Learning that there needs to be a balance in life that can get lost with work and goals. We have a little confusion over religious dates, but find that there are a few things Rachel likes when it comes to Easter. We shift focus into a few fears that might lead to Rachel's cooking skills being stunted. We take a second to look at a situation that had Disney ankle deep in water before Rachel request a movie of the Rock and Jason Mamoa in a film together. Finally Rachel talks about her issues with sleeping and a couple reasons why that might be.

    It's a new week and Rachel has a new episode ready for you to consume. Rachel had to let a little off her chest this episode by letting in on some ideas on leveling up in life. How dealing with anxiety and making a shift in priorities in life. She looks into the idea of branding one self as her voice of reason Huw throws his thoughts on this way of thinking. Rachel brings us through some ideas on how karma is a real thing and some mottos she likes to go by theses days. As things relax there's a confessed love for Sofie Turner and a desire to see her stretch the comedic chops. Rachel is looking for a personal guide for her trip to Scotland coming up. She drops a couple first names of men who might be useful. Huw is somehow tricked into admitting he'd go to a Spice Girls reunion show. We find a show field trip in town and look at a reunion that recently happened.
