There’s so many bad movies that need to be reviewed and some of them make us question the existence of this show.
The boys are joined by Jacob Ruffo again and they go over this masterpiece of a remake ( it was bad(
This episode is very crazy, I will be the first to admit that. What is awesome about this episode is that it is a representation of the endless amount of talking that people with ADHD can do without their medication. it also showcases some comedic gold during all of that.
You would think there was a movie review of the movie Truth or Dare, where a bunch of stupid teens kill themselves or get killed by an evil spirit forcing them to play truth or dare, but its not. Aaron and Josh just play truth or dare the whole time and call Dezhawn who was supposed to be out for the podcast to distract them from actually reviewing the movie. My grammar in this description was terrible but its not like you guys expect a lot of professionalism from a podcast who has failed to upload a new episode in four months because of absolutely no reason. Some of these episodes have been recorded and haven't been released because Josh has been very lazy. What an idiot. Anyway, we're back for good
If scientology is just like this movie then I am fully on board! This movie is one of Dezhawn and Aaron's favorites! I enjoyed watching this movie for the first time ever! You got a young Johnny boy Travolta but Pitbull does not make an appearance.
This movie will make you feel betrayed by women and a weird looking man who somehow have the force and created a mentally controlled army that you are apart of.
In this episode we review Catwoman, where they basically put Halle Berry in the least amount of clothes that were acceptable at the time and make her flirt heavily with all the villains in the movie. They treat the very famous anti hero/criminal/ batman villain as a nerdy girl who dies and comes back to life with the powers of a cat.
giggles and chuckles will happen while you listen to this review of a very very bad sequel ( do not think you can call it that) of mean girls 2
John Travolta, the most italian actor every plays every famous mob character in hollywoods past to nail the character of John Gotti. This movie attempts to be Goodfellas, Sopranos, and Godfather all at once. P.S. This might be our best episode yet
We welcomed special guest Beth Dagitses (Aaron's Mother) to review this movie based all on a Harry Styles fan fiction book, that reminds you as much as possible the the scariest thing that can happen in life is losing your virginity
Y'all know what it is! The normal squad is back and we decided to take on Jason Vorhees! We beat him up and took his money on this one.
This episode of "Is This Reel!?" is the REAL "Is This Reel!?" Aaron and Dezhawn are now kicked off.JK they will be back the next episode. Jon Thozeski and I were originally supposed to do "Is This Reel!?" but it fell through so it is special to review this beautiful Arnold Episode with him.
This review is featuring Geoffrey Golden, a very great guest that helped us fumble through this legendary arcade movie that was actually promotion for a new pac man game.
Listen up Jack, you know what it is. Your boys are back for the Holidays. An unexcused break but we are coming back with some super fire so don't worry. Buckle up because I think you are in for a surprise on this one.... especially because we paid attention.
What happens when you cross Annakin Skywalker and Emma Roberts? apparently two Italian families and some drama about a restaurant!
You ever wondered what it'd be like to kill Jesus before he reincarnated? Now you shall now in this masterpiece of a movie
The episode where we reviewed the Fanatic but had to get pulled bc the audio was messed up, was a very important episode. Reason being is, It was Dezhawn France first official episode as a co-host on Is This Reel!? Oh, and find out how bad this movie sucks by checking out the episode, its got sharks and stuff.
Its sad when companies remake movies that were already the best they will ever be. This movie is the 90th rendition of a daughter and her mom switching minds so they can see just how hard life is on the other side. But lets throw in a musical element into it for no reason what so ever.
This movie left us feeling very conflicted, it was obviously not a good movie, but is it the directors fault or Andrew Lloyd Webber's? you decide
Black Lives MatterProtests are still happening although the media won't cover it anymore. Support in any way you can. If you're lactose intolerant WATCH OUT because this movie is VERY cheesy. For the cheese lovers, even you won't like the jokes. I will state that it is in no way Jack Black's fault, he's an angel.
A total rip off of a movie, one of the worst animations ever, comparable to an early youtube video, and just downright lazy, Dezhawn was baffled by this movie and so were the boys.
Noah Centineo wants to have lots of sex at college and doesn't want the women to be attached to him or know his name, so they get some nerd to create an app for them. In between that there's so much to review. I think we paid for this movie unfortunately, enjoy this pricey review!
Black Lives MatterBlack Lives MatterBlack Lives MatterBlack Lives MatterIt is so cool that they made a movie based off this button mashing video game....Or coulda been, to be honest this movie wasn't the worst but if you don't understand mortal Kombat story lines then it gets real cloudy.Terrible acting, amazing review featuring the biggest Mortal Kombat fan in the world.
Please help and donate anyway you can, to find out ways you can help the Black Lives Matter movement and our collective fight for basic human rights go to the website listed below. https://blacklivesmatters.carrd.coSex tape is full of jokes that don't land, the complete opposite of this beautiful movie review. This movie was recommended by Hannibal Buress (through community text) but like still...
This movie is like the worst Dungeons and Dragon game you ever played and then you just add in Marlon Wayans as a character to spice things up. Ryan from the magnificent podcast The Nerd Vault joins us to help review this masterpiece! Ryan was a huge part in getting this show off the ground and running and is forever a part of the Is This Reel!? foundation.
This movie is so terrible. There's not many other ways to say that but I think the boys do a good job of reviewing it and making it sound at least semi interesting! The Room's plot is so flawed that its not even worth summarizing in this section.
The thought-provoking drama from Tyler Perry serves as a great comedy, especially with them trying to make Taraji P Henson into a female Samuel L Jackson. After listening to our review you will understand why this is one of the worst movies of all time while also being one of the best movies of all time. If that doesn't make sense I am not sorry and you should listen to the episode!
yayyy it"s launch day! in this episode we go over our film background and our inspiration for starting this project!
