This week, Ben and George take a look at the Monaco 7s from the weekend, including its shock winner! Ben also catches up with Amy Turner, to chat women's rugby, 7s to 15s development and the Rio Olympics.

Ben catches up with Nick Poulos, Australia 7s Head of Athletic Performance , about how things are going in their camp. We also look at Team GB Ladies performance at the Kazan 7s and how England and Wales got on in the southern hemisphere.
