Michele McPhee joins Mark as a guest co-host to unpack new reporting that links the Jeffrey Epstein files to the long-running lawsuit filed by families of the victims of September 11. Drawing on recently surfaced emails and court filings in the case Ashton et al v. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, McPhee traces how two of the hijackers who arrived at LAX in 2000 were allegedly supported by individuals tied to Saudi intelligence and examines why multiple U.S. administrations have resisted efforts to hold Saudi officials accountable.Watch Beyond A Reasonable Doubt and all Reasonable Doubt video content on YouTube exclusively at YouTube.com/ReasonableDoubtPodcast and subscribe while you're thereSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Years before the world ever heard of COVID-19, Jeffrey Epstein was quietly helping architect a massive financial network for Bill Gates and JPMorgan centered around pandemics. Sayer Ji's newly published investigation dives into the latest DOJ batch of Epstein files and reveals a terrifying 20-year timeline – and that global health institutions were treating pandemics as a highly profitable business model long before the crisis actually arrived. “Internal JPMorgan emails from 2011 show Jeffrey Epstein advising the bank's most senior executives on how to pitch a Gates-anchored donor-advised fund,” writes Ji, “insisting the presentation include the phrase “additional money for vaccines” and directing the creation of an “offshore arm — especially for vaccines.” Sayer Ji is an independent investigative journalist and founder of https://GreenMedInfo.com. Jes Staley has repeatedly argued that he was unfairly railroaded by his association with Jeffrey Epstein, portraying himself as collateral damage in a scandal he claims was exaggerated and mischaracterized. In public statements and court filings, Jes Staley has insisted that his relationship with Epstein was overstated, that he had no knowledge of Epstein's criminal conduct, and that the fallout cost him his career and reputation unjustly. Staley has framed the allegations as a narrative pile-on—suggesting that regulators, banks, and the media needed a single, convenient figure to absorb blame once Epstein's crimes became impossible to ignore. Those denials, however, collapse under the weight of the documented facts. Emails, travel records, and testimony show that Staley maintained a far closer and longer relationship with Jeffrey Epstein than he publicly acknowledged, including repeated personal contact well after Epstein's 2008 conviction. Evidence revealed during regulatory investigations and litigation contradicts Staley's claims of distance and ignorance, exposing a pattern of sustained engagement that undercuts his credibility. When set against the paper trail, Staley's insistence that he was merely an unlucky bystander rings hollow—less a case of being railroaded, and more an example of how implausible denials unravel once they're tested against emails, calendars, and sworn findings.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

In this installment, Daniel finds something he never expected: normalcy. A job at a local pizza place, the simple rhythm of work and home, the blessed absence of danger. After everything they've survived, boring feels like a gift.Meanwhile, Brian's podcast has exploded beyond anything he imagined. Five million downloads.Tens of thousands of community members. Emails pouring in from witnesses who've carried their secrets for decades, finally finding a place where someone believes them. A seventy-eight-year-old woman writes to share an encounter she's hidden since 1952, and Brian remembers exactly why he does this work. But success brings complications. For every credible witness, there are a dozen others whose stories fall apart under scrutiny. A construction worker from British Columbia claims an intimate encounter with a female Sasquatch, and Brian is forced to draw hard lines about what belongs on the show. Then a retired nurse from New Mexico shares something different entirely: a story of a young Navajo man brought to her hospital in 1992, speaking of being taken by "the big people," and the federal agents who confiscated every piece of evidence before intimidating him into silence. The wheat and the chaff. Sorting one from the other becomes Brian's constant burden. Then the men in black return. Different faces, same cold authority. They come with an offer: classified documents revealing decades of suppressed research, interdimensional hypotheses, everything Brian has been searching for. The price? Stop pushing for official disclosure. Become a partner in managing the truth rather than forcing it into the light. Brian refusesEighteen months later, they burn his studio to the ground. But fire has a way of spreading what it's meant to destroy. The attack makes national news. Donations flood in. A major network offers a television deal with full editorial control. And soon Brian finds himself leading an expedition into the Pisgah with a full production crew, thermal cameras, and night vision equipment. On the eighth night, in a hollow near where Austin Mercer vanished, the forest comes alive with wood knocks and howls. The creatures stay just beyond the cameras, too smart to be caught clearly, but their presence is undeniable. It isn't definitive proof. But it's evidence the world will have to reckon with. And at a simple wooden cross marking where Austin was last seen, Brian says a quiet prayer for all those who've disappeared into these ancient mountains, and for the truth still waiting to be found.