I will never forget the Gaza holocaust. I will never let anyone else forget about the Gaza holocaust. No matter what happens or how this thing turns out, I will never let anyone my voice touches forget that our rulers did the most evil things imaginable right in front of us and lied to us about it the entire time. Today we're going to talk about tough times and tenacity. Sometimes, it can be easy to just give up and say it's not for you. But I've seen in my profession that the moment you most want to give up is when you find your breakthrough. So let's talk about staying tough today.

AJ and Rhys are back once again to review a chaotic Round 5 of the NRL season. We had everything from crackdowns appearing to come and go, some great football, some indifferent football and some great laughs to be had along the way. AJ also has come up with a way to fix the short dropout! We analyse Canberra's great escape over the Sharks as we criticise how the Sharks are playing at the moment. What is Penrith's big problem at the moment as the Cowboys find their stride. We take a trip to Sydney Olympic Park as Souths with one fresh player beat the Roosters, leading AJ to declare the Chad Townsend experiment to be sent to the scrap heap and NEVER EVER return.Parramatta getting win number one of the year as Dylan Brown finds his stride. Rhys questions if the Ilias and Flanagan halves combination is the right one for the Red V as Clint Gutherson shows his stride. AJ delivers a classic Ryan Matterson yarn from the NSW Cup.The Titans continue their inconsistency, but we have praise for the Brimson/Campbell halves combination. The Dolphins also get off their duck as their forwards deliver a big win as Katoa and Nikorima continue their dominance. Brisbane show their class in a great way over the Tigers despite a shaky first half. Tigers just missing some experience out there in this one.Melbourne have a great opening hour, but the last twenty they turned off as the stars got an early mark. Manly did go with them early but when Melbourne get going, good luck and amen ladies and gents. Canterbury tough out a terrific win at home. Newcastle were struggling for numbers (down to 14 in the second half). We also return our segment Yes they are still PLAYING! as well as our LOLCOW OF THE WEEK!

This episode unpacks the raw power in consciously communicating belonging cues. Belonging cues are simple behaviours that create safe connection. We used belonging cues as signals long before language – our unconscious brains are highly attuned to them. When our Queens receive them consistently, marriage feels like a dream. When our Queens don't receive them consistently, marriage becomes a nightmare. Skipping this episode might not be a good idea for any husband wanting an easier married life existence! Let's begin….. In this episode, we take a deep dive into the story of All Saints, the iconic girl group that defined an era of pop music with their edgy style and unforgettable hits. From their humble beginnings to international stardom, All Saints broke the mold of traditional girl groups, blending R&B, pop, and a touch of grit to create a sound and image that set them apart. But their journey was far from smooth, and their legacy is as much about resilience as it is about chart-topping success. We start by tracing the group's origins, exploring how Melanie Blatt, Shaznay Lewis, and sisters Nicole and Natalie Appleton came together in the mid-1990s. With hits like "Never Ever," "Pure Shores," and "Black Coffee," they quickly became one of the UK's most successful girl groups. Their ability to seamlessly combine heartfelt ballads with cool, confident tracks made them icons of the late 90s and early 2000s. The episode also delves into the challenges the group faced behind the scenes, from internal tensions to the pressures of fame. While their music was a cultural phenomenon, their story also highlights the realities of navigating the music industry as a young, high-profile act. We discuss the impact of their initial breakup in 2001 and what it meant for their fans and the pop landscape at the time. Of course, no story of All Saints is complete without celebrating their remarkable comeback. In the mid-2010s, the group reunited and released new music, proving their timeless appeal and commitment to their craft. We reflect on how their later albums, including Red Flag and Testament, showcased a more mature sound while staying true to the spirit that first made them stars. Join us as we celebrate the highs and lows of All Saints' incredible journey, from their trailblazing days as pop pioneers to their lasting influence on the music world. This episode is a tribute to their legacy as artists who dared to be different, leaving a mark on pop culture that continues to inspire.
