POPULARITY
We're back at East LA C.A.P.E. having a chingon time again. Again this year, it was inspiring to see so many people doing what they love to do and to be around a community with such a positive vibe. We got to sit down with a nice variety of people to have some chingon conversations and plenty of laughs. We talk to local listener that came by to hang out about, well, us... but it does get pretty deep. That's followed by an interview with cosplayer Utahime... we discuss her story and all about finding your community. We also, get to hear some more about Ramon from a direct source, his sister... yes, chisme time. The shuffle continues with an interview with artist John Narcomey... we discuss his story and an interesting situation that just went down. Not going to lie, it's a long episode. You might need a coffee and to get on the 405 freeway (local humor, sorry... whatever highway near you has the most traffic, might need to go there) to hear it all. Trust, we think it's worth it. ***Side note: Episode was recorded live at our booth, and therefore has plenty of ambient noise... just as if you were there. Thanks for listening and stay tuned… ► Guests ◄ • Utahime Cosplay (@ 31:00) : Instagram ○ Facebook • John Narcomey (@1:43:45) : Instagram ○ Ebay • Draw Hard Studio: Instagram

Jack Of All Nerds welcomes John Narcomey and Jimmy Purcell to the studio to talk about comics, the upcoming Amazing Las Vegas Con, and general geekery. We had a blast and figured out that Mr. Narcomey's Native American name is Giant Hands Who Rides On Ponies. Roadhouse!
Jack Of All Nerds welcomes my co-host from the Comic Wrap Up, John Narcomey on to talk all about Game of Thrones seasons 1-3 just in time for the premiere of season 4! We also interview Garret Bright of www.develteam.com about his efforts to give independent video game designers a place to connect and collaborate.
Jack Of All Nerds show and 4 Color Fantasies comic book store present the Comic Wrap Up episode 2. My co-host, John Narcomey and I explore what is new in the comic book world while 4 Color Fantasies' employees work hard to wrap up comics for New Comic Day in the background (and occasionally get to take a break to chat with us on the show). On this episode store owner, Chris Brady, chats with us about the difference between DC and Marvel in modern comics and employee, Gilbert, talks up some of this week's new releases. (And after recording this I checked...I was wrong about Iceman in Amazing X-Men #1...he was ice the whole time, but he wasn't all spikey)