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.Have you had a Bigfoot encounter, Sasquatch sighting, Dogman experience, or other cryptid or paranormal encounter? TRIGGER WARNING: Detailed allegations of sexual abuse and crimes against women, girls, and children, as well as discussion of suicidal ideation. After a summary of more lies from Howard Lutnick and an update on career repercussions for Epstein associates in America, we delve into Epstein's "art" collection that was featured prominently throughout his properties in NYC, Palm Beach, Paris, Zorro Ranch, and Little St. James Island. Emails track his requests to commission or purchase disturbing paintings while photos reveal the efforts to take physical casts of girls he trafficked to preserve their body parts, seemingly for display purposes. Children, babies, girls, and women, all objectified or in distress, is the unifying theme across his collection. The long-running focus on Alex Acosta has obscured a more uncomfortable reality: the Epstein non-prosecution agreement was architected and approved at the highest levels of the Department of Justice, not improvised by a single U.S. Attorney in Florida. Contemporary emails and internal DOJ documentation show that Epstein's legal team did not treat Acosta as the final decision-maker. Instead, they escalated directly to Main Justice, where Attorney General Michael Mukasey and Deputy Attorney General Mark Filip exercised authority over the case. Those records make clear that the contours of the deal—federal immunity, secrecy from victims, and an extraordinary carve-out protecting potential co-conspirators—were discussed, vetted, and ultimately sanctioned in Washington. This was not a rogue local plea deal; it was a federal policy decision shaped by DOJ leadership. The paper trail matters because it contradicts years of public narrative and political convenience. Emails show Epstein's lawyers communicating confidence that DOJ headquarters was receptive, even as the gravity of the allegations was well understood. Mark Filip's sign-off, coming from the second-highest office in the department, formalized a decision that could not have proceeded without Mukasey's institutional blessing. That documentation undercuts claims that the NPA was the product of prosecutorial leniency or negligence at the district level. It demonstrates instead a coordinated, top-down intervention that insulated Epstein from federal exposure while sidelining victims' rights. The emails don't just revise the story of who was responsible—they confirm that the most powerful figures in the Justice Department knowingly built and approved the framework that allowed Epstein to escape meaningful accountability.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Not every task feels spiritual. But it's not a matter of our feelings, but our obedience to the Lord in all we do and our willingness to submit. Emails, deadlines, the unglamorous behind-the-scenes stuff nobody sees. But what if showing up faithfully in the middle of the ordinary is exactly what obedience looks like? In this episode, we're talking about what happens when we fully submit our work to the Lord, even before we're walking in the fullness of our calling. Through the lens of the Proverbs 31 woman, you'll see how diligence and a yielded heart can transform even the secular parts of our work into an act of worship. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up surrendered. Ready to put your book to work too? This Day in Legal History: Lincoln's Second InauguralOn March 4, 1865, Abraham Lincoln delivered his Second Inaugural Address as he began his second term as President of the United States. The speech came during the final weeks of the Civil War, when Union victory was increasingly likely but the country remained deeply divided. Instead of celebrating the nearing end of the war, Lincoln used the moment to reflect on the deeper causes of the conflict. He identified slavery as the central issue that had brought the nation into war, describing it as both a legal institution and a moral injustice embedded in American law for generations. Lincoln noted that both the North and South had participated in a system that allowed slavery to endure within the nation's constitutional framework. In one of the address's most striking passages, Lincoln suggested that the war itself might be understood as divine judgment for the nation's long tolerance of slavery. He observed that slavery had existed in the Americas for centuries and reflected on the possibility that the immense suffering of the war was a form of punishment for that history. Lincoln famously stated that if divine providence willed that the war continue “until every drop of blood drawn