200 episodes ago, I had a simple dream: put life-changing information on a platform for free, and watch humanity transform. Today, that vision has created the world's leading health and wellness podcast, featuring conversations with RFK Jr. outlining his $1.9 trillion plan to end FDA corruption, Dana White sharing how his life was saved through basic keto principles and methylated vitamins, and even being invited to the White House with Max Lugavere to continue fighting for health advocacies. The movement to Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) isn't just a slogan, it's a science-backed revolution; and we, at The Ultimate Human, continue to fight for this mission! Marc Malusis distinguished between the playoff "fear factor" of the Mets and Yankees. He argued that while the Mets, despite their inconsistencies, have shown a "penchant for the big moment" and have a young, exciting pitching staff that can be a wildcard in the postseason, the Yankees are a one-dimensional "bully team" that only thrives against bad opponents. According to Malusis, the Yankees' reliance on home runs and lack of "clean, crisp" baseball against good teams proves they're not a championship-caliber contender. The Mets, on the other hand, have the potential to get hot and surprise people in the playoffs.
Send us a textLaura stops by the show, to discuss her latest release, Chicago, growing up Catholic, and more.*****Laura Sawosko's songs not only reflect her personal journey, but draw you into your own, through ruthless honesty and vivid imagery. Her vocal technique is raw and unrehearsed which parallels her guitar, while the piano introduces another unexpected layer of melodic and technical grace.Laura was the keyboardist in her former band Surrender Dorothy that opened for the 1999 Phoenix Lilith Fair with Sarah McLachlin, Sheryl Crow, Martina McBride and Dido. She began her ambitious solo career as a singer/songwriter in 2000 after she graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Broadcasting and Music Composition from Arizona State University. Laura composed the original score for the gay friendly independent film, An Intimate Friendship, by Filling The Gap Productions. The film was acclaimed by audiences globally after headlining both national and international film festivals. Laura is no stranger to the film industry. You may have seen Laura on NBC's #1 rated show, Fear Factor. In a brave effort to win the grand prize to assist in her music career, she had the unique opportunity of riding a bull in Season 2. A few years later, she submitted a video that was a winner on ABC's America's Funniest Home Videos. As a member of Chicks With Picks during her time in Arizona, she had the opportunity to open for Country artist Sarah Buxton and Michelle Branch. She later had the privilege of opening for another one of her mentors, Edwin McCain, on the Cayamo music cruise. Laura moved to Nashville in 2010 to pursue her songwriting career. She quickly became affiliated with NSAI and ASCAP. She has performed at the famous Bluebird Cafe, The Listening Room, The Local, Douglas Corner, Bobby's Idle Hour and numerous other renowned local venues. Publishers and mentors have recognized Laura for her descriptive storytelling with a poetic undertone. She recorded her album The Songwriters in Nashville with Producer Vaughn Lofstead. The album consists of 14 songs and her title track, The Songwriters, was chosen by Publisher Woody Bomar to open his reknowed songwriting seminars in Nashville.Laura is a true artist and storyteller. She is passionate about her craft and expresses that unwavering dedication in her song The Songwriters when she writes “not all of us will be heard, but there's nothing we'd rather be. In his fiery monologue, Marc Malusis contrasted the New York Mets and Yankees, arguing that the Mets have developed a "fear factor" with the emergence of young star pitcher Nolan McLean and a resurgent lineup. Meanwhile, he claimed the Yankees are merely "bully teams," padding their stats against inferior opponents. Malusis expressed his frustration that despite a recent winning streak, the Yankees have shown nothing to suggest they can compete with elite teams, while the Mets are becoming a genuine threat to contend in the National League.

