Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido is calling for a military uprising to oust socialist leader Nicolas Maduro. He was joined early Tuesday by a small group of heavily armed soldiers and activist Leopoldo Lopez. Venezuela’s socialist party boss has called on government supporters to gather at the presidential palace to defend Maduro from what he says is a small uprising. A German bank being sued by President Trump in his attempt to block congressional subpoenas for his business records says it's "committed to providing appropriate information to all authorized investigations." Trump, his family and the Trump Organization have filed a lawsuit against Deutsche Bank and Capital One. Japanese Emperor Akihito has announced his abdication at a palace ceremony. In his final address, he said “Since ascending the throne 30 years ago, I have performed my duties as the emperor with a deep sense of trust in and respect for the people. His son Crown Prince Naruhito now becomes the new emperor.