with the lash shall be paid by another drawn with the sword,” then such judgment might still be just. This reflection framed the war not simply as a political conflict but as a reckoning with a deeply rooted legal and moral wrong.Lincoln's remarks also pointed toward the constitutional transformation already underway through the pending Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Congress had passed the amendment earlier in 1865, and it awaited ratification by the states. If adopted, it would permanently abolish slavery across the United States and fundamentally alter the constitutional order. Lincoln's speech emphasized that the war's conclusion would also mark a legal turning point, ending a constitutional system that had protected slavery. At the same time, he called for reconciliation in rebuilding the nation, urging the country to move forward “with malice toward none.” Only months later, the Civil War ended and the Thirteenth Amendment was ratified in December 1865, permanently outlawing slavery in the United States. The House Oversight Committee has asked several high-profile figures to testify about their connections to Jeffrey Epstein as part of a broader investigation into how the federal government handled the case. Those requested to appear include departing Goldman Sachs Chief Legal Officer Kathryn Ruemmler, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, and Apollo Global Management co-founder Leon Black. The request to Ruemmler comes shortly after she announced plans to step down from Goldman Sachs and after Justice Department records brought renewed attention to her past communications with Epstein. Emails show that she sought career advice from him while exploring a move from Latham & Watkins to Facebook in 2018 and referred to him in messages as “Uncle Jeffrey.” The correspondence also mentioned gifts she received from him. Reports previously revealed that the two had numerous meetings during the 2010s, years after Epstein had served a prison sentence related to prostitution offenses involving minors. The committee's inquiry focuses on whether Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell used relationships with influential individuals to gain protection or influence while operating their sex-trafficking scheme. Lawmakers are also examining the federal government's handling of the investigation and the circumstances surrounding Epstein's death in a Manhattan federal jail in 2019.Along with Ruemmler, Gates and Black received similar requests for testimony. Gates has indicated he is willing to cooperate and answer questions from the committee. Black, meanwhile, is also facing a proposed class action accusing Apollo and its leadership of misleading investors about their connections to Epstein, allegations the firm has publicly denied.Other individuals asked to appear include Epstein's former assistants, political adviser Doug Band, and Gateway co-founder Ted Waitt. The committee has already interviewed several prominent figures, including former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as it continues reviewing the scope of Epstein's network and the government's response to his crimes.Goldman's Departing CLO, Gates Asked To Testify On Epstein - Law360 UKThe Justice Department quickly reversed course in an ongoing legal fight over executive orders issued by President Donald Trump targeting several prominent law firms. Late Monday, government lawyers told a federal appeals court they planned to drop their appeal after multiple federal judges ruled the orders unconstitutional. But the next day the department asked the court for permission to withdraw that dismissal request and continue defending the orders. The executive orders targeted firms including Perkins Coie, WilmerHale, Susman Godfrey, and Jenner & Block. The measures sought to restrict the firms' security clearances, government contracts, and access to federal buildings, citing concerns about their clients and hiring practices. The firms challenged the orders in court, arguing they were unconstitutional retaliation against legal advocates.Federal judges consistently sided with the firms, with one ruling describing the order against Perkins Coie as an unprecedented attack on the legal system. After those rulings, the Justice Department initially appeared ready to abandon the appeal. Its sudden reversal, however, would allow the administration to continue fighting the cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. The law firms criticized the shift, saying the government offered no explanation for changing its position so quickly. They reiterated their commitment to challenging what they view as an unconstitutional attempt to punish law firms for representing disfavored clients. Civil liberties advocates echoed that criticism, arguing the orders represent a misuse of presidential power. The litigation highlights a broader dispute over the limits of executive authority and the independence of the legal profession. As the appeals process continues, the courts will ultimately decide whether the executive orders can survive constitutional scrutiny.BREAKING: DOJ Nixes Plan To Drop Law Firm EO Appeals In