This week, it's just me.I wanted to sit down and have a real conversation about where life is right now because there are a lot of changes happening behind the scenes. From my egg retrieval journey and preparing for another round, to signing a book deal with HarperCollins and reimagining the future of Unlocked, this season of life feels both exciting and incredibly vulnerable.I also open up about something I've been doing a lot of lately: healing. Therapy has challenged me in ways I never expected, forcing me to confront old wounds, take accountability for my own patterns, and learn that growth doesn't happen because time passes. It happens because you're willing to do the work. I share some of the biggest lessons I've learned about trauma, relationships, boundaries, faith, and why healing is a lifelong process. And yes, we're finally talking about my love life. I've seen all the questions, and I'm explaining why I've chosen to keep this relationship private, the difference between hiding and protecting something you love, and what I've learned about being loved without feeling the need to perform for it.If you've ever questioned your healing journey, struggled to let go of your past, or wondered if the hard seasons will ever make sense, this conversation is for you. Unlocked after 1 year for patrons only: We reconstruct the complex divisions and conflicts in Italian society as the new state sought to realize the Risorgimento's unfulfilled promises of national unity and glory. We observe how the struggles among the Papacy, the Crown, and the powerful socialist movement led to Italy's momentous decision to break with the Triple Alliance and to enter World War One with the Entente powers, and laid the groundwork for the original rise of Fascism.
PLEASE SIGN UP ON PATREON, EVEN IF IT'S FOR FREE! Posting everything here has become a burden, and if you're only listening to this feed you probably aren't getting all of the episodes. Sign up now at Patreon. It’s two podcasts (Pod Yourself and the Frotcast) for the price of one! Patreon dot com slash frotcast! This episode is free, but $5 a month gets you all the premium ones (two a week!). This week on the Frotcast, bitter infighting consumed the group chat as the third day of negotiations about what to watch for this episode reached an impasse. While the talks were Vanced, the Strait of Discourse stayed mercifully open. What we're trying to say is, We didn't watch a movie this week. Sorry. Rapper/pornographer Ray J has months to live. He also has a very strange interview with Cam Newton's silly hat. Ray J answers the question “Are you gay?” with a story about what people do when they go home. It gets worse from there, believe it or not. A sample exchange: Ray J: “Do you listen to Biggie Smalls?” Cam: “Can you just answer my question?” We'll always love you for moving your hat 7 times in a 30 second conversation, Ray J. What we do in life echoes in eternity. Then we get some IRL Kyle Mooney action when streamer 4_Inches gets spotted at In N Out Burger (drink!) by Jakob with a K (drink!), the lead singer of Sublime (drink!). What follows is one of the dumbest conversations we've ever been privileged to hear. This then leads to one of the Frotcast's top two or three Nobel Prize-worthy anthropological theories; Socal bros = saltwater juggalos (drink!). Next, many are calling it The Most Australian Story Ever: man uses his dog to unsuccessfully bludgeon a murderous crocodile but is mercifully saved by a Sheila having a ciggy and his mate Kevin Bevin, who then blesses us with a wonderful new term for a penis. Finally, someone tried to assassinate Trump again, but this time it was a libbed out soyboy who geared up for murder and then took a mirror selfie doing the Lin-Manuel Miranda lip bite. WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING?? Perhaps making campaign pledges to only the most insane people in America and then aggressively doing the opposite has some sort of deleterious effect on said crazy people. Who can really know what is in anyone's heart though? The Frotcast's official BPD GF Olivia Reingold did what any good WCHP dinner journalist would do and documented the action by taking a selfie video. You can poison our houseplants any day, girl.

XRP may have just entered an entirely new phase. For years, the conversation around XRP focused on payments, settlement, and moving value from one place to another. But what happens when XRP itself becomes productive capital? Tonight on On The Chain, we break down a major shift happening across the XRP ecosystem. The XRP Ledger Foundation's latest State of XRP report shows continued growth in institutional DeFi, tokenized real-world assets, stablecoins, and decentralized liquidity. Meanwhile, Flare co-founder Hugo Philion explains how XRP can now be used as collateral inside lending, vault, and yield-generating strategies — opening the door to an entirely new utility layer for XRP holders. We'll also cover: ⚡ XRP lending, vaults, collateral, and yield strategies ⚡ RLUSD surpassing $1.75 billion market cap ⚡ Ripple's AI Red Team and efforts to secure the XRP Ledger ⚡ The latest institutional DeFi developments on XRPL ⚡ Sui's network outage and what it means for blockchain reliability ⚡ Crypto ETF demand cooling while traditional markets continue higher ⚡ Crypto market volatility following Hormuz tensions ⚡ Texas politics, crypto influence, and the growing regulatory battle ⚡ Caitlin Long's escalating fight with the Federal Reserve ⚡ Jamie Dimon, geopolitics, memes, and the week's biggest stories The bigger question may be this: If XRP is no longer just a payment asset, what happens when it becomes collateral, liquidity, and productive capital inside a growing digital financial system? Let's connect the dots. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

