Week 16 of the Philadelphia Eagles 2025-2026 season is now in the books as they beat the Washington Commanders down in Landover, MD by a score of 29-18. They are now NFC East Division Champions for the second year in a row. The last team to repeat division titles in the NFC East was the Eagles back in 2003 and 2004. Once again, this was an up and down game for the offense. We saw great play on the field. We saw bad play on the field. The defense continues to be the bright spot as a championship-looking defense. Special teams received a failing grade from us this week as they were horrendous for just about the entire time they were on the field. In hour 3, the 94 WIP Midday Show are discussing the role that Jalen Hurts has had and will continue to have in the Eagles offense with just three regular season games left. Eliot Shorr-Parks had some interesting ideas in regard to how the Eagles should celebrate if they win the NFC East. Jason Kelce is calling for Hurts to run the ball more and that it will be good for him to continue getting reps in that area. Joe Giglio says that it is disrespectful to the Eagles team to say that Hurts wins all by himself. Hugh Douglas says the Eagles cannot do anything to limit their offense even if it is risky to run with Hurts.
