New Mexico's Epstein Survivors Truth Commission has issued its first major round of subpoenas as part of its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's former Zorro Ranch, the sprawling property outside Santa Fe that has long been tied to allegations of abuse, trafficking, and institutional failure. The commission, created by New Mexico lawmakers in early 2026, is seeking records from more than a dozen entities, including federal agencies, state officials, law enforcement bodies, Deutsche Bank, the FBI, the governor's office, and the Santa Fe Institute. The goal is to determine what happened at the ranch, who knew about it, what institutions enabled Epstein's presence in New Mexico for decades, and why the property was never subjected to the same level of federal scrutiny as Epstein's Manhattan mansion or his island in the Virgin Islands. The subpoenas mark a significant escalation because the New Mexico inquiry is not simply looking at Epstein as an isolated predator, but at the broader network around him: financial institutions, scientific circles, government offices, law enforcement agencies, and any public or private actors who may have helped create the conditions that allowed him to operate. The commission has heard testimony from survivors and relatives of victims, including testimony connected to Virginia Giuffre, and it is encouraging additional victims to come forward. The investigation also follows renewed searches of Zorro Ranch by New Mexico authorities earlier this year, using tools such as drones and cadaver dogs, after previously released Epstein records revived questions about possible crimes and overlooked allegations connected to the property. In plain terms: New Mexico is now trying to do what federal authorities never fully did—put Zorro Ranch under a microscope.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:New Mexico ‘Truth Commission' begins investigation into Epstein's Zorro Ranch, will issue subpoenas | CNN PoliticsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Your role is to explain your care, support your documentation, stay within your scope, and communicate your clinical reasoning clearly.Key Themes in Today's Episode:What to know when you receive a subpoena or records requestThe difference between written questions, depositions, and trial testimonyHow to prepare before giving testimonyWhy providers should answer only what is askedThe importance of staying within your clinical scopeHow defense attorneys may challenge credibilityDisclaimer: This episode is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal advice.

Former President Bill Clinton testified under subpoena in a closed-door deposition before the Republican-controlled House Oversight Committee as part of its investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his network. Over about six hours of questioning in Chappaqua, New York, Clinton repeatedly denied any knowledge of Epstein's criminal activities, emphasized that their interactions were limited and long predating Epstein's known crimes, and stressed he “did nothing wrong.” He said he saw “nothing” that gave him pause, may say “I don't recall” on old interactions, and maintained that any association ended years before Epstein's first criminal conviction. Clinton also defended his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who had testified a day earlier and said she had no meaningful connection to Epstein.Republicans on the committee used the deposition to probe Clinton's past travel on Epstein's plane and old photos released in the Epstein Files, while Democrats framed the testimony as part of a broader push for transparency and have called for other high-profile figures, including President Donald Trump, to testify as well. The Trial Of Alex Murdaugh
Did The State Prosecutor Protect Becky Hill From Jury Tampering Charges?

