Is your faith an authentic encounter with the living God, or simply a curated performance for the crowd? This message reveals the **DANGER** of "TikTok Reel Christianity"—a life of spiritual inauthenticity that substitutes real transformation for outward show.Join Pastor Mike as he dives into the powerful, disruptive account of the demoniac in the synagogue (Mark 1:21-28). What the spirit yells out is a spiritual diagnosis of our current, performance-driven culture. This sermon is a direct challenge to trade in the need to perform for the radical, transformative power of God's Kingdom.**This message will challenge you to see how Kingdom of God activity is:*** **Captivating:** It's so powerful it stops everything else around it.* **Disruptive:** It doesn't just fit into your routine; it upends your entire life.* **Transformative:** It doesn't polish the exterior; it brings real, permanent change from the inside out.Don't just watch this—let it change you.***### **Timestamps**0:00 - The Problem: Are You Just a "TikTok Reel"? We welcome Bill Galatis to the show! Bill studied cinema, animation, film production, photography as well as developing into quite a cinephile. Bill also paralleled as a rock musician; performing, writing and recording all over New England and New York. From 2006-2018, Bill was involved with a premiere, international music school organization called School of Rock (SOR). SOR is a nationwide chain of performance-based music schools for kids ages 7-18, as well as adults. After a few years as the Music Director for School of Rock Boston, he became franchisee of that location and opened an additional school on the north shore of MA. In addition to opening both schools from scratch, Bill's Boston school was the first SOR unit to open in all of New England. As well as covering the day-to-day operations of both schools, Bill had a busy schedule of instructing weekly group rehearsals and private guitar and bass lessons.Around the end of winter 2014, Bill started to shift from the SOR day to day operations to more of an overseer. This allowed him to build his career in filmmaking, with a focus on acting, but still film editing and writing here and there. In the next 6 years, Bill booked lead and supporting roles on about 40 independent and studio films, both short and feature length. He worked closely with Karen Allen (Raiders of the Lost Art), John Fiore, Frank Santorelli, Armen Garo and Robert Funaro (The Sopranos) to name a few of the more well-known artists. By 2018, Bill made the big decision to sell both of School of Rock locations and go into the movie business full time.In 2020, Bill moved to Manhattan, New York. With the pandemic in full throttle, Bill's film editing career became more of the main focus. In the last 5 years, Bill has edited about a half dozen independent short films and 4 independent feature length films. Bill has recently started studying at the Manhattan Edit Workshop and is aiming to break into editing for major film studio productions.Bill's Reel: https://vimeo.com/1121209032/3980bfe952IMDb: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7113973/See more on GreekAF: https://www.greekradio.app/

From the rolling hills of New Zealand to the technical Singapore licensing exams, Simon Josey has seen the world from two wheels. I had a blast sitting down with the host of the REEL Riders podcast to talk about our shared love for German engineering, the upcoming Adventure Motorcycle Film Festival in the UK's stunning Lake District and much more. If you've ever wondered what it's like to cross three international borders before lunch or why some motorcycle films just feel right, this is an episode you won't want to miss. The heartbeat of the episode is the launch of the Adventure Motorcycle Film Festival in the UK's Lake District—a sold-out debut that curated over 50 global submissions down to a dozen standout films. We talk candidly about programming a lineup that moves an audience through tension, humor, and quiet; the logistics of wrangling formats and files across borders; and why keeping the project independent matters to creators and viewers alike. If you've ever wondered why some moto films “just feel right,” you'll leave with a clearer checklist and new favorites to seek out.Threaded through it all is mental health and community. Weekly rides as ritual. Partners who make time possible. Dogs who reshape a work-from-home life. And the steady truth that two wheels can carry more than a rider—they can carry a week's worth of noise away. Subscribe, share this with a rider who needs a lift, and leave a quick review to help more folks find our corner of the road. Warum Long-Term Content dein stärkstes Business-Asset ist. Du kannst heute alles googeln. Strategien. Frameworks. Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen. Wissen ist kein Wettbewerbsvorteil mehr. Was verkauft, ist deine Persönlichkeit. Deine Denkweise. Deine Haltung.

