After a 7 year career working with Celebrities, Sports Athletes, and the World’s Wealthiest in the Fitness and Nutrition Industry, David Culen decided to change gears and begin his real estate career.  In less than a few years, his business partner and David built a business selling 65+ Units a year with a total sales volume of over $75 Million.  David recognized that Keller Williams was changing the real estate industry and left the Bel Air, CA agency to launch his first Keller Williams brokerage in Bakersfield, CA. This KW office would become the #1 Launch in the nation in 2008. He then moved to Orange County and re-launched a struggling Keller Williams brokerage as the Team Leader, turning it around to become #2 most profitable offices in the Nation for Jan/Feb 2010. In 2011, David launched Keller Williams Pacific Estates in Long Beach, CA, by attracting the area's most talented Realtors. The KW Pacific Estates Group has now grown to include multiple offices with 1,000+ agents and these offices rank among the top offices in the region. David has partnered with others to invest in escrow companies, income properties and other real estate ventures. David coaches and trains agents, he enjoys being involved in their growth. When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Candice and children, Jordan and Christian.