The Trial Of Alex Murdaugh

Here's what doesn't add up. The state prosecutor who handled Becky Hill's criminal case told the court there wasn't enough evidence to charge her with jury tampering. Four months later, the South Carolina Supreme Court ruled unanimously that Hill engaged in "shocking jury interference" and placed "her fingers on the scales of justice." She'd already pleaded guilty to misconduct, obstruction, and perjury. But the tampering charge — the one that actually describes what the Supreme Court says she did — was never filed.Eric Faddis spent years as a prosecutor and now practices defense. He explains how that gap happens, what it means, and whether it suggests something more than a difference of legal opinion.Alex Murdaugh's defense team isn't waiting to find out. Five days after the Supreme Court ruling, they filed a federal Section 1983 lawsuit against Hill personally — seeking six hundred thousand dollars in damages and, more importantly, the civil discovery tools the criminal process never gave them. Subpoenas. Depositions. The right to drag people under oath and ask questions nobody in the state system has asked.Dick Harpootlian already said the quiet part out loud: is Becky Hill a "lone wolf"? The only people trying to find out are working for the man she allegedly helped convict.Footer Links:Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Dick Harpootlian stood at a press conference podium and asked out loud whether Becky Hill acted alone. He didn't have to say it. He's been litigating high-profile cases for decades. When a defense attorney with that experience floats a question like that on day one of a federal lawsuit, it's not casual — it's a signal.Eric Faddis breaks down what Harpootlian is doing strategically and who the signal is aimed at. The Section 1983 lawsuit filed against Hill gives Murdaugh's team something they've never had before — civil discovery. Subpoena power. The ability to pull social media, take depositions, and put people under oath about what happened behind closed doors during the original trial. The South Carolina Supreme Court already ruled that Hill engaged in "shocking jury interference" and put "her fingers on the scales of justice." Hill pleaded guilty to misconduct, obstruction, and perjury. But the state prosecutor who handled her criminal case told the court there wasn't enough evidence for a jury tampering charge — a position the Supreme Court effectively rejected four months later. Now the Attorney General is considering the death penalty for the retrial. Federal depositions could run on a parallel track. And the only entity actively using legal tools to find out how far the corruption actually went is Alex Murdaugh's defense team.Footer Links:Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? The defense team is not waiting for the state to investigate Becky Hill. They are doing it themselves — in federal court.Murdaugh's attorneys announced a Section 1983 civil rights lawsuit against the former Colleton County Clerk, claiming she violated Murdaugh's constitutional right to a fair trial. The South Carolina Supreme Court already determined her conduct was serious enough to order a new trial. Now the defense is using that ruling as a launching pad for something the state never attempted — a full investigation through civil discovery.Depositions. Subpoenas. Sworn testimony under oath. The tools that criminal proceedings did not provide are exactly what this civil suit unlocks. And the defense made clear they intend to use every one of them. The central question is one Jim Griffin raised publicly: was Hill operating alone? The complaint does not assume the answer. It asks the question and demands the evidence. The suspicious removal of the egg lady juror, Myra Crosby, features prominently — the defense sees that moment as a key to understanding the full scope of what happened during deliberations. The financial component seeks over six hundred thousand dollars tied to the first trial's costs. The attorneys emphasized that recovered funds go entirely to the receivership. Murdaugh does not receive a dollar.Tony Brueski breaks it all down with criminal defense attorney Bob Motta of the Defense Diaries podcast and retired FBI Chief of the Behavioral Analysis Program Robin Dreeke, analyzing the filing, the discovery tools at play, and what this lawsuit could force into the open.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? House Oversight Committee Subpoenas Pam Bondi Over Epstein Files Handling

The House Oversight Committee voted to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi to testify about the Justice Department's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, a move that reflected growing frustration in Congress over what lawmakers say has been a deeply flawed and opaque disclosure process. The subpoena passed in a 24–19 vote, with several Republicans joining Democrats in demanding that Bondi appear before the committee to explain why the department missed legal deadlines and failed to release large portions of the Epstein records despite the requirements of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Lawmakers say that while the Justice Department released millions of pages of documents, investigators believe tens of thousands of files remain withheld or offline, raising serious concerns that the public has not been given the full picture. The vote to compel Bondi's testimony amounted to a rare bipartisan rebuke of the nation's top law-enforcement official and signaled mounting anger in Congress over what many members believe has been a pattern of evasion and incomplete disclosure.Critics have argued that Bondi's handling of the Epstein files has been marked by delays, contradictions, and combative responses to oversight rather than transparency. Lawmakers and investigators have accused the Justice Department under her leadership of missing mandated release deadlines, redacting or withholding key documents, and failing to provide clear explanations for why large portions of the records remain unavailable. During earlier congressional questioning, Bondi reportedly deflected direct questions about Epstein's accomplices and the status of ongoing investigations, which only deepened suspicions that the department may be shielding powerful figures connected to the case. The subpoena now forces Bondi to answer under oath about decisions that critics say have undermined confidence in the Justice Department's commitment to fully exposing Epstein's network. For many in Congress, the issue is no longer simply about document management—it is about whether the nation's top prosecutor has obstructed transparency in one of the most explosive criminal investigations in modern history.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:House panel votes to subpoena Pam Bondi for Epstein files testimonyBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jon Herold comes in Tuesday energized and with receipts. The FBI is now actively interviewing CIA officials as part of the Brennan investigation into the 2017 Russian intelligence assessment, and Jon plays a recent Brennan clip where the man openly admits to knowing about a "legion" of professionals inside the government still working against Trump. Jon flags it as potential RICO furtherance on tape. The DOJ also officially warned reporters they should expect subpoenas in the classified Iran war leaks investigation, with the Wall Street Journal already having received them. Jon reads newly released Senate committee documents showing Hunter Biden Mann Act evidence including text messages, goes live down a rabbit hole when he notices the name "Robert" in one exchange, and arrives somewhere interesting. Kari Lake is being sent to Jamaica as ambassador and Doug Mastriano to the Slovak Republic, and Jon sees a familiar template: Trump takes big election integrity figures, parks them in ambassadorships, and they disappear from the conversation. Also: the California mayor who just pleaded guilty to being a Chinese spy is named Wang, Stacey Abrams has been subpoenaed in Georgia, ODNI is reviewing 120 US-funded foreign biolabs, and Trump wants Wall Street banned from buying houses.

In a major development in the ongoing congressional scrutiny of the late sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein's network, the U.S. House Oversight Committee has voted to issue subpoenas to billionaire Les Wexner and two key figures tied to Epstein's financial and legal affairs, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn. Wexner, the former head of L Brands and long-time associate of Epstein, is being asked to sit for a deposition as lawmakers press him on his longstanding ties to Epstein, including financial arrangements and the purchase of Epstein's New York home — connections that have drawn decades of public and legal attention. Indyke, Epstein's longtime lawyer, and Kahn, his in-house accountant, both co-executors of Epstein's estate, are also being subpoenaed amid allegations from survivors and committee members that they may have known about or facilitated aspects of Epstein's operations. Support for the subpoenas cut across party lines in the committee, and leaders say the actions are intended to “follow the money” and expose anyone who may have enabled or profited from Epstein's abuses. The push for these subpoenas comes amid broader pressure by Congress to uncover the full scope of Epstein's activities and connections, following the release of millions of pages of Epstein-related documents under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Congressional leaders, particularly Rep. Robert Garcia, have framed the subpoenas as critical to delivering accountability to survivors and clarifying whether figures like Wexner, Indyke, and Kahn were aware of or complicit in Epstein's misconduct. Wexner has stated he will cooperate with inquiries but maintains he was unaware of Epstein's crimes and severed ties in the mid-2000s. Indyke and Kahn likewise deny knowledge of wrongdoing and have indicated cooperation with the investigation. The committee's actions reflect escalating legislative pressure to probe beyond the original criminal case and illuminate the financial, legal, and personal networks that supported Epstein's operations.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

CannCon and Ashe in America pack a full show without a guest. The DOJ charges four non-citizen resident aliens with illegal voting in New Jersey, and DHS confirms an active investigation into illegal alien voters in Franklin County, Ohio, raising bigger questions about how they got registered in the first place. In Fulton County, Georgia, citizen investigator Jason Fraser exposes 10,000-plus duplicate voter registrations, while a nine-year poll veteran details how unsworn ACLU clerks used personal computers to clear voter records from the eNET system during the 2020 election. Brad Raffensperger refuses to say he made a mistake certifying 2020 in a gubernatorial debate, and then looks down. The Louisiana v. Callais SCOTUS decision effectively kills the expansive use of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act as a racial gerrymandering tool, and the court expedites its remand instead of waiting the typical 32 days, a significant signal heading into the 2026 midterms. The show closes on the DOJ grand jury subpoena demanding personal contact information for every Fulton County 2020 election worker, and Norm Eisen and Abby Lowell's motion to quash it.

The DOJ serves grand jury subpoenas for every 2020 Fulton County election worker, seeking names, addresses, and phone numbers for everyone from mail-in ballot reviewers to risk-limiting audit volunteers. Ash makes the case this is the first formal investigation into what actually happened in Georgia. In Indiana, Trump's primary revenge tour goes five for six as long-serving incumbents who blocked redistricting get sent home. Ash drops a story about Colorado GOP governor candidate Victor Marx raising $1.6 million through WinRed with zero grassroots energy, flagging it as a potential smurfing operation on the Republican side, and calls on electionwatch.info as the tool to check. NIH virologist Vincent Munster was caught at the airport smuggling undeclared pathogen samples from the DRC, the FBI is investigating, and his connection to the DEFUSE blueprint for COVID and Ralph Baric's concurrent removal from NIH grants sends the COVID accountability thread into overdrive. Rand Paul's Fauci criminal referral deadline is one week out. Plus, DC police leadership faces termination for manipulating crime data, Trump doubles the ballroom, and the Iran nuclear deal is one page away from being signed.

Jon Herold is doing his best to stay optimistic today and the DOJ is making it easier than usual. A federal grand jury subpoena dated April 17 demands the names, addresses, and personal phone numbers of every single person who worked in Fulton County during the 2020 election, and Jon thinks that is a very good sign. Trump also reinstated the Presidential Fitness Test that Obama killed in 2013, Jon reads the benchmarks out loud, and immediately commits to earning the award on camera. The UAE just withdrew from OPEC after 58 years, and Jon breaks down what that means for oil prices post-Iran war, including the possibility of $2 gasoline if the cartel collapses entirely. Trump went on record saying Democrats have to cheat because their policies are too unpopular to win any other way, and Jon asks the logical follow-up question nobody wants to answer: so what does it mean if the midterms happen without fixing the cheating? Also: Elon Musk paid a $1.7 million SEC settlement that is genuinely peanuts to him, the DOJ is going after the ABA's law school accreditation monopoly, and a Michigan judge dismissed felony charges against a 2020 election clerk in a case that mirrors Tina Peters almost exactly.

Three grand juries. Months of proceedings. Subpoena power. Witness testimony. And not one of them produced an indictment against David Anthony Burke in the alleged murder of fourteen-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. So the DA filed a criminal complaint instead — and defense attorney Blair Berk made sure the courtroom heard that distinction loud and clear before pushing for the fastest possible preliminary hearing. That is not a detail. That is the fault line this entire case may crack along.Trial attorney and former felony prosecutor Eric Faddis — who has sat on both sides of a murder case — breaks down what it means when a grand jury cannot or will not indict, what changes when prosecutors proceed on a complaint, and why Berk's aggressive timeline signals a defense that wants the evidence tested publicly, not protected behind sealed proceedings. Faddis has seen what happens when a prosecution builds a case on volume rather than precision, and he examines whether over forty terabytes of digital evidence is strength or a warning sign that investigators cast an extraordinarily wide net.The felony complaint charges Burke with first-degree murder carrying three special circumstances — including financial gain, which DA Nathan Hochman tied to Burke allegedly protecting an existing music career Celeste reportedly threatened to expose. Faddis challenges whether that framing meets the legal standard or whether prosecutors are stretching a definition to reach death-penalty eligibility. He also dissects the defense's carefully constructed statement — "did not murder" and "was not the cause of her death" as two separate claims — and explains what trial strategy that dual denial sets up.The unsealed autopsy confirmed Celeste died from penetrating wounds to her torso. Prosecutors allege exploitation material was found on Burke's phone and that the abuse began when she was thirteen. Her dismembered remains were found in a Tesla registered to Burke that had been towed from the Hollywood Hills while he was on tour.Robin Dreeke, retired FBI Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program Chief, takes listener questions on the investigative timeline, the year between Celeste's disappearance and Burke's arrest, and what behavioral indicators investigators likely tracked while building a case against someone with significant public visibility. Celeste was reported missing three times. The system had chances. It didn't act.Burke has pled not guilty and is held without bail.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? In this episode, Rhonda sits down with Becky Sampson, founder of Only Subpoenas™, for a grounded conversation about one of the most misunderstood tools in divorce: subpoenas. If you've ever felt like you're making decisions without the full picture, you're not alone. Many women find themselves asking for financial information again and again—only to be met with delays, partial answers, or silence. This conversation explores what happens when you shift from asking… to accessing. Becky shares her personal story of navigating a high-conflict divorce, where she issued 21 subpoenas over the course of her case. What began as a frustrating process became a turning point—helping her uncover critical financial information, build confidence, and ultimately create leverage in her settlement. Together, Rhonda and Becky break down what a subpoena actually is (and what it's not), when it might make sense to consider one, and how it fits into a broader financial strategy during divorce. This isn't about being aggressive. It's about being informed. In This Episode, We Cover: What a subpoena is—and how it differs from a discovery request Why "asking nicely" doesn't always lead to full transparency How subpoenas can help close gaps in financial information The emotional side of gaining access to information (and what to do with it) Why more information isn't always better—and how to stay strategic Real examples of uncovering hidden accounts, income, and spending The role of organization and clarity when reviewing financial records How subpoenas can create leverage in negotiations What to consider before pursuing additional documentation Key Takeaway You don't have to make life-altering financial decisions with incomplete information. And… you don't have to rush the process. But there may come a point where continuing to ask keeps you stuck. That's where understanding your options—and having the right support—can change everything.

This installment focuses on the silence — and what it reveals. How does someone allegedly carry knowledge of extreme violence and continue functioning publicly? What does the alleged Santa Barbara trip and the condition of the remains tell a clinician about the person who allegedly carried out these acts? What is the psychological war between loyalty and self-preservation that plays out inside witnesses like Neo Langston? And when an entire inner circle stays quiet while a child's family begs for information — at what point does that silence become its own kind of crime?Scott is the author of The Minds of Mass Killers and has worked in forensic settings, crisis teams, and domestic violence response for over three decades. The Department of Justice has long insisted that the Epstein saga was finished—“case closed.” Yet their own actions betray that claim. First it was silence and finality, but then came talk of unsealing grand jury documents and revisiting Ghislaine Maxwell. Congress issued subpoenas, and now the DOJ is handing over files that supposedly had no relevance. Every new disclosure undercuts the official line, showing that closure was less about truth and more about containment. What we see now is a narrative unraveling. If the case was truly over, there would be no need for backtracking, no new files, no congressional tug-of-war for evidence. Instead, the DOJ's tall tale of finality looks more like an attempt at control—managing perception while the cracks in their story keep widening. The truth they swore didn't exist is still leaking out, and it's becoming clear that “case closed” was never the ending. Hezbollah refused to participate and kept firing. A second round of U.S.-Iran negotiations could restart in Pakistan within days, according to Trump — who has never overpromised anything. The Trump administration eased sanctions on Venezuela the day after Chevron quietly struck an oil production deal there. And the administration formally informed Congress that Cuba has contributed up to 5,000 soldiers to Russia's war in Ukraine, which feels like the beginning of a regime change justification tour. Meanwhile, Pam Bondi skipped her congressional subpoena yesterday — the one requiring her to testify about her handling of the Epstein files. House Oversight Democrats threatened to charge her with contempt of Congress, punishable by up to a year in prison. A fourth accuser came forward against Eric Swalwell at a press conference, describing being drugged and raped at his hotel room in 2018. According to People magazine, over 30 women have made similar allegations. A 20-year-old Texas man was arrested after throwing an incendiary device at Sam Altman's San Francisco