    Anna Martin is a long time personal trainer, nutrition advisor and group exercise instructor. Not only coaching individuals and groups, but also leading workshops, to help people truly excel! Anna has also suffered with scoliosis for most of her life. In this episode Anna talks to us about her approach to fitness. Both in terms of her own training, and how she gets the most from her clients.     Dean Clarke is a former soldier, a personal trainer and he's trying to change the way the world views mental health. In this episode we talk about Deans army career and subsequent reintrogration into the civilian world. Dean openly discusses his fitness career, steroid use and events which ultimately culminated in two failed suicide attempts. Dean speaks with brutal honesty about his diagnosis with PTSD and bipolar disorder. We talk in depth with Dean about how his own struggles with mental health have led to him dedicating his life to helping others improve their own mental and physical wellbeing.     LEJOG's faster woman ever - Carla Molinaro

    You may recognise the name Carla Molinaro. Back in July she made national news when she broke the world record for running from Lands End to John ‘O' Groats. Finishing in 12 days and 30 minutes.  In this episode we talk about Carla's Record breaking run. We discuss the planning that goes into such a record attempt, the importance of having a team by your side, and question how to find the right balance of running and sleeping. Carla shares stories from the 12 days and tells us why the 30 minutes annoys her. She reminisces on past ultras and talks about her plans for future challenges. We discuss Carla's training and look at what it takes to mentally, to take on the incomprehensible. We debate running poles, and why leathery, 95 year old fell runners disapprove of there use.  The day we spoke with Carla, she had just received her certificate from 'Guiness world records', she speaks with great enthusiasm and humility about officially becoming a world record holder.     Adam Daniel is an international fitness presenter and educator. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the RFU (Rugby Football Union), having had England trials himself. He was ranked 5th in the world as a junior 400meter hurdler.     Every now and then, an ordinary person makes an extraordinary decision. A decision to take on a monumental challenge, one that will cause them a year of pain and misery. All in the name of raising thousands or pounds, to help children with cancer. In this episode we talk with Tai Daly, the man behind running to beat cancer. Tai is running what he calls "the ultra tour 2020" - 15 marathons, ultra marathons and OCR's in 12 months. With the aim of raising £10,000+ for Children with Cancer UK and High Five for Ollie.
