Paris de l'Etraz is the Managing Director of Venture Lab at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He spent over 20 years in investment banking and venture capital, mainly at UBS Bank and ABN AMRO. Since 2005, he has continued to be in the business of either raising funds, setting up new companies, or selling or buying companies through his group, Amazing Lab AG. He has a keen interest for what makes an entrepreneur and what he/she needs to succeed. In particular, he has focused on venture capital, digital marketing, sports management, renewable energy and new technology industries.
Gavin Ng was selected to be the first President of AAAP. Gavin hails from Singapore and was NCP of Singapore in 1986. He became re-engaged in AIESEC when he read in the papers about the AAAPC 2011 in Manila which he immediately signed up for. There has been no looking back since. He and his wife Rosalind have attended many international AIESEC Alumni conferences since then and he has joined the Journey A-Group in Manila and formed the Temasek A-Group in Singapore. He has been a driving force in reviving alumni activities in the Philippines and in Singapore. He was appointed Regional A-Groups Coordinator for Asia Pacific early in 2013.