home, then attempting to attack OpenAI's headquarters with a chair while saying he wanted to "burn it down and kill anyone inside." He was carrying a document expressing views opposed to AI executives. Attempted murder and arson charges filed. A federal judge blocked Indiana's law banning student IDs at polling places, protecting an estimated 40,000 voters ahead of the May 5th midterm primary — ruling there's zero evidence student IDs have ever caused electoral confusion or fraud. China is now offering Gulf states the same security umbrella the US used in 1974. ──────────────────────────────────────── [01:43:35] Jeffrey Sachs: The US Has Diverted Trillions to War While Roads and Infrastructure Collapse Jeffrey Sachs: if you ask why roads don't work and living standards are declining, it's because we spend trillions on war. Trump lied every word about America first. They've squandered our wealth for the Zionist lobby. ──────────────────────────────────────── [01:47:58] Netanyahu Told Israel He Had Been Waiting 40 Years for This War Netanyahu told the Israeli people he had been waiting for this moment for 40 years. Knight: not a reaction to a threat — the execution of a decades-long plan whose real goal is the destruction of the Middle East. ──────────────────────────────────────── [01:53:22] Stable Coin Is a Retail-Level CBDC — Designed to Destroy Community Banks The White House stable coin plan uses retail customers to buy Treasury bonds foreign central banks no longer want. 1. DHS Shutdown and Airport Crisis The discussion centers on a prolonged Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shutdown that led to unpaid TSA agents, widespread airport delays, and near-collapse of airport operations. President Trump issued an emergency order to ensure TSA agents were paid, averting a potential nationwide airport shutdown. The crisis is framed as a direct consequence of Senate Democrats refusing to vote on DHS funding. 2. Political Strategy Behind DHS Funding Democrats are deliberately defunding DHS to block immigration enforcement, particularly ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Republicans ultimately agreed to a short-term funding bill that restores pay to most DHS employees except ICE, as a temporary measure to reopen government operations. Republicans plan to use budget reconciliation (which requires only 50 votes) to pass long-term funding for ICE and border enforcement, potentially locking in funding for up to 10 years. 3. ICE and Border Enforcement Dispute ICE funding becomes the central ideological battleground. Democrats are openly opposing immigration enforcement, including: Deportation officers (ERO) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), which handles terrorism, human trafficking, cybercrime, and child exploitation Republicans argue that Democrats’ stance jeopardizes national security and public safety. 4. Senate Votes and Procedural Maneuvering The DHS funding bill ultimately passed the Senate by voice vote late at night, signaling no formal opposition at the moment of passage. The House is expected to pass it, restoring operations and pay for most federal personnel. This outcome is a tactical but temporary Democratic win, soon to be reversed via reconciliation. 5. SAVE Act and Voter ID Controversy The SAVE Act seeks to: Require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote Require photo ID to vote Democrats publicly claim to support voter ID but unanimously voted against a standalone voter ID amendment. Numerous quotes from Democratic leaders supporting voter ID are contrasted with their actual Senate votes, highlighting alleged hypocrisy. Republicans argue that voter ID has overwhelming bipartisan public support. 6. Media Accountability Most mainstream media outlets are accused of shielding Democrats from accountability. CBS News is highlighted as an exception for openly reporting the contradiction between Democratic statements and votes. 7. “Arctic Frost” Investigation (Modern Watergate) The transcript describes a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing into “Arctic Frost,” alleged to be a DOJ operation targeting Donald Trump and conservative institutions. Claims include: Hundreds of subpoenas Surveillance of ~20% of Republican senators Subpoenas for campaign staff, donors, and private citizens Wiretapping of attorney-client communications The scale is described as far exceeding Watergate. 8. Alleged DOJ and FBI Weaponization The Biden administration is accused of politicizing the Department of Justice and FBI. Democrats are criticized for refusing to condemn or even discuss these actions. A sharp contrast is drawn with Watergate-era Republicans who confronted their own party’s president to uphold institutional integrity. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now.
