In this empowering solo episode, Tash and Becky dive into a conversation that might stir up some feelings — especially if you're used to being the shoulder everyone cries on. But what if there's another way to help the people you love? One that doesn't drain your energy or keep others stuck? They explore how to shift from taking on others' pain to instead, holding the vision of their highest potential — a heart-led, spiritually aligned approach rooted in viewing life from an expanded level of consciousness. This isn't about toxic positivity or bypassing emotion. It's about compassionate detachment — staying present, empathetic, and grounded, while refusing to add to the energy of disempowerment.✨ In this episode, we explore:⭐ The energetic cost of “moaning along” with someone — and how to hold higher frequency instead⭐ The difference between empathy and enmeshment⭐ What it really means to “hold the vision” for someone (without spiritual bypassing)⭐ How to support others without shrinking your own light⭐ Navigating relationships when you've awakened, but they haven't (yet)⭐ Living in 4D/5D and trusting that you are the creator of your reality⭐ How this approach actually helps others feel more seen, not lessThis episode is a game-changer if you're on a path of healing, empowerment, and raising your vibration. We get it — it's not always easy to straddle compassion and truth, but this conversation will help you find the balance.

We don't always get it right (understatement of the year), but we're learning to give ourselves—and our kids—plenty of grace. Tune in as we laugh, vent, and figure it out together.

@tashinvests has always been open in sharing her net worth journey. Her hope (and that of the Get Rich Slow Club) is to encourage the idea that it's okay to talk about money. So many people treat their finances like politics or religion: something to avoid in polite conversation. However, by normalising conversations about money, we believe that the community can learn from each other, and overcome harmful stigmas. In this spirit, Tash and Ana spend this session discussing how Tash's net wealth increased by $250k overnight. Send us a textWhat does it take to emerge from the shadow of a music legend and create your own path? In this compelling episode, we sit down with Teddy Riley Jr., better known as Yung Tash, who's blazing his own trail in the music industry while honoring the legacy of his father, new jack swing innovator Teddy Riley.Yung Tosh takes us through his fascinating journey from Atlanta's vibrant music scene to Las Vegas, where he's established himself as both a respected DJ and emerging recording artist. Despite his famous lineage, Tash shares how his father instilled the value of independence early on: "My pops taught me young, you gotta get it on your own. You're going to appreciate what you have more if you work for it by yourself." This ethos has clearly shaped his approach to the music business. The conversation reveals Tash's strategic career development – starting as a producer creating beats for artists like G Herbo and K Camp, then leveraging DJing to network within Vegas' entertainment scene when he was too young to experience the nightlife. His insights on testing new music directly with club audiences showcase a savvy understanding of artistic development: "Does this make a girl who's 21, who having her birthday, does it make her move at 12 o'clock at night? If it does, I know I got something."We explore the challenges Vegas faces in developing homegrown musical talent compared to cities like Atlanta, where the industry connections run deep. Young Tash offers thoughtful perspectives on music ownership, the modern streaming landscape, and balancing creativity with business acumen. His observations on staying authentic in an industry full of "fake individuals" reveals wisdom beyond his years: "Stay in your realm of people you know, the people that you started out with."Don't miss Young Tash's breakdown of his new single "Saint" and details about his upcoming album featuring collaborations with Trey Songz and his father. Follow Young Tash on social media to catch his next DJ set or release, and experience the sound of an artist who's honoring his roots while defining his own future.

Full show notes and links at: tashcorbin.com/477If you've seen the title of today's episode and know me, you might be a little confused. Yes, this is an episode all about introvert-friendly social media strategies, and yes, it's from me, Tash Corbin—the self-confessed raging extrovert. So you might be wondering: “Tash, how could you possibly teach me introvert-friendly ways to use social media? How do you even know what's introvert-friendly if you're not one of us?”Here's the thing—what I'm sharing isn't just “Tash-approved.” These are strategies that are introvert-approved, too, and have helped so many of my clients and listeners who are introverts themselves. It's actually one of the most common things I hear: that people hold back from being consistent on social media because it's just too much. It can feel overwhelming, like too many eyes on you, too much “peopling,” as I hear again and again. But let's be real: in a lot of ways, the internet was built by introverts for introverts. And showing up online can be way more manageable than we think, especially when we set it up in a way that genuinely lights us up (and doesn't drain us). That's what I want to unpack today, step-by-step. Let's dive into what actually makes a social media strategy feel good (and productive!) if you're an introvert.Let's get started.Keep reading and grab the links at: tashcorbin.com/477Let me know your thoughts via our Text FanMail!Join me for my free workshop on 18th June - Resonate: Messaging that ignites action-takers.Register now at tashcorbin.com/resonate

Today, Tash and Shannon sit down with Dr. Eric Weiss—a father, a physician, and a passionate advocate for innovation in autism care. Dr. Weiss shares his deeply personal journey raising a child with autism and how it led him to shift from a career in plastic surgery to exploring emerging autism research. In this episode, we discuss the potential of stem cell therapy to address brain inflammation, success stories from his practice, and the challenges faced in gaining broader acceptance within the medical community. As a podcast rooted in lived experience and intentional advocacy, we know conversations about evolving science—especially around topics like maternal health, inflammation, and treatment—can be layered and sensitive. These themes have long histories and complex impacts within the autism community. Our goal is not to take a stance on specific approaches, but to hold space for curiosity and care. We remain grounded in the values that guide every episode: • We reject cure culture and center the well-being of both autistic individuals and their caregivers. • We believe in thoughtful inquiry—approached through a lens of inclusion, respect, and critical thought. • And above all, we honor the uniqueness of every journey. This episode may spark reflection, dialogue, or questions—and that's something we welcome. In solidarity ❤️

This week, we're diving headfirst into nightmare fuel—Emma kicks things off with the harrowing, stomach-churning case of Unit 731. Biological experiments, human test subjects, and a level of cruelty that will make your skin crawl—yeah, it's as bad as it sounds. Then Becky lightens the mood slightly with the tale of an axe-wielding gnome terrorising a family of tourists in a small Italian forrest. Tash is along for the ride, bravely listening, gasping, and probably regretting all her life choices. Grab your headphones, a stiff drink, and maybe don't listen alone...We really hope you enjoy this week's episode, if you'd like to join us on social media you can find us @SCSK_podcast on tik tok, twitter and instagram, spine chillers and serial killers for facebook and you tube or email us at chillers.killers.pod@gmail.com.-You can find Edward October (our doorman) from Octoberpod AM here : https://open.spotify.com/show/5cESmW8JiW8O1NMrX4ul4mOr Find him on You Tube : https://www.youtube.com/@OctoberpodHomeVideoEmma's Etsy store is here if anyone wants spooky merch, only just opened so lots more to come! https://thecuriouscraftroom.etsy.com Hosted on Acast. On December 18, 1994, twenty-seven-year-old Alison Botha was abducted from the parking lot of her apartment in Port Elizabeth by two men she didn't know and had never seen. After forcing her into her car, her abductors drove her to a remote field, where she was sexually assaulted, stabbed dozens of times, nearly decapitated, and left for dead.Miraculously, Alison didn't die in that field, but instead managed to get to a nearby road, where she found help and was transported to the nearest hospital where she received life-saving treatment. Because she remembered everything about her attackers, Alison was able to describe the men and they were quickly arrested and confessed to the assault. Since enduring her horrific attack, Alison Botha has become a symbol of endurance and for decades her story of survival has inspired and empowered young women across South Africa and around the world.Thank you to the Incredible Dave White of Bring Me the Axe Podcast for research and Writing support!ReferencesMarianne, Thamm. 2018.
