    Is MORE Actually BETTER for Fat Loss?

    In this episode, Josh talks about how it's easy to fall into the trap of "doing more" to achieve the goal of fat loss. But does doing more actually help with weight loss? And what's worse, doing more TOO MUCH can actually dig you deeper into a hole. If you have experienced similar situations, this episode is aimed towards you, the person who is approaching fat loss with a mentality of doing as much exercise as possible and "eating clean". eating as few calories as possible, and putting your body through as much pain and destruction without addressing the potential psychological pitfalls of this approach. Josh gets a lot of folks hitting him up for advice about losing fat. I see the same mistakes over and over again. If your program isn't working, start from the beginning and look for these three mistakes. If you find them, resolve them. Otherwise, it might be time to think about changing something up!
