And we're finally here! Episode 1 of this brand new show where starting off we ask the question, why there is a lack of solo titles for people of color in comic books? We go over some history and dig into the discussion and also give you a hint at the next episode!

On this second episode of Blerd Grounds, we sit down and just chill. We talk about how we got into the nerdy things we love and talk about how many of the black nerd community struggle when it comes to loving the things they do.

James gets to nerd out as on the first character spotlight episode we talk about the half man, half machine that is Cyborg! Plus we talk a bit of news like the new Netflix Exclusive anime Cannon Busters, the current Spider-Man news, and the Avengers Video Game trailer!

We bust through with the cannon at the hoe down as we gush about the Netflix anime Cannon Busters! We also talk about the idea of a Black Batman and some Super Smash Bros!

This week, we talk about black representation in video games! From CJ to Bayek of Siwa, we dig into it and the stereotypes of black characters, and the capitalistic tactics from developers.

Black people seem to always die first in horror movies! But why? We call in our resident dramatic brother and social media manager Andre' Drew to hang out with us this episode as we talk about the history of African Americans in horror movies!

The third chapter of the Crusader's journey into the Winding Tower! With Floating platforms, Stone Giants, and requests to rage all around. Will Lucian's friend Nima be found? Only time will tell as The Blerd Crusade continues!

The 4th chapter of The Crusaders' journey arrives as they set off through the tunnels of the winding tower after the defeat of the stone giant. With many spectral creatures in their way, the group fight on as they search for the emerald that will gain them the knowledge of where Lucian's lost friend could be!

The final part of this journey arrives as season 1 of Blerd Grounds draws to a close! As the Crusaders reach the top of the Winding Tower, the face the force that has played with them this entire time! Will they survive? Tune in to find out!
