Forgiveness. It's an easy word, but such a hard thing to do at times! On this episode, we dive into what exactly true forgiveness looks like and the benefits it has for you emotionally, physically, and spiritually! We also get very personal and share our own story of the hardest example of forgiveness we have faced in our own marriage.....an affair! Kindness. It is something very simple to understand and to be, yet so many of us fail at being kind to others!
