Why You're Wrong Fantasy Football Podcast

Many fantasy managers have now had their fantasy seasons ended by missing playoffs. Now you are probably wondering "what went wrong for my team this year?" Well Bryan and Jon go through the major running backs of 2021 and discuss what happened this season. From draft day till now only 4/10 top RBs are still top 10 RBs, and only one moved the list in a positive way. 

We are back after a holiday break! But the big question that we can all ask ourselves is if anyone on our fantasy teams are still healthy and not effected by injury. It seems that almost every major player has been hampered by their own injury or a teammate's. Today Jon and Bryan go over some week 12 headlines and provide some weekly pickups for the waiver wire and streaming options.  With two weeks left in the regular fantasy season we wish you the best.

Another week of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. What a crazy place the NFL is. Hope you didn't go into the evening game with a lead playing against Darrell Williams or Deebo Samuel.  Bryan returns to the podcast hyping up a player he was putting down all preseason, and this player is now the savior of his fantasy team. Can you guess who it is? 

A short episode as the fantasy foreseer did not foresee the massive amount of work he had this week. Today Jon goes over some of the biggest reactions from this past week in the NFL, addressed some injury related news and walks through some studs and duds. Flex and streaming options are bleak this week but there is always a diamond in the rough if you are willing to take a shot.

Episode 40, but on a low note because what is happening in the NFL right now? Did you know 12 of the top 20 running backs have either been injured or missed time already? Not to mention several of the top pass catchers are underperforming!!! What even is fantasy football even more. Today Jon and Bryan react to week 8 headlines and give some waiver wire targets for tonight. As well as some streaming options at QB, TE and DST.  What has been your biggest regret this season?

The fantasy football season is halfway over! Crazy what a wild and fast season it has been. Jon and Bryan react to the recap of week 7 and go over some injury related news.  Find our week 8 pickup and streamers at Running Back, Wide Receiver, Quarterback, Tight End and Defense/Special Teams. At the end we go over some players that at the beginning of the year we were skeptical about but have now had to readjust our outlooks on them for the rest of the year as well.

Jon and Bryan recap headlines from the result of week 6 in the NFL. Henry is on an NFL record pace in yards and touchdowns, making a lot of managers feeling foolish for bypassing him.  The guys go over the studs and duds of week 6 while getting ready with some key waiver wire guys to target for this upcoming week. There are not a ton of options with 6 teams on bye this week.

Another week alone the monotone master focuses on waiver wire adds and streaming options going into week 6 of the NFL. With the amount of injuries piling up and bye weeks on the horizon the waiver wire becomes a very important tool going forward for manager. Make sure to look ahead, especially to week 7 to make sure that you are prepared to endure the bye.

But do take caution and consider all of the points the guys make before spending up on your picks.  We reveal the Devil's Advocate Fantasy Team, a team made up of all the players we avoided, time to put our money where our mouth is and see how our teams stacked up against them.  Do you like swimming? The best fantasy players do. The guys each give a streamer they like in their week 2 matchup at Quarterback, Tight End and a Defense with a good matchup. They wrap up the podcast with their insights on all of the week 2 matchups and provide points to think about for each game on the schedule.  Raging Rumney adds a new special segment, the clown of the week.  Football is back baby! 

A dog got let loose in the studio and barked up some of Bryan's picks. But Today we announce the start of our fantasy league dedicated to the podcast. The guys review their teams and picks walking through each of them. Each host gives a flex play of the week including streaming options at QB and D/ST for week 1

New Podcast setup incoming, The guys are in the middle of moving and have thus transitioned to a zoom style podcast. Trying to get the technical aspect of the new format there is no video for the first half of the episode sadly. In that first half Jon and Bryan discuss the current NFL news surrounding fantasy implications in the league. Such as Teddy Bridgewater and Jameis Winston becoming starters for their teams, Injuries to Clyde Edwards Helaire and Travis Etienne, Jags naming their starter, Ja'marr Chase and his struggles, Cam Newton vs Mac Jones, Upside of Wentz return, and the Steeler's wide receivers.  In the Mock draft Jon drafted from the 4th spot and Bryan from the 8th spot. Jon, the monotone master is alone today for episode 30. All of the guys are in the middle of moving so today's episode is coming from a messy garage.  Today's episode revolves around a Full PPR draft with a twist, being that this draft has an extra flex (W/T) spot on the roster. This means that each team has a spot to play an extra wide receiver or Tight End each week. Jon got unlucky with the 4th pick in the draft and came to a hard decision with his first pick. Do you think he made the right choice?

The guys are joined by league member Will for the NFC South Rapid Fire. Rapid fire consist of discussing player's ADPs and deciding if they are a steal, fairly priced, or over drafted at their current rankings. The teams discussed are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers and the New Orleans Saints.  Then they get into a half ppr 10 team mock draft. By random luck they pulled picks 1, 2, and 3 so there was a lot of pick sniping going on. Let us know who you think had the best draft!

Raging Rumney has returned to the podcast, and the funny thing is he knows nothing at the moment so you get the opinion of someone who has not been paying attention since the Super Bowl. The guys do a rapid fire breakdown of the NFC North (Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions) and do a 12 team mock draft (half ppr).
