Every now and then, we stumble across an extraordinary love story that at first appears like countless others, unremarkable and easy to overlook. Sometime in June during the summer of 1976, Nathaniel will not be able to fathom what could have happened back then, why his sudden interest in this one girl almost drove him to give up everything. He was only 15 years old, but the turn of events after meeting Katherine will change his life's direction forever. The Story of Nathaniel and Katherine's unconditional love they felt for one another makes for a wonderful story. It is touching, at times riveting. The trees' leaves were swaying left then to the right, blown by the heavy wind coming from the farm's north side. It was very unusual as it was not yet that season for rain at that time of the year. On the cornfield, blown leaves covered the path.
