Stuff I want to say is a *hopeful weekly show in which I share stuff I want to say. Sounds simple...right? One of the things I have been excited about since the beginning of this new show is sharing conversations with friends that I think have something to share. My buddy JR Forasteros is the author of the fantastic book Empathy for the Devil. Last year, after preaching a sermon about the devil, I had JR on another podcast to talk about his book and some of the ways he feels we learn from the stories of villains in the bible. I wanted to replay it for you here on SIWTS. My favorite part of this conversation is the one where he talks about a Biblical Theology of the Devil, and discerning the who, what, where and why from the tiny bits and pieces we have learned about him in the scriptures.
