He will be joined by friends and associates sharing their stories and insights about working in Real Estate, raising kids and the booze needed to hold it all together. The title of the show is Zero BS! for a reason because Steven tells it like it is.
On todays episode Steven continues his conversation with long time friend Kim Dawson and is joined by new friend Austin Wood. They start the conversation with why they all got into the Real Estate Industry. The conversation goes from the story behind "Papa Pistol", to working with challenging agents and clients to why Steven changed from a Cadillac to a Porsche for safety reasons. All the while there might be some cocktails involved.
On todays show Steven meets with good friend and associate Jon Strout. Jon is a highly respected building inspector who works in the Raleigh area. They discuss the importance of the home inspection and the value it brings to the Real Estate marketplace. Jon shares some funny and somewhat embarrassing experiences he's had on the job including ladder safety and the many uses of face masks. They talk about the infamous oven anti tip bracket, favorite Dolly Parton quotes, and "Crawl Space Selfies".
On todays episode Steven spends time with dear friend and mentor Kim Dawson. Kim has been in Real Estate for 19 years and has been President, advocate, council member for everything you can imagine. They met when Steven first got in to Real Estate and have been very close ever since. Seemingly so different from each other on the surface they are actually more like 2 peas in a pod when it comes to the most important things in life.
On todays show Steven is joined by one of his closest friends Shannon Brien. Her and Steven go way back but strangely enough Shannon has known Stevens husband Dale since she was about 12 years old. Dale was best friends with Shannons father while she was growing up. Many stories to be told and many more glasses of Bourbon to be poured. Of course in perfect Zero BS fashion the conversation knows no bounds from buying a house with a credit card to Pixelated Bukkake and they're just getting started.
Well todays episode goes all over the place. Steven hangs out with close friends Jessie and Alicia for another colorful conversation that goes from "being blessed on the top end" to Steven being banned by a certain cruise line to packing sex toys and weapons for a Madonna concert. All the while the bourbon is flowing.
On todays episode Steven visits with Renee and Crystal of The P3. They brought some friends with them and the chaos ensued. A little vodka, ginger ale, splash of cranberry. I'll just summarize with this: Leopard Print dental floss, "Get off Snapchat!", a wonderful game called "F**k, Marry, Kill", and #You're Welcome. Have fun y'all.

They talk about the challenges of raising their kids, past experiences working together and their love of the Bourbon.