About-Face - Law360In quick reversal, DOJ seeks to continue Trump's battle with law firmsA trial beginning in Chicago will examine claims that baby formula made by Abbott Laboratories caused premature infants to develop a serious and potentially deadly intestinal condition known as necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC). The case consolidates lawsuits from four families whose premature children were born in Chicago-area hospitals between 2012 and 2019 and later developed the disease. Although the infants survived, the lawsuits say several required surgery and continue to face long-term health complications. The case is part of a much larger wave of litigation against Abbott and Mead Johnson, the manufacturer of Enfamil. Nearly 1,000 lawsuits have been filed across the country alleging that the companies failed to warn doctors that cow's milk-based formulas used in hospitals may increase the risk of NEC in premature infants. Many of those cases are consolidated in federal court in Illinois, while others are pending in state courts.Abbott denies that its formulas cause the disease and maintains that the products are medically necessary when mothers cannot produce enough breast milk. The company and other researchers point to evidence suggesting that the higher risk of NEC is linked to the absence of breast milk rather than exposure to formula itself.Previous trials involving similar claims have produced mixed results. Some juries have awarded large verdicts to families, including multimillion-dollar judgments against both Abbott and Mead Johnson, though those decisions are currently under appeal. Other cases have resulted in defense wins or retrials, and several potential bellwether cases in federal court have been dismissed. The Chicago trial, which begins with jury selection, is expected to last several weeks and could influence how the remaining lawsuits move forward. With hundreds of similar claims still pending, the outcome may play an important role in shaping the broader litigation over infant formula and NEC.Abbott set to face trial over claims premature infant formula caused deadly disease | ReutersIn this week's column, I look at a new California proposal that attempts to sidestep the federal cap on state and local tax (SALT) deductions by reclassifying vehicle sales taxes as licensing fees. The idea is simple: if the charge is treated as a property-style fee instead of a sales tax, it could fall into a category that allows taxpayers to make greater use of their federal SALT deduction. Supporters frame the proposal as middle-class tax relief and a way to reduce the amount of federal revenue flowing out of California. But while the policy is clever, its practical benefits would be limited and uneven. The proposal follows a familiar strategy used since the 2017 tax law capped SALT deductions: when one type of tax becomes less deductible, lawmakers try to redesign the tax structure so the revenue flows through a category that remains deductible. California's approach focuses on vehicle purchases, where sales taxes are currently difficult to deduct for many residents. By redefining those charges as licensing fees, lawmakers hope taxpayers could claim them alongside property taxes under the federal deduction cap.In practice, though, most lower-income taxpayers wouldn't benefit at all. Many households take the standard deduction rather than itemizing, especially after recent tax reforms increased its size. For those taxpayers, changing the label on a vehicle tax doesn't meaningfully change their federal tax bill. Even for many itemizers, the savings would likely be small. The proposal mainly helps a narrow band of higher-earning taxpayers—people with substantial state and property taxes who are still just below the federal SALT cap. For them, a vehicle purchase could generate a deductible amount that meaningfully lowers their federal tax liability. But that advantage grows with the price of the car and the taxpayer's marginal tax rate, which means the largest benefits flow to relatively affluent households. If the goal is truly middle-class relief, a more direct approach would likely work better. For example, a refundable state tax credit tied to vehicle purchases could help working families without depending on federal deduction rules or itemization. Another long-term option would be shifting some of California's tax burden from individuals to businesses, since certain business-level taxes remain deductible federally.California's proposal shows the creativity that the SALT deduction cap has sparked among state policymakers. The real question, however, is whether clever tax reclassification is the right tool—or whether more straightforward policies aimed directly at middle-income taxpayers would produce fairer and more predictable results.California SALT Deduction Proposal Is More Clever Than Helpful This is a public episode. In this episode of Market This, I'm breaking down the three types of emails every small business owner should be sending:Nurture emails (relationship-building and storytelling)Sales emails (yes, you're allowed to sell)Newsletters (and why they are not the same thing as