We ran the 'Dove Run' again, just about the same time as last time we ran it. We can run it faster, I'm sure, we just didn't push too much today. The more you enjoy the activity, the more often you will do it! That's my thought for today...(44:XX)
Rob and I did a 'do-over' of our rainy run from the other day. Good fun chatting, as always...(35:XX)

Rob and I managed to get a second session in this week. This time running. He used to live in this neighbourhood as a kid and he went to the same schools as my kids, several years earlier. I showed him all the laneways through our neighbourhood. This is a very clean real time, full time raw recording. When they turn out well they don't really need an edit.(42:XX)
My Ebike excursion started a little late, Norma wanted to come with me so we headed out on power assist 3 to make up some time.We made the 10k. in 25 minutes and managed to make up the time.Norma turned for home Rob and I paused on, then 8 minutes later my electronics 'fritzed out' I turned back, Rob came with me, I was now on the gears, on a super heavy bike! Luckily about 2k. later the computed came back on-line and it was all power assist from then on till I got home 27k.later.Music credits:-Fluidscape by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1100393Artist: http://incompetech.com/
