Listen to the wisdom of the psalmist.

Who likes to be disciplined? Only a wise child. Fools don't like to be disciplined. Unfortunately, everyone was born with foolishness bound in our hearts (Proverbs 22:15). Because of that, our earthly fathers disciplined us and therefore our heavenly Father, the Father of spirits will also discipline us so that we may bear peaceable fruit of righteousness, be holy as He is holy and in the end live. Proverbs 15:10b says, he who hate chastening shall die. We want to live. And if we want to live then we should embrace discipline. Besides, how do we know we are God's legit children? This verse has a lot to say about discipline. I shared an interesting personal testimony. Let me know your input. What is God doing in your life today in terms of chastening? Care to share?

“No temptation has overtaken you except such is common to me.” I don’t know who I am speaking with today. I don’t know temptation one might be overtaken by right now. *Remember, it is common to men. Not only only someone else went through what you are going through but also God is faithful. God is faithful who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able. Let’s put this way, you can handle it. Take this promise to the bank today. Deposit it in your heart.

Simple people love simplicity. Fools hate knowledge. Scorners delight in their scorning. Therefore they shall eat the fruit of their own way. But if they turn at the wisdom’s rebuke, they will dwell in safety and will be secure, without fear of evil. Is that you?

“The tongue is a little member and boasts great things,” says James 3:5. That’s why Proverbs 18:21 is more than “Name it and Claim it” concept. Today we will explore the power of tongue also we will understand the reason “name it and claim it” ain’t quite as good as it sound.

Have you ever seen a child? These beautiful, tiny humans so precious, so helpless we just want to cuddle them and protect. Well, as precious as they look, let’s not get too carried away. The Bible tell us that foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child. Whaaat? Yes, as tiny and gorge they look, don’t be fooled. Foolishness is bound in their hearts. If you know these truths you will know exactly how to raise them. In this episode we will discuss how so that we can drive that foolishness away from our kids. We want to raise a wise generation. Children who know what to do, when to do and how to do it. Children who make right decisions at all times. Those who know God and love Him and walk with Him. That’s how they become perfect. Christians are commanded to be courageous. Courage is not only a command but also an exhortation. Courage is a virtue like faith or joy or humility. It is important in a Christian life if we are to be an army or ambassadors from heaven. When I hear a person identity him/herself as a Catholic, I never see any pushback from that but the moment you say you are Christian—watch the hell break. We need courage because that’s the only way we will be able to live victorious as Christian in this world. So it’s a length subject but in this episode I’ll give you a taste, an appetizer. Little children have a great faith. Little children don’t know how to doubt until they are taught. We teach children to not trust strangers not because we want to take away their great faith rather, we do that as a means of protecting them from this fallen and perverse generation. Jesus is painting a picture here for the proud and the doubtful adults so that they get this spiritual lesson in hope they get converted. Who doesn’t have a soft spot for little children? Love is not just empty words, love is action. John 3:16 reminds us how God demonstrated His love for us. Since God is our Father we also ought to love by action not just talking. In this segment, we gonna see this verse from a seed perspective. Come on, let us refresh each other.

Saul’s kingdom in trouble only two years of his reign. He disobeyed God’s command therefore God rejected him as a king. In this episode we meet his son Jonathan who was the main reason I recorded this episode. I knew Jonathan in the shadow of David but he was a fine young man on his own right. A bread is one of the most basic thing we need to live and survive. It is readily available for each individual walking on the planet. Like oxygen and air and sun, God knows we need a bread daily. So why many people go to bed hungry not knowing where their next meal will come from? You don’t have to be spiritual to know the answer. This is common sense. Comfort, mercies, goodness, peace, joy, grace, love and among others are all perfect gifts from God. Genuine comfort is not self-generated. You can’t work or force yourself to comfort someone. You can’t practice or premeditate it. It is a gift that comes at the moment you need it and the source of it is God. In today’s verse we will look how this all goes down on the children of God, Who is the Father of mercy and God of all comforts.

In everything you do Hod will weigh your heart.

This was the first book I ever memorized in the scriptures. And it came about the time I was at the low of the lowest moment of my life. I was so low that I didn’t have anywhere else to go but up. So I am taking that experience and bringing it into real time to remind you and me that the word of God is always fruitful. Anything we do into the Lord is never in vain. Enjoy the show.
