Taking a step back from everything and revisiting the past is more than okay. When you work hard, you deserve a break or you'll burnout. One takeaway from this episode is realizing your pace is YOUR pace and every pace has it's pros and cons. I stood still for the past few days and reached back into some childhood vices that made me happy and once sparked my creativity - let's see what comes of this.