email marketing)If you've been:Second-guessing your draftsLetting emails sit unsentTrying to cram nurturing, selling, and updates into one messageAvoiding email because it feels overwhelmingThis episode will help you simplify your approach and stop overthinking it.You'll learn:The real purpose of a nurture email (and why they don't have to be long)How storytelling makes your emails memorableWhat makes a sales email clear instead of cringeyWhy newsletters are a very specific format (and not always necessary)How to repurpose social media content into email You're not bad at email. Why High Performers Swear By Journaling Your brain never stops. Emails, decisions, fires to put out, ideas that won't leave you alone at 2 am. And most of that thinking? It stays trapped in your head, never actually going anywhere. What if there was a way to get it out? To think more clearly, make better decisions, and finally feel like you're operating from a place of clarity instead of chaos? That's what this episode is about. I'm sitting down with Laura L. Rubin, creative coach and author of The Big Unlock, to talk about why journaling isn't a floofy self-care ritual. It's a strategic tool that high performers at Google, Netflix, and beyond are using to sharpen their thinking and lead with more intention. Laura has worked with executives, pro athletes, venture capitalists, even special forces veterans. And what she's found is that the most visionary leaders all have one thing in common: they make space to reflect. We talk about why writing by hand activates your brain differently than typing, how to build a journaling habit in just four minutes a day, what to write when you have no idea how to start, and how journaling can help you work through feeling stuck in your business and life. If you've been curious about journaling but haven't known how or haven't stayed consistent, this conversation will change the way you think about it. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You've built something real. A six-figure business, an audience, and offers that work. But revenue still feels harder to predict than it should. The Revenue Consistency Formula is a free live training for established female founders who have built momentum but are tired of inconsistent results. In this training, I'll break down what's quietly out of sync, and how alignment turns scattered effort into more predictable revenue. If you're ready for predictable revenue, you can save your seat here. The Big Unlock by Laura L. Rubin All Swell Creative Laura L. Rubin on Instagram Laura's Substack All Swell Notebooks Cross Pen Company HERE ARE THE 3 KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE: 1️⃣ The 4x4x4 Method Makes Journaling Doable — Four minutes, four days a week, for four weeks. That's it. You don't need to write pages of deep reflection. You just need to show up consistently enough to build the habit. Plus, what to do if you fall off. 2️⃣ Writing By Hand Changes Your Brain — When you move your hand across paper, synaptic connections fire that just don't happen when you type. Pen to paper forces structured thought and pulls you out of the constant state of react and respond that most of us live in, finally giving you space to think. 3️⃣ Try a Done List Before Bed — At the end of the day, write down all the ways you were a good steward of yourself. Not just the big accomplishments. Did you take your supplements? Go for a walk? Fill your water bottle? Over time, you'll start to see patterns in where you're consistent and where you need more attention. It's a small habit that creates real awareness.MORE FROM ME Follow me on Instagram @amyporterfield SUBSCRIBE & REVIEW If you loved this episode, please take a moment to subscribe and leave a review on Apple Podcasts! Like many people, my daily schedule must run on time and has a routine. While that's a great goal for a president to have, it must be nearly impossible. We present to you today what we know about President Trump giving the command to attack Iran and the other things he was doing when he gave the nine word order. It's truly incredible to hear and of course, finished with him ordering hamburgers for everyone at a Whataburger in Texas. Amazing. Trump also summed up what we discussed a little on yesterday's podcast... the Dems are going to criticize him no matter what. Many dems that were calling for action against Iran are now blasting Trump for doing it. You can't make this up. Bill Clinton's testimony in the Epstein investigation is sad and embarrassing. We are not only reminded what a creepy and out of control man he is... now his hands shake profusely and he seems confused. This is not good for America. We touched a nerve talking about Pastor Adam Hamilton and his run for US Senate as the emails I received were all about uncomfortable experiences people have had with Hamilton and his church. I can't get enough infor about the runningback the Chiefs want and now it's believed other NFL teams are on high alert to prevent it. The Royals announce the signing of an old outfielder that's had a great career. And ICE has a sneaky new tactic they are using... we'll tell you in our Final Final.

