At the KG Worship Corner, we want to inspire the world to release a sound that brings heaven to earth everyday. We want to inspire those who serve in worship through music and arts to release every sound or art piece with the intent to do as Jesus did; Destroy the Works of the dEVIL, so that the kin…
MAGNIFY!! Whatever you make big will be the biggest! Whether life or death, good or bad, peace or war, sickness or healing; whatever you exalt will be exalted. Ref: Proverbs 18:21 Worship is contagious. Whatever you are fumigating within the core of your heart and soul is what will be projected as the greater thing in your point of view and will often times be projected onto others. Your words and thoughts are powerful! God created us to be powerful beings. Let be good stewards over our personal atmosphere so that we can accomplish his will to shift and recolonize the domains he’s given us to rule over in this earth. Take the challenge! Shift the atmosphere of your relationship, job, home, church, or any other people who are close to you, by magnifying the God you serve with your attitude, service, thoughts, conversation, and even more. Ref: Philippians 4:8. It’s Divine Therapy that leads to True Worship!
What is meditation? What does it do for our connection with the Father? Why is it Divine Therapy? Psalm 77:6 speaks of meditation as a thorough spirit search. In this search, after you have removed the clutter, you can now accurately search and find the truth in an effective way that produces light from heaven to lead you into the perfect way of the Father. Take the Challenge! After you clear the clutter of the cares of life, meditate for 10-15 minutes as you center yourself to search in the depths of your spirit for “absolute truth” answers that come from heaven. It’s Divine Therapy that leads to True Worship!
In today’s episode, we discuss the importance of preparing yourself to connect with Heaven. Ecclesiastes 5:2 tells us not to be hasty before the Lord but to let our words be few. This speaks to us of the wisdom from this scripture we should apply in order to obtain effective results during our prayer and worship time. Yes we are to cast our cares upon the Lord, but what does that truly mean. It doesn’t mean pray and cry all day about things he told you not to worry about (Matthew 6:33-34). It more so means, separate yourself from cares because God’s covenant with us is to handle those things for us. So when I go before Him, I should be clear or distractions that are not mine to bare and reverence him for the Holy God he is; a keeper of Covenants. He’s listening for Sons and Daughters who know Him and speak to him in light of who he is! Take the Challenge! Clear the clutter of the cares of life at least 3-5 times a day for 10-15 minutes as you sit still and quiet all the noise within. It’s Divine Therapy that leads to True Worship!
In today’s episode, we discuss how Matthew 6:10 is more than words to memorize and repeat, but how and what we must seek to obtain. Thy Kingdom Come Thy Will Be Done is about finding out what is already existing in heaven for today and bringing that truth into the earth today! Let the Worshippers arise into the pursuit of finding out what the will of the Lord is so that we can do it!
In today’s episode, we dig into what repentance is exactly, how to repent, and the overflowing joy found in the call to repent! Intentional thank you’s in relationships will shift the atmosphere and maintain an environment of worship in the home. This week, we challenge you to spend 10 minutes in prayer each day giving thanks to the Lord and thanking someone close to you 2-3 times this weeks for something common that they always do. Take the challenge, it will shift the atmosphere!
In today’s episode we define worship and discuss what is spirit and most importantly; truth. Check out these scriptures as you dive into today’s show. Hebrews 12:28 and John 4:23-24

In today’s episode, we talk about being quarantine worshippers; living loud in the church but fearful and ashamed in the world. We talk about how loud we can be in the microphone on Sundays but quiet in the streets if asked to go preach or worship in the park or grocery store and it’s not an organized event. We challenge everyone to practice a discipline that will break your prayer and worship life out of quarantine!
In today’s episode, we look at worship from the drummer’s perspective. Our Special Guest, Stephon Ross, talks to us about his experience as a drummer and how it was a hiding place for so many years. It was the substitute for a holy life and worship in spirit and truth. He shares with us how the challenges of life brought him to a valley of decisions where he would either choose to keep pretending or humbly start over and be true to himself and God. He shares a still unfolding testimony and tells how he is now beginning to see triumph in his life as a true worshipper!
In today’s Episode we discuss: Punchline Worship Moves - Punchline church service moves are moves that emotionally charge the actions of people through singing , preaching, and what’s played on the instruments - Preaching Calvary in the middle of your message, when I think of the goodness of Jesus - Doing runs in the middle of the message. - “When I think of the goodness of Jesus” - “You can sit there if you want to” “You can sit there and look cute if you want but I care to praise him” - What’s the intent behind what you say or play during church services? - Are we looking to people for approval rather than God? - Repetitive motion can lead you to new levels. The same progressions or same line or verse of a song can take you places that changing songs and making frequent moves won’t ever take you. - Waiting on the Lord is the most valuable worship tool!!

