Michael "Rooster" Phelan The "Moral Dilemma" Punch: Rooster delivers a powerful segment questioning his fandom for the New York Giants after disturbing emails surfaced regarding co-owner Steve Tisch. He takes a firm stance, stating he cannot support the team if Tisch is not forced out, sparking a deep debate on the morality of sports ownership. The "Bald Vanity" Rant: In a lighter but equally passionate moment, Rooster "punches" male athlete vanity, specifically mocking LeBron James and Jalen Brown for using hair polish and a boxer whose toupee flew off mid-fight. Homer Hopes: Rooster expresses his "homer" hope for the Giants to hire a disciplinarian coach like Tom Coughlin or John Harbaugh to bring structure to the team's young talent. Chris "Bison" Nace National Catchers Day Celebration: Bison brings an entire roster of legendary catchers—including Josh Gibson, Johnny Bench, and Gary Carter—to "the bar" in honor of National Catchers Day. The Washington Post Defense: Bison delivers a stinging "punch" to Jeff Bezos for the decline of The Washington Post's sports section, lamenting the loss of embedded local reporting and the impact on the sports community. Skepticism of the "Upstart" Patriots: Bison mockingly refers to the New England Patriots as an "upstart franchise" that has never been to a Super Bowl, before acknowledging his genuine annoyance that "they're f***ing back". Bryan Pope The Olympic History Buff: Pope shines as the resident expert on the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, sharing details about Lindsey Vonn's attempt to be the oldest medalist and the unique "luxury resort" setting of Cortina in the Dolomites. "Sir Barks-a-Lot" & Tennis: Pope explains how his 13-year-old golden retriever, Carmichael (aka Sir Barks-a-Lot), waking him up at 3AM led to him becoming an accidental expert on the Australian Open. The "Pope Stat": He provides the unique trivia that Charlie Puth is the first Jewish singer to perform the national anthem at the Super Bowl. Tobi "House" Millrood The "Birding" Quarterback: House brings fellow "birder" Sam Darnold to the bar, celebrating the quarterback's redemption arc as a "Lasso story" while defending his own hobby of ornithology and bird calls. The Manchester United Haircut Bet: House tracks the viral story of Frank Illett, a fan who hasn't cut his hair in 485 days, betting that if the team wins two more games, they will have him on the pod for a live head-shaving. The "Breaking Away" Comparison: House compares the long-suffering Indiana Hoosiers fans' recent success to the movie Breaking Away, celebrating their journey from "all thin" to a "colossal all-time ride". Patrick "Milk" Mickler The "Quad God" Aficionado: Milk stuns the other hosts with his knowledge of figure skating, introducing them to Ilya Malinin (the "Quad God") and explaining the emotional weight of the team's history following a tragic plane crash. The "Cycle of Hell": Milk provides a cynical but realistic breakdown of the "NFL cycle of hell," where good offensive coordinators are immediately hired away as head coaches, leaving teams like his Buccaneers in a constant state of turnover. The Outdoor Hockey Hype: Milk celebrates the success of the Stadium Series in Tampa, describing the "phenomenal" scene of outdoor hockey in 38-degree Florida weather.

With the right support, you can build a business that doesn't disappear overnight. And with the right tools, you can create visibility that actually compounds. Your mindset, your energy, the way you show up online, and the platforms you build on all affect how your business grows. So it's time to stop relying on rented land and start building something you truly own. In today's episode, I'm sharing the number one reason you need a podcast — and it's not because podcasts are trendy or because everyone seems to have one. It's because ownership changes everything. I'm breaking down why social media alone is unstable, how podcasting builds authority and trust, and how to create an ecosystem that supports your income long-term. If you're in the wellness space, trust is everything. Health is personal. When someone listens to you for 20, 30, or 45 minutes, they hear your voice. They hear your certainty. They hear your stories. They hear how you explain things. They begin to feel like they know you. A Reel might get someone to follow you. A podcast makes them feel safe enough to hire you. And safety is what converts. Podcasting also shifts you out of the hamster wheel. One episode can become: • Email content • Show notes • A blog post • YouTube long-form • Short-form clips • SEO traffic It becomes infrastructure. Not just content. Instead of constantly chasing visibility, you start building it. This is about creating an ecosystem. Podcast → Authority and long-form trust Email list → Direct relationship Offer → Transformation and revenue Social media → Discovery and traffic Social media is the highway sign. Your podcast is the home. And when you build the home, you stop panicking every time an app changes. So here's the real question: If social media disappeared tomorrow, would your business survive? If that question feels uncomfortable, that's your sign. It's time to build something you own. Are casting directors skipping your profile before they even see your headshot? Many actors work hard on their reels and photos. BUCKLE UP! The next hour is going to be a little wild—in the best way.In today's episode, I'm answering a couple of your