Dexter Ligot-Gordon is the Co-founder and CEO of Swarm, a community connecting founders with freelance tech builders. He was also the Co-founder of Kalibrr, the first Southeast Asian and Philippine startup accepted into the global startup accelerator Y Combinator. Krizia Lim is a Senior Graphic Designer at Kalibrr by day, a Freelance Illustrator and Designer by night, and a photographer, web designer, and more in between. She was previously an intern at Pepper.ph and an art director at Elevation Partners, where she worked with Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — developing her interest in designing for F&B brands. She believes that her love for design, food, music, games, and k-culture fuels her to create, illustrate, and explore other trades of design. His design work includes the 40th Metro Manila Film Festival Souvenir Programme and Truelogic's brand redesign, where he previously worked as a Graphic and UI designer. He enjoyed tinkering with electronics and joining poster making contests as a kid, which he believes are the roots for his fondness in design. Riel is also passionate about his side project Intersections, a monthly documentary series on people with multiple passions in life.
