Kit Welchlin has amazing insight that we all need to hear. It doesn't matter if you are starting your first year in FFA or finishing out all the last of your FFA journey there will be something special to take away from this conversation. Mr. Welchlin served as the Minnesota State FFA Treasurer in 1980 - 1981. He is now the President of Welchlin Communication Strategies and Seminars On Stress. In both positions, he works as the professional motivational speaker and seminar leader, traveling all over the country to different events. Mr. Welchlin was inducted into the Minnesota Speakers Hall of Fame in May of 2014 and was awarded the certificate of teaching excellence from the Metropolitan State University. With all this being said, I am so excited for everyone to hear the conversation I had with Mr. Welchlin.