voicemails, diving into emerging research on the link between ADHD and early perimenopause, and responding to a very fear-heavy Wall Street Journal reel about ADHD medication. We're talking about:• The idea of a “drug cascade” and why extreme cases don't equal common outcomes• ADHD comorbidities (because ADHD rarely travels alone)• What responsible journalism should look like• Why treating ADHD is often the beginning of understanding someone's full mental health picture—not the start of doom• The reality of diagnosing very young kids (and the privilege conversation around that)• What effective ADHD therapy would actually need to include (hint: the whole family)If you've felt confused, scared, frustrated, or just exhausted by the ADHD discourse online lately… this episode will help you take a breath. As always, nuance > panic.Reel from WSJ that I break down in this episodeWatch this episode on YouTubeWant help with your ADHD? Is your faith an authentic encounter with the living God, or simply a curated performance for the crowd? This message reveals the **DANGER** of "TikTok Reel Christianity"—a life of spiritual inauthenticity that substitutes real transformation for outward show.Join Pastor Mike as he dives into the powerful, disruptive account of the demoniac in the synagogue (Mark 1:21-28). What the spirit yells out is a spiritual diagnosis of our current, performance-driven culture. This sermon is a direct challenge to trade in the need to perform for the radical, transformative power of God's Kingdom.**This message will challenge you to see how Kingdom of God activity is:*** **Captivating:** It's so powerful it stops everything else around it.* **Disruptive:** It doesn't just fit into your routine; it upends your entire life.* **Transformative:** It doesn't polish the exterior; it brings real, permanent change from the inside out.Don't just watch this—let it change you.***### **Timestamps**0:00 - The Problem: Are You Just a "TikTok Reel"? We welcome Bill Galatis to the show! Bill studied cinema, animation, film production, photography as well as developing into quite a cinephile. Bill also paralleled as a rock musician; performing, writing and recording all over New England and New York. From 2006-2018, Bill was involved with a premiere, international music school organization called School of Rock (SOR). SOR is a nationwide chain of performance-based music schools for kids ages 7-18, as well as adults. After a few years as the Music Director for School of Rock Boston, he became franchisee of that location and opened an additional school on the north shore of MA. In addition to opening both schools from scratch, Bill's Boston school was the first SOR unit to open in all of New England. As well as covering the day-to-day operations of both schools, Bill had a busy schedule of instructing weekly group rehearsals and private guitar and bass lessons.Around the end of winter 2014, Bill started to shift from the SOR day to day operations to more of an overseer. This allowed him to build his career in filmmaking, with a focus on acting, but still film editing and writing here and there. In the next 6 years, Bill booked lead and supporting roles on about 40 independent and studio films, both short and feature length. He worked closely with Karen Allen (Raiders of the Lost Art), John Fiore, Frank Santorelli, Armen Garo and Robert Funaro (The Sopranos) to name a few of the more well-known artists. By 2018, Bill made the big decision to sell both of School of Rock locations and go into the movie business full time.In 2020, Bill moved to Manhattan, New York. With the pandemic in full throttle, Bill's film editing career became more of the main focus. In the last 5 years, Bill has edited about a half dozen independent short films and 4 independent feature length films. Bill has recently started studying at the Manhattan Edit Workshop and is aiming to break into editing for major film studio productions.Bill's Reel: https://vimeo.com/1121209032/3980bfe952IMDb: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7113973/See more on GreekAF: https://www.greekradio.app/

From the rolling hills of New Zealand to the technical Singapore licensing exams, Simon Josey has seen the world from two wheels. I had a blast sitting down with the host of the REEL Riders podcast to talk about our shared love for German engineering, the upcoming Adventure Motorcycle Film Festival in the UK's stunning Lake District and much more. If you've ever wondered what it's like to cross three international borders before lunch or why some motorcycle films just feel right, this is an episode you won't want to miss. The heartbeat of the episode is the launch of the Adventure Motorcycle Film Festival in the UK's Lake District—a sold-out debut that curated over 50 global submissions down to a dozen standout films. We talk candidly about programming a lineup that moves an audience through tension, humor, and quiet; the logistics of wrangling formats and files across borders; and why keeping the project independent matters to creators and viewers alike. If you've ever wondered why some moto films “just feel right,” you'll leave with a clearer checklist and new favorites to seek out.Threaded through it all is mental health and community. Weekly rides as ritual. Partners who make time possible. Dogs who reshape a work-from-home life. And the steady truth that two wheels can carry more than a rider—they can carry a week's worth of noise away.