Some memories hook you for life. We dive into how a childhood spent on a riverbank grew into a mission to help families create those same anchor moments—first casts, first fish, and traditions that bring everyone back to the water year after year.We share a weekend at the Spring Fishing and Boat Show that sparked it all, highlighted by a dynamic father–daughter seminar with Angler & Hunter TV's Mike Miller and his 16-year-old daughter, August. Their message is simple and powerful: give kids real gear, real responsibility, and room to try. From weedless stick worms and barbless hooks to letting young anglers tap the sonar and GPS, small choices set them up to win. We pair those takeaways with our own stories of dock monsters, brochure-worthy walleye, and lodge-side tactics like tossing dead minnows where perch stack so kids can catch fish within minutes of arriving.Running a lodge taught us that we are not selling fishing trips—we are selling experiences. You will hear how thoughtfully pairing families with kid-savvy guides, planning shore lunches that end with fresh-made donuts, and protecting easy-access dock fisheries turn quick wins into lifelong loyalty. Those bright, sensory-rich moments—cedar-scented valleys, the shock of a northern exploding from the weeds, the first time a child says “I've got a fish”—become traditions families defend on the calendar. We talk about setting a non-negotiable annual trip, unplugging from screens, and using the outdoors to teach patience, respect for wildlife, and calm in a noisy world. If you are a parent, mentor, or lodge owner, this episode gives you a clear playbook: equip for success, celebrate small victories, and build repeatable rituals that make kids proud to be anglers. Subscribe, share this with someone who needs a nudge to plan that trip, and leave a review with your favourite first-catch memory—we might feature it on a future show.

Running a home care agency shouldn't mean your agency runs you. In this episode, home care consultant and former agency owner Becky Reel shares how leaders can build an agency rooted in their values, with clear boundaries, a healthier culture, and clients and caregivers who actually fit. Becky breaks down why most owners get into home care in the first place, how things drift off-course, and the practical moves that bring you back to a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.What you'll learnThe 4 core motivations that bring people into home care (and why naming yours matters)How to stop letting clients and caregivers set your rules, rates, and policiesThe 80/20 reality: identifying the small set of clients or caregivers creating most of your headachesWhy “culture” isn't parties and posters, it's what caregivers say when you're not in the roomHow to reduce turnover by noticing early warning signs (tone shifts, call-offs, over-documenting, fading enthusiasm)How to scale culture as you grow by hiring on heart and values, not just industry experienceWhy narrowing your service area can sometimes help you grow fasterA story you won't forget Becky tells the powerful story of a hospice case where her team did the right thing even when it meant walking away from revenue, a decision that later generated significant growth through trust, reputation, and one unforgettable review. The lesson: revenue matters, but it can't be your only metric.Episode highlightsYour “why” isn't fluff. It's your decision filter for clients, caregivers, policies, and boundaries. You can't be everything to everyone. The more selective you get, the more sustainable (and often stronger) your agency becomes.Caregivers don't stay because of pay alone. Respectable wages matter, but retention comes from consistency, communication, and feeling genuinely supported.Support beats supervision. Checking in only when there's a scheduling problem is not leadership, it's chaos management.About Becky ReelBecky Reel is the founder of Reel Home Care Consulting and former owner of For Papa's Sake, a nationally recognized home care agency. In Episode 2 of The Booked & Paid Speaker Blueprint, Sean continues building the foundation of a successful speaking business by breaking down the speaker marketing toolkit event planners actually look for. Most speakers waste time building assets that do not get them booked. In this episode, Sean explains why you do not need a one sheet and what you must have instead if you want consistent paid speaking opportunities. If you want to get booked and paid to speak consistently, your website and speaker reel are two of the most important assets you can build. Show Notes: https://wetflyswing.com/875B Presented by: wetflyswing.com/sponsors Streamer season is officially here in the Ozarks, and this one is all about slowing things down and fishing with intention. January kicks off the most aggressive window of the year, especially for big browns and smallmouth, and today Chad Johnson is digging deep into how they approach it. He walks us through why post-spawn is such a key window for them, how aggression bites drive streamer eats, and why presentation matters more than fly choice. If you fish the Ozarks (or any tailwater with changing flows) this is one you'll want to bookmark. Show Notes: https://wetflyswing.com/875B