Former Slovak model-turned-pilot Nadia Marcinko (also known as Nadia Marcinkova) — who once worked as a pilot on Jeffrey Epstein's private jet, the Lolita Express, and was named as a potential co-conspirator in Epstein's controversial 2008 non-prosecution deal — cooperated extensively with U.S. federal investigators between 2018 and 2022 in hopes of securing assistance with her immigration status. Newly released Department of Justice files show that Marcinko provided information to prosecutors about both Epstein and his onetime associate Ghislaine Maxwell after her investor visa expired and her ability to stay in the U.S. was in jeopardy. Her attorneys argued she was a victim of coercive circumstances, saying the FBI recognized she had been “recruited, harbored and obtained” by Epstein for a coercive sexual relationship and feared retaliation if deported back to Slovakia.Emails reviewed by The Post depict a deeply manipulative and complex relationship where Marcinko was brought into Epstein's circle in the early 2000s and later became a pilot for his aircraft, though she was never charged with any crime. Some accusers have alleged she participated in abuse, including recruiting young girls, but despite being referenced in legal documents as a co-conspirator in 2008, she has never faced prosecution.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Epstein's former girlfriend Nadia Marcinko worked with feds in exchange for US visa help

Deleted an email and think it's gone forever? I'll explain what “delete” really means in webmail and desktop programs, why trash folders and database files can leave messages recoverable, how backups and even court orders can bring them back, and the inconvenient fact that the other person may still have a copy.
When set against the paper trail, Staley's insistence that he was merely an unlucky bystander rings hollow—less a case of being railroaded, and more an example of how implausible denials unravel once they're tested against emails, calendars, and sworn findings.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Newly surfaced documents and reporting are fueling questions about whether a small network of powerful players including Bill Gates, Jeffrey Epstein, and individuals linked to Robert Maxwell's scientific publishing legacy sought outsized influence over how research is distributed and amplified. Emails, investments, and media-funding ties are being cited as potential indicators of an effort to shape which scientific ideas rise to prominence and which get sidelined. The broader issue: who controls the pipelines of modern science—publishing, PR, and perception—and what transparency is owed to the public when power concentrates behind the scenes.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-highwire-with-del-bigtree--3620606/support.

In this episode, Greg and I covered everything from LASIK stories and gym culture to CGMs and deloads, but the real theme was intentional living. We both did an unplanned digital detox over the weekend — no social media, no constant email checking, no reacting to every notification. And nothing broke. Sales still came in. Emails could wait. What we gained instead was presence — with family, with training, with real life.Phones have become the adult pacifier. Scrolling doesn't solve anxiety, boredom, or stress — it just numbs it. Time is the only non-renewable resource we have. If you're physically present but mentally tethered to your device, you're absent. So I'm doubling down on boundaries: batching emails, no reactive mornings, fewer distractions, more depth. When you remove noise, you amplify what actually matters. We also talked training — a strategic deload using machines to reduce CNS fatigue while keeping intensity high — and my current CGM experiment. Heavy training spikes glucose slightly. OMAD with high fat? Flat line. Data reinforces the philosophy: adequate fat stabilizes the response. And no, I didn't promote high fat to sell Keto Bricks — I built Keto Brick because I needed it first. Which is fitting, because March marks eight years since launch. Eight years of refining, leveling up, and doing the work.Key Takeaways:Digital detox creates clarity and presence. Most “urgent” communication isn't actually urgent.Boundaries protect your time and energy.Strategic deloads can increase long-term performance.High-fat OMAD keeps glucose remarkably stable (for me).Standards matter in natural bodybuilding — pro cards should be earned.Talk is cheap.