Rudy Mendoza has been involved in the art world since the age of 8. Being well known by his piers in school, he was regarded as a great artist growing up in Scottsdale Arizona. Then in 8th grade, the students at Supai Middle School voted him best artist. Rudy was excited to inter the art world in High School, but felt disappointed when in his freshman year his art teacher was giving him C's and D's. So Rudy did not want to take art the following year. He was approached by; teacher, mentor, and now long time friend Janet Blum. She said that she was going to be the new art teacher at Coronado High School, and she had seen his work, and wanted Rudy to give her a chance to further develop his talents. For the next three years he studied art. Only for a short period from 1997- 2002, he would take a break from developing this craft. In 2002 he had an itch to do more with his art, so he did his first piece on canvas of a prison cell, which was set up on display at The Sanctuary, a local night club in downtown Scottsdale. He was in the 944 Magazine, and that sparked confidence to move forward in the art world. In 2003, he took business and business communications at Central Arizona College, and that's where he began making goals for his future, thus putting his goals on paper. In 2003, the vision for Ru Art began. The logo was drawn up and new ideas started; such as prints, a cloth line, and mural services, ect. The goal was to offer a total Ru Art business that reflects upon the art of Rudy Mendoza. In 2005, he did his first mural for Chris Millard, who is the pilot for Chip Foose and Joe Rogan, from Fear Factor. Also in 2005 he did an oil painting for Ron Whiteside, the 2003 Riddler Award Winner. His car, called 'The Stallion' is a 1932 Mercury, designed and built by the famous Chip Foose. In 2006, he was displayed at Exposed Art Gallery in Phoenix. Rudy continued his art and maintained a full time job until September 1st 2009, when he decided to develop Ru Art full time. One month later, he had the biggest mural job ever, at Bell Fords training center, which encompasses 167 ft. by 8ft. Shortly thereafter on November 3rd, just two month into business, Rudy was invited to speak at the Mayors breakfast in Scottsdale. Here, presented to the Mayor and City Council, he spoke on the importance of funds develop young talent, and the success it can offer to people in a variety of fields. Rudy stressed that ' fundingin this area, should not be cut'. By January 2010, Ru Art was a part of the main tent, at the 39th Annual Barrett Jackson, Collector Car Auction. Here, Ru Art supplied fine art on canvass, merchandise, window paintings, renderings and more to the collector car enthusiast. Now Ru Art can be seen at The Scottsdale International Auto Museum, where he has a giant mural, and his collection of oils on canvas, which has been seen and nationally televised when Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, held a fund raiser for fallen border patrol agent Brian Terry. Here in 2011, Rudy Mendoza is at a great start, at 33 years of age, its only gonna get better, so look for this up comming art star, and follow him on his website www.ruartonline.com, or on facebook, look for Ru Art. What is a phobia? It is an irrational fear of something that's unlikely to cause harm. There are over 400 recognized phobias out there. Ablutophobia is the fear of bathing. This condition seems to be widespread among middle school and high school boys. :o) Fear is a normal human reaction that protects us by signaling danger and preparing us to deal with it. But fear can also be unhealthy and dangerous. The Bible talks about the “fear of man.” This manifests itself when we crave acceptance from our peers and fear rejection. The Bible says that fear of man is a dangerous trap.Don't let fear rule you and your child's hearts. Instead, remember that “the Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”For more encouragement and parenting advice, visit Trail Life USA or RaisingGodlyBoys.com.

On this week's episode of 'The Saturday Show with Jonathan Capehart': Mounting Opposition. Thousands take to the streets across the country to protest the extreme Trump Agenda, from market-busting tariffs to devastating cuts to federal agencies and more. I'll ask former Biden advisor Mitch Landrieu if this is a defining moment for Democratic resistance. A Rough Republican week. The markets tanked. Their advantage in ruby red congressional districts was cut in half. And a Wisconsin supreme court seat didn't go their way. Political analyst Charlie Sykes and former Biden White House official Andrew Bates weigh in on whether this week was a defining moment for the GOP. Fear Factor. The Trump administration is fighting a judge's order to bring back a man mistakenly detained and sent to that notorious prison in El Salvador. Maria Hinojosa joins me to discuss how these wrongful removals are sparking fear in the immigrant community. And, on the run. Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow is here to talk about her bid for a U.S. Senate seat and why she says it's time for a new generation of Democratic leadership. All that and more on “The Saturday Show with Jonathan Capehart.”
On Below Deck Down Under, Wihan continues to be utterly useless as he lazes about the boat and whines anytime anyone calls him out.