It's Memorial Day weekend and the kick-off to summer! What are the plans for Kelly this summer with four kids at home? It's all about the R.E.P.S.! Lizz is feeling her third trimester energy, but still don't ask her about the nursery. She doesn't know where she is going to put anything at this point, but really that excitement is really reserved for first time moms. By the time you get to baby #3 it all changes. Kelly and Lizz have discovered a new ick - men who prefer seltzers over beer. Leave the seltzers for the ladies! Speaking of discovering things, Kelly has discovered that making popcorn on the stove is really easy. Why did we ever complicate it with the microwave? Plus, a reminder that mother-in-laws need more love and them helping out around the house is not always an indictment on your cleaning skills. Advice questions for this week starts with one mom asking about Kelly and Lizz's experience going to an all-girl school. What are the benefits and drawbacks? Then, another mom has a minivan dilemma she desperately needs help with. One more piece of advice in Ditch the Drive-Thru: embrace shaved beef!

What if the darkest chapter of your life turned out to be the very thing that saved it? Sean Clayton is a serial entrepreneur, marketing expert, and founder of Myosin and Mindful Ventures. He has helped bring nine brands to exit totaling over a billion dollars through direct-to-consumer marketing. Today, he is building AI-first marketing products, investing in over 30 companies, and teaching people how to unlock their highest self through integrated spirituality and radical inner work. In this conversation on The Greatness Machine, Darius and Sean dig into one of the most remarkable origin stories you'll hear on this show. Sean opens up about childhood sexual abuse and the deep wounds it left behind, the people-pleasing and affirmation-seeking patterns it created, and the moment he tried to end his life before everything fell apart. He shares how a federal conviction and nearly three years behind bars paradoxically became the turning point that broke a cycle that could have killed him, and how he rebuilt his life from the ground up, starting at a car dealership in a halfway house with $200 in ads and a hunger to prove the world wrong. Sean also shares the spiritual framework he now teaches through the Miracle Academy, including how to get in communion with your inner child, why everything happening outside of you is simply a feedback loop of your internal world, how to recognize and create from life's patterns, and what it truly means to stop efforting through life and start walking in greatness. In this episode, Darius and Sean will discuss: (00:00) Welcome to The Greatness Machine (02:56) Sean Clayton's Journey in Marketing (05:45) Overcoming Adversity: Sean's Personal Story (08:31) The Impact of Criminal Charges on Life (11:35) Navigating the Prison System (14:06) Lessons Learned and Marketing Success (17:12) The Future of Marketing and AI (21:20) From Harvard to Houston: A Journey of Rebellion (28:05) Navigating Corporate Challenges: The Rise and Fall of Innovations (36:02) Transforming Trauma: Finding Purpose Through Pain (41:41) The Gift of Trauma: Testing Worthiness and Growth (44:10) The Influence of the Inner Child (46:49) Aligning with Your Higher Self (50:01) Miracles of Life and Purpose (01:03:14) Embodiment and Self-Truth Sean Clayton is a visionary entrepreneur and marketing expert with a rare ability to blend data-driven strategy with human-centered storytelling. Nanny Faye is back on Unlocked and somehow manages to be even more unfiltered than last time. This week, Savannah and Nanny cover everything from dating apps and “situationships” to TikTok slang, viral moments, marriage advice, and the kind of brutally honest life wisdom only Nanny can deliver. One minute they're debating whether landlines should still exist, and the next Nanny is explaining why she'd never trust a dating app because “that's how people get killed.”They also dive into family stories nobody's heard before, including secrets Nanny kept for years, Savannah accidentally getting caught with company at her house, and why Papa told Nanny to never touch the lawn mower again. Along the way, Nanny opens up about love, loyalty, grief, aging, staying independent, and what she hopes people remember most about her one day. It's hilarious, heartfelt, chaotic, and somehow still full of really good advice. And yes… Nanny Faye is officially joining TikTok, and she's reacting to some of the hottest (and weirdest) trends on today's episode!Follow Nanny Faye on TikTok now! -- https://www.tiktok.com/@nanny.faye.chrisl?_r=1&_t=ZT-96HjM886NtGThank you to our sponsors for supporting our show!- Article: Our listeners are getting $50 OFF your first purchase of $100 or more when you visit https://www.article.com/unlocked and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout!- Progressive: Join the over 28 million drivers who trust Progressive.