It’s in the nature of musicians to prophecy into atmospheres. It’s when we allow ourselves to get stuck in only being copies, by playing what we’ve learned from someone else or heard from someone else that we miss out on our heavenly call to release new sounds and songs from Heaven! If we are to worship as it is in Heaven we must come to the end of what we know and surrender to all that Heaven knows. Check out this episode to learn how you can begin to enter the prophetic place of worship!
Stillness brings us to a clear place. And whatever we do after we have gotten control of all of the inner chaos, we will be sure to be both efficient and effective! This is a very important discipline for worship leaders! If we want to be accurate in alignment with heaven, and hearing the sounds of heaven as we worship in earth, stillness is a necessity to worship preparation. Here are a few points from today’s show: - Join the challenge: be still for 20 minutes a day for one week - Don’t be quick to count your first try as a loss. Every step counts as long as you keep going. - Silencing the inside first will lead to more effective worship and prayer - Stillness will free you and make room for the Lord. - You can spend hours on stage or in church singing and shouting and praying but God is no where near. - God asked Adam, Where are you? Is God asking you that same question during worship, prayer, and church service because your body is present but your inside is somewhere else? - Read and pray Job 37:14 as well as Psalm 23:2 and allow The Father to draw into a new place with him.
- Kanye has said Jesus on tv more than other Christians who’ve been on Tv and have been Christian for years. - Christians want to be like the world but the world really wants to be a Christian but they keep getting confused. - Kanye quote “We’re no longer here for entertainment” his service is unto God to spread the gospel and what Jesus has done for him.
Episode 5: Ministry Burnout!! Ministry burnout is very real to a lot of people. But in this episode we actually take a controversial viewpoint of ministry burnout because we believe that there is a method to the madness! Here are a few points from today’s Episode: - What is ministry burnout? - If you feel burnout, somewhere along the way it stopped being Ministry - Serving in ministry on Autopilot - “Like a job you don’t look forward to going to each day” - Ministry versus Entertainment - do people who sing for ministry actually know the difference between ministering and entertaining - Worn out by performing a form or look of ministry - My cup runneth over. We must minister out of the overflow.
Smaller ministries don’t have the luxury of filling their volunteer slots with perfect singers and musicians. The pressure we experience from the black culture to bring a certain wow factor often competes with God’s divine purpose for why he chose us in the first place. (This episode does not intend to eliminate the need for excellence and serving in your appropriate calling) Here are a few points from this episode: * Black Church Pressure to do everything perfect musically * We didn’t get trained for this!! * Pressure to be perfect for the audience versus being perfect in the sight of God to fulfill his purpose * The Wow Factor sucks us into a hunger for fleshly accolades * Our one desire should be to please God and offer up what we have with a heart that pleases him * Our hearts must not be after what we can gain in music but after what we can add to the kingdom because of what the kingdom of God gave to us * Teaching aspiring singers and musicians how to find, recognize, and follow God in the word and prayer will allow the Holy Spirit to fill them in such a way that closes the gaps in harmonizing, a unified sound, and being able to truly get into the music with passion
A true heart of worship aligns your heart to Gods heart. So we have to develop full alignment of worship in our heart, mind, body, and soul. “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.” Matthew 15:8 KJV. Our top 7 Churchy sayings people don’t really mean 1. I give honor to God who is the head of my life 2. Look at God 3. Not today Satan 4. Blessed and highly favored 5. The devil is busy or the devil thought he had me 6. I’m praying for you/I’ll keep you in my prayers 7. I’m waiting on God
Our goal and mission is to awaken those who have yet to realize their purpose of worship through arts and to shine light for those who have misdirected the purpose of their gift or not directed it at all. We want to raise up an army of priests that want to grow into the spiritual reality God purposed for them. Here are a few points in this episode: * Playing Music as a musician in the church is no different than playing in the club * Pastors only see musicians as employees * Lack of core value alignment in the church * My soul Forgotten because my gift is what’s wanted * The power of music versus the power of God * Musicians are prophetic by nature of the gift * Saying that “I’m First giving honor to God” is not giving honor to God * Trying to illegally enter the presence of God
In today’s episode, get to know a little bit about Kadesh Generation. We express how we arrived to the true purpose of our call to worship in music and arts. Here are a few points in this episode: * Wait!!! But I didn’t get trained for this!! * Accidental Presence vs. Presence on Purpose * Burn out doesn’t exist in the nature of true purpose * Living for the one thing that Jesus did
