Dr Des talks with Jordan Loveridge who is a vestibular physiotherapist that has completed several advanced courses in vertigo and vestibular management. He presents webinars and professional development sessions for GPs and other allied health professionals. Jordan created South Coast Dizzy Clinic, a dedicated vertigo, dizziness, and balance clinic – with nine locations across the state.
Dr Des chats with Anna Sterken, Anna is the Director of Client Experience and Governance at Home Instead and has nearly 25 years' experience in community and aged care, including as a Registered Nurse. During her career, Anna has witnessed a huge number of changes in the sector over this time.
Dr Des talks to Tom Gross, a physiotherapist. Beginning his career as a locum clinician for aged care and is now currently working in community and in-patient rehabilitation. He has a keen interest in orthopaedic physiotherapy and works closely with patients suffering from osteoarthritis from all ages, including those having undergone joint replacement surgery.

Dr Des talks to Basia Kmita, who is an Occupational Therapist Specialist Medical Driving Assessor accredited with Transport for NSW Licence Review Medical Unit to perform Occupational Therapy medical driving assessments including complex vehicle modifications. Basia has also recently been appointed as an Ambassador for Porsche Australia and shares their vison to be “driven by dreams”. As a Specialist Medical Driving Assessor, Basia envisages the dreams of others through driving and to see her older patients and clients continue to smile behind the wheel maintaining their driving independence means everything to her. Basia is also an Independent Medical Consultant for MLCOA, Consultant Occupational Therapist, Writer and Medical Presenter.
Dr Des talks to Dr Emily Rosenich, who is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Neuropsychology at the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health at Monash University. Emily's research, funded by the Alzheimer's Association, investigates cardiovascular, lifestyle, and genetic contributors to cognitive decline and dementia. In addition to her scientific work, Emily is a passionate science communicator and advocate for women in science.
