In this month's episode of my podcast It's A Mix I interviewed Stephanie May Fausto. She's a fifth generation circus performer and a fourth degree black belt in Taekwondo. Being the oldest athlete in the division at 30 years young training primarily over Zoom and making the best of her apartment living room training space, Stephanie May Fausto won the Bronze at the 2020 Online World Taekwondo Championships. A quote from Miss Fausto “I've been a fan of Team M for years. I feel honored to be a part of the community program and the team's success throughout the years. Earning a medal for Team USA is as important as earning a medal for my team.” She won the Bronze Medal in the over 17 female freestyle division. Congratulations Stephanie May Fausto . Let's see what she has to say About her family's years as circus performers as the Fausto Scorpions with Ringling Brothers and throughout Europe, and about her Taekwando Championships. I'm Della Freedman your host of It's A Mix. Whether or not people that choose to go out are making matters worse. And if bars were to reopen....would you feel safe going into one right now?Jesse defends people's right to go out and talks about the backlash he has received from being a resident DJ at a weekly hotel pool party. Who's right, who's wrong?

Pete started a Dallas online arts and culture outfit called Central Track. He was SO dumb to try it. And yet. Here we are, seven years later, and he's going strong. Listen to hear his thoughts on local music, smoking cigarettes, taking cocaine, and sneakers. Fifteen stars.
We welcome Pete Freedman into the studio cave for an in-depth discussion on Dallas, his journey to founding Dallas’ most reputable online media alternative and some of the details of covering some of the city’s most shocking developments. Pete is the Co-Founder, President and Editor of CentralTrack.com, a Dallas onlne media alternative founded for the city’s millennial. Central Track prides itself on providing coverage tailored to serve the city’s underrepresented demographics and informing others about the lives and stories that matter to them.
