Sam Morris came into this world with severe allergies that set him apart from his peers from the time he was born. That very feeling of being an outsider is what made him so at ease on the tennis court, where he excelled. The focus needed for the sport he loved kept him from drugs and alcohol until he was nearly 20 years old, but when the floodgates opened he found himself on the bad side of addiction. With seemingly endless bouts with near-death experiences, and after watching his sister lose her life, Sam fought his way back to sobriety and clarity. Amy Budden's booming resilience training business, Connect The Mind, came directly from sickness, stress and loss. It was through protecting her daughter from the harsh reactions to heavy doses of meds that Amy discovered the power of Meditation and eventually, with the aid of a decade of study, Hypnotherapy. Having stepped away from her post as one of Adam Sandler's go-to film editors to bear children, Amy "never could have written in a million years" that she would one day serve as a spiritual beacon to so many others, including one of her childhood celebrity idols. But eight miscarriages, a sick child and a painful divorce brought Amy the grief and, eventually, the strength to be able to guide others. From Actors to CEOs to Mothers and others from all walks of life, Amy leads people through their own painful experiences and out into the light of writing their own story by visualizing their desired outcome clearly and concisely. She knows from experience that sometimes everything needs to shatter in order for us to learn how strong we really are. Connect with Amy at ConnectTheMind.com
