In this first episode I share why I started Don't Send Flowers.  After the stillbirth of our son I found that people experience all kinds of pain but we don't often talk about it. After the flowers have died and the meals have stopped coming, we still have to keep living.  The goal of this podcast is to share the human experience of pain, talk about how we've felt our way through the experience and hopefully how we've come out better and more whole on the other side.
