Join your hosts, John and Iain, as they explore what it means for leaders to go on a journey of discovery of the deep work of Jesus with others. We believe the greatest need in the Church of our day is leaders who are committed to the pursuit of Christlikeness in their own lives above everything else. We believe that there is a better way to lead that is more joy-filled than many of us experience in leadership. Our mission is to create an environment where a leader can journey towards a joy-filled life with others for the good of their soul.
