Austin and Dereck attended the Masters last week for a practice round and it was unbelievable. We talk about the history of the course and how it is the only sporting event in the world where the venue is more important than the event.

On this weeks podcast we sit down with Aubrie to discuss how she has been enjoying being a mom. In the next couple of weeks we will be changing th podcast name and transitioning it to just Aubrie and Brad!

Brad and Austin sit down to discuss all the ins and outs happening this weekend with CookieFest. Fat and Weird Cookie is trying to break the world record for most cookies dunked at once. They also talk about the acquiring of a new rental property and how real estate is growing and growing.

The B.A.D. podcasts' first guest is Toronto Blue Jays seventh round draft pick Jaden Rudd. The boys sat down and discussed what draft day looked liked and what his day to day life will look like in the Minor leagues. They also talked about the mental fortitude it takes to go straight from high school to being with the the best of the best athletes.

The boys sit down and discuss mental health this week. Your mental state affects everything in your life; from relationships to the way you view yourself. Dereck and Austin talk about their experiences with mental toughness from college sports.

The boys talk about how to fill a void in your life that mattered so much to you or took up a lot of your time and energy. For Austin and Dereck that was sports and for Brad it was the military. They talk about how this same concept can be applied to relationships and many more things in life! Find what makes you happy and just do it!

Dereck is back! He's been gone too long! They boys sit down today to discuss if you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur. Brad shares what he learned from his recent book, Atomic Habits and applies it to the topic of discussion. They also talk about the starting of their company Modiv and the process of starting from the ground to two years later.

Dereck had an allergic reaction to toothpaste so he was not able to talk on the show today, so Brad and Austin decided to talk about what it takes to start a business and all of the fun stuff that comes with it!

Brad and Austin talk about New Years Resolutions and the process from setting to completing your goals for 2022.

On this episode the boys discuss their plans for Christmas and their best Christmas memory as a child. This is Austin's first Christmas away from family, Brad's first with Lettie, and Dereck will be driving back to Texas. A lot has changed with Christmas since growing up like gift giving and the role Santa plays in the holiday.

This week the boys sit down and discuss how college football players are now started to being payed for their likeliness and image. They discuss how this has happened in the past but under the table. Brad talks about where it could go and what concerns and problems these players could face in the future and how it could potentially ruin the college football experience.

On episode six of the B.A.D podcast, the boys picked a certain conspiracy theory or wonder of the world and put it up for debate. Brad chose the moon landing which is one of the biggest conspiracies out there besides aliens. Dereck chose lizard people, yes lizard people. Finally, Austin chose the mystery behind Stonehenge and all of it wonders. Of course we got off topic at some points, it wouldn't be a B.A.D podcast with out it!

On episode five of The B.A.D Podcast, the boys talk about NFT's. What they are, how they work, and what makes them special. It is definelty a very confusing thing and we are convinced that majority of the people are only involved for the hype! We also talk about what we got over the week for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

On episode four of the B.A.D podcast we discuss our holiday traditions that we grew up participating in with our families, and kind of gathering as a big family has diminished from the holiday season. We also speak about black Friday shopping and how that is changed over the years and give some good gift ideas for guys and girls!

On this episode of the B.A.D podcast Dereck and Austin compare their college sport experiences. Dereck ran track at Texas and Austin played football at a small division 3 school in Iowa, Simpson College. They discuss recruiting, expectations, how it was being an athlete, and their top moment from college sports.

In episode two, Brad goes more in depth on his background and his experiences with nuclear energy and power. We talked about what we did over the weekend leading us into our main topic of the metaverse and virtual reality. With some splashes of cryptocurrency in there! Join us next week as we talk about differences in college athletics!

All of us were brought together by social media so what better fitting way to start our podcast off then talk about the thing that rules the world. In our first episode we sit down and discuss the role social media plays in business and in self promotion. Brad and Dereck talk about how they got their start in the social media world and how it has changed over time.
