein files reveal a very different picture. Lutnick claimed in interviews that after a 2005 meeting with Epstein he found him “disgusting” and avoided further interaction, but evidence shows he actually continued engaging with Epstein for years afterward. Emails show Lutnick coordinated a lunch on Epstein's private island in 2012 with his family, had drinks with him around 2011, and even invited Epstein to a 2015 fundraiser—activities that directly contradict his earlier statements that he had no relationship and spent “zero time” with Epstein. When pressed before Congress, Lutnick tried to minimize these contacts as limited and innocuous, but the contrast between his rhetoric and the documentary evidence has made his public statements look disingenuous at best and deceptive at worst. The repercussions have been significant: bipartisan calls for his resignation have emerged, and prominent lawmakers—including Sen. Adam Schiff and Rep. Thomas Massie—have said Lutnick misled the American people about his interactions with a convicted sex offender. His attempts to spin the timeline and severity of his relationship with Epstein have only intensified scrutiny, with critics saying a senior federal official should not have to be prodded by document leaks to correct basic factual errors in his public claims. Lutnick's credibility and judgment have been sharply questioned, and his failure to be transparent about the extent of his ties with Epstein has become a major liability for both his personal reputation and the administration he serve.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:New Details From Epstein Files Reveal Lutnick Had Years-Long Business Tie With Sex Offender – Mother Jones
